The pool was ok. But, the gym and the rest of the property was terrible. The gym room was very small and had only 3 machines, one of which (the treadmill) wasn't working at all. The other machine, the elliptical, was rusty. And there were not weights.

Wish the pool was open or there was a little space for kids to run, it was definitely warm enough to be outdoors and kids needed to burn some energy but there wasn't anywhere to go unless we went back into town.

Booked a quick overnight here to break up a long trip. Quick off I-95 so convenient but that could also be a minus if you are worried about car theft. This road was a little remote but the parking lot was well lit. Had a handicap room right on 1st floor. Asked to switch as it looked like someone was napping in the bed! Got same exact room on second floor. Hallways looked under construction and this bathtub was filled with rust. Breakfast was ok to enable me to get on the move but was happy to get out of that place.

Hotel is older and needs some fixing up. Elevator was dirty. Ice machines and vending machines were REALLY old. (Vending machines would only take exact change in $1 or change! And did not have much selection.) Rugs and amenities are old. At least the room, sheets, and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Overall, it was sufficient but not lovely. (The area outside the hotel is really run-down...)

Parking easy, well lit and tidy. Someone with dirty work boots had walked through lobby and into elevator. The red clay was there last night when we checked in and still there when we checked out at 8am. Dining area clean tired.

The front desk staff were lovely and inviting. Besides that nothing good here. A total dive. Disgusting dirty. Looks almost abandoned from outside. Floors in public areas filthy. Humidifiers in hallways taped shut. Our room stunk musty and mildewed. Doors and walls disgusting dirty with what looked like human excrement, hair, I assumed coffee, dust, dirt. I stopped looking just so I would stop freaking out. Sheets looked clean. Got in bed to sleep. Air unit was so loud my ears were ringing all night and I barely slept. Never again.

Very disappointed with our stay here. Lobby extremely dirty (needs a good Hoover), elevator filthy, room had a very bad odor and area feels a bit shady. Hotel Management needs to take a good look at this location - there just doesn’t seem to be any pride in upkeep or serving its guests. Should have paid the extra money to stay elsewhere and Comfort Inn have lost a future customer in me unfortunately. Surely the team there can run a better place than this and just seems pure laziness not to run a Hoover through the hotel at the minimum make it a bit tidier.

While the bedrooms are renovated and updated, the bathroom in both rooms we has were terrible. Black mold on ceiling over showers, walls around toilets and sink splattered with brown residue. Hair all over the shower walls. Shaved beard hair in the sink. The sink stopper was taken out and left there, all gross. I wouldn't say it was a comforting experience as I had to make sure the bedding was clean (it was but it make me question).

This is my halfway stop to and from Florida. The front desk person is the reason I come back year after year. She recognized me and pulled my reservation without me telling her my name! This kind of service can’t be taught. I can stay at any hotel but the people here is why I come back!

Comfortable bed, nice sheets and pillows. As with most hotels in this price range, the quality of the amenities keeps waning. Breakfast options were minimal but adequate. A decent, low budget hotel.

The room was very clean. Our view faced a junkyard. The breakfast was not good. There were no healthy food choices nor were there many options.

The breakfast was not good. The eggs were cold, the sausage was like rubber, and the yogurt looked suspicious. Coffee was okay.

Don't expect a full breakfast on Friday. They had a waffle maker but no waffle batter. They had a toaster but no bread of any kind. They had cereal bowls, but no cereal and no milk. Their excuse was that it was Friday and they get resupplied later in the day on Friday.

Good location when traveling on I 95. Place needs an update. Understaff and breakfast was lousy. Water for tea cold, creamers sour.

Room was clean but very run down. Door to our 1 bedroom suite didnt close and that was why we got the room so we could close bedroom door so our daughter could sleep on sofa sleeper in other room as she is a light sleeper. Shower curtain rod was hanging by a thread so when we took a shower water went everywhere as you couldn’t close shower curtain But on a good note room & bed were clean and breakfast was good.

Everything was excellent and in order the staff was extremely kind and helpful. The facility, rooms, and even the elevators smelled good. There was a big tower pitcher of cold refreshing water as you walked in. That was great because it was extremely hot. Breakfast was good. I loved the fact that it wasn't just a Continental breakfast but had hot sausage eggs etc. Wil definitely recommend and stay again. Price was great too!
