This is my second stay here, heat is a hit or miss, shower doors don't close properly, the hot tub wasn't working. These were concerns my last stay too, but nobody seemed to care. I dont think you're getting what you pay for here.

By half way through breakfast time frame, very little variety of bagels, bread was stale. Hot tub water level was too high one day, good next; debris (hair, dirt) floating on water; jets produced too much bubbling and splashes when operating.

The pool n hot tub was open clean n all to our self. The room was big with 2 chairs n a bench for sitting, the king bed was comfortable. Didn't like that you could hear the people talking next door n the dogs barking. Maybe they should place the people with the longer stays together, instead of placing the one nighter next door. The breakfast is the same as anywhere else buffet style.

Needs attending to in the gym. Only one machine worked and it was lopsided on the treadmill. Can’t say you have a gym when no machines work. Pool was clean. No vending machine options for snacks.

We loved our stay. The beds and bedding were so comfortable. The pool and hot tub were great. Breakfast and coffee made the morning checkout memerable. The view from our room was fantastic.

Good location for Geneva. Two block walk to downtown shops. It is early August so restaurants are on reduced hours. One block walk to lake waterfront and visitor center. Very convenient to Seneca Lake wine trail. Hotel is clean but could use some updating, mattresses in particular. Breakfast is fine.

Really nice hotel. Perfect for viewing eclipse at Seneca Lake park across the street. Great breakfast - staff helpful - room and bathroom very clean. No complaints. A pleasant surprise at a reasonable cost.

(1) good location if you want to walk to nearby restaurants or bars, or hop on major roads (like 14 or 20) for day-trips. (2) adequate free parking, with Police HQ next door. (3) The Free breakfast is decent though somewhat inconsistent (one day coffee is good, the next day very weak, one day the potatoes were good, the next day under-cooked). (4) The furnishings are worn and not partcularly comfortable. The bed was so-so, the pillows were the low point of the stay. (5) Despite being on the first floor in a building located at a major intersection, the only window coverings were venetian blinds. Car headlights resulted in constantly changing illumination patterns on the rooms walls. (6) Staff was competent though friendliness varied widely. (7) Freight trains passed by the hotel several times in the morning and, as they pass through an adjoining major road, are pretty heavy on the horn.

For the price, the bed was very uncomfortable and no curtains in the room. We checked in earlier then got back to the room around 8:30 pm and went to close the curtains since it was on the ground floor and the plastic from the rod was hanging down and was broken and never replaced. We did not notice it earlier since it was light out. The room smelled as well. We were up the area for a surprise party and our anniversary.

The staff treated us well, and the property was average. The bed was uncomfortable, the HVAC would run full blast blowing directly at you, could not control AC or Heat. Constant noise all night two nights in a row. Doors slamming, annoying crackling sound every few minutes, dumpsters emptied right outside, and the train runs right by the hotel. Breakfast was decent. Wouldn’t stay there again!

Our reservation was not honored as we arrived at 1:30 am in the morning. They did not have a room for us and it was very weird, they gave my reservation to someone and we had to leave the lobby and find another hotel on our own that night. I did not expect Hilton to do kind of service. And also form orbitz. I don’t know if I can trust orbitz anymore if my reservation are not grarabteed

I really enjoyed my time there. I stayed there because it was close to the 5k that I had to run early morning. I didn't have to drive. Just walk to the event. All the staff were great!

The front desk customer service was excellent. Especially Michael my husband had an injured ankle was on crushes our room was initial on the 3rd floor. He arrange for us to have a 1st floor room which to me was exceptional customer service. Thank you Michael.

Nice location and condition, everyone was friendly. Be aware, though, that rooms are only cleaned every 2 days which can be an issue if you have several people staying in one room

The front desk clerk spent more time away from the desk than at it. We have to get the lady from the kitchen to find her so we could check out. We waited a long time. She was abrupt and had a sour attitude

It was a nice place, everything was fine, the breakfast wasn’t great but there’s a great breakfast cafe a couple blocks down, GREAT location by Lake Seneca and quaint downtown area

Good location and hotel was clean. My only complaint is that there is a train line right in front of it, the train passing and horning woke us up early in the morning ( not the hotel’s fault obviously but it’s good to know if you are planning to sleep in the morning).

(1) good location if you want to walk to nearby restaurants or bars, or hop on major roads (like 14 or 20) for day-trips. (2) adequate free parking, with Police HQ next door. (3) The Free breakfast is decent though somewhat inconsistent (one day coffee is good, the next day very weak, one day the potatoes were good, the next day under-cooked). (4) The furnishings are worn and not partcularly comfortable. The bed was so-so, the pillows were the low point of the stay. (5) Despite being on the first floor in a building located at a major intersection, the only window coverings were venetian blinds. Car headlights resulted in constantly changing illumination patterns on the rooms walls. (6) Staff was competent though friendliness varied widely. (7) Freight trains passed by the hotel several times in the morning and, as they pass through an adjoining major road, are pretty heavy on the horn.

Was a great location was able to walk to the restaurant, with a beautiful view across the street. They also had very good breakfasts, housekeeping every other day. Would definitely go back.

Good location for Geneva. Two block walk to downtown shops. It is early August so restaurants are on reduced hours. One block walk to lake waterfront and visitor center. Very convenient to Seneca Lake wine trail. Hotel is clean but could use some updating, mattresses in particular. Breakfast is fine.

The beds were comfortable and the hotel was convenient for visiting Hobart and William Smith. The bathroom was clean and the location was well-heated. It is on the less attractive edge of town right across from a dispensary and that felt a little sketchy. Fine for a basic 2-night stay. Affordable with an adequate breakfast.

By half way through breakfast time frame, very little variety of bagels, bread was stale. Hot tub water level was too high one day, good next; debris (hair, dirt) floating on water; jets produced too much bubbling and splashes when operating.

We loved our stay. The beds and bedding were so comfortable. The pool and hot tub were great. Breakfast and coffee made the morning checkout memerable. The view from our room was fantastic.

Do not stay here if you want to use the amenities. We booked this hotel for our summer vacation because we wanted to use the pool, hot tub, and exercise room. ALL were all unable to be used due to a major renovation. But were still advertised! They also did not service our room. Cheap wax cups for coffee. There was no prior notice to arrival that there were any renovations going on. We would've booked elsewhere. Things we noticed, limited parking due to storage containers, room was not serviced during our stay, pool and hot tub were not available for use, exercise room is limited due to strange odors, workers working outside our window about 7 am, renovations seem to be occurring all over the building with little consideration to guests during a peak season especially considering the room rates, and staff was not overly helpful.

We booked this hotel for a family weekend vacation during 4th of July. The price was decent for a last minute reservation. Unfortunately the hotel is going under renovation, which we only learned upon arrival. The swimming pool was available but the hot tub is broken and we could not use it. Breakfast was a standard hotel style but available in a very narrowed area, probably because of the renovation.
