I decided on this hotel due to the airport shuttle so my college kid who I was dropping off did not have to drive me to the airport at 4am. I called and confirmed prior to reserving a room that the shuttle runs from 4am-8:30am. I confirmed and gave my information for the shuttle Friday night, I re confirmed Saturday night. Sunday morning the shuttle did not arrive, the staff said they “texted the driver” but did “not hear back”. I ended up having to use Lyft and paying extra for faster service as it was 4:20am and I needed to be at the airport.

We were not greeted by the front office personnel. We tried to check in at 2:45, although the check in is at 3 pm and the young woman at the desk told me that if I checked in early (15 minutes early!!!) it would be an additional $50.00 charge. Ridiculous and rude.

The remote control to the TV was a bit tricky changing the channel and turning volume up or down, but other than that it was a pleasant experience. I’ve stayed in this hotel before and I will stay again.

Only booked this hotel for the airport shuttle. When I got to the airport I called for the shuttle and was told that the driver called in and they didn’t have a shuttle for me. I had to spend $25 for an Uber to pick me up and drive me to the hotel.
