Decent hotel for a quick stay while on the road as it is very near I-75 easy access. Staff was great, but the parking lot had no lighting until 3 hours after dark, and A/C unit in room was very loud.

I choose to stay at this hotel for two main reasons. Accept pets and has an indoor pool. Pool was closed both days we were there. I took my niece there (15 yrs old). She wanted to swim.na temporary close should have been stated on website. I would have chosen another hotel. Otherwise, great hotel

Fitness room was great. Continental breakfast wasn’t stellar. We had to wait about 10 minutes for the hotel to replenish the eggs, sausage and gravy. Other than that, everything was great.

Location was easy to find, right off I-75. Kids enjoyed the indoor pool. Good, hot breakfast also. Would stay again!

Desk staff at check in and check out were exceptional. Breakfast attendant was grouchy. Pool was closed due to cleaning after a cheerleading competition that wrecked the pool that required a deep multiple day cleaning-when we checked in it, was day 3 of cleaning.

This property is old and worn. The sink and the tub in our room would get clogged and you would end up standing in dirty water. The room had a musty smell to it. The staff was amazing and their breakfast is outstanding. The pool was great and also the gym. I love that it stays open till 11 pm. I would love to see some sanitizing stations, especially in the gym. There was no way to sanitize the equipment after use.

I always enjoy Hampton/Hilton and the service and breakfast was great. The sheets and pillow cases on my bed had some brownish and yellowish spots on them, and that kind of made me not want to sleep in the bed, so I slept on top, as I am not sure these were a clean change of sheets.

Nice hotel. I did notice the bathroom tile in our room was extremely dirty. I had to lay towels on them to walk around so my feet did not get dirty. This was not my favorite experience.

Hotel rooms, had filthy bathroom floors. we had reserved in numerous rooms and everybody noted it! It was like the cleaning solution had not been washed off. Also some had only wash clothes, no towels. The linens had not been replenished apparently.

The platforms the beds are on squeak!!! Bad!! I had two rooms and all beds were squeaky. Every time someone moved in the bed, it would squeak all night. The water smelled coming out of the bathroom sink…. Two of the four beds had tears in the fitted sheets…. Won’t be staying here again

This was the smallest hotel room we have ever stayed in! We thought a room with two queen beds would be at least average size. Breakfast was not up to Holiday Inn Express standards. The scrambled eggs were barely warm and were over cooked. While there was a waffle maker, there were not biscuits and gravy, no omelets, no yogurt, etc. The milk was not very cold. Yuk!

We had a room next to elevator and it was very noisy. Also, there was a noise that was intermittent thst we couldn't identify, however, t was very loud. We would ask for a room away from elevator next time.

Our room didn’t have any television service. Every channel said off air. I called and asked the desk, to which I was told a cable had come disconnected and they would send somebody to did it. I was there 3 nights, it v never worked. Would’ve been nice to watch the local news orcESPN or anything. Instead we were stuck watching YouTube. Room was HOT. Had AC turned all the way down but they limit how far you can turn it down and what kind of adjustments you can make on the thermostat. We roasted everynight. Our room was essentially beside the elevator, every night we heard people talking and laughing when they got off the elevator. Then every morning we heard the staff slamming sores and cleaning in our floor. A less than ideal situation when your 18 month is trying to sleep. I don’t anticipate I’ll ever stay here again, there’s too many other choices in this price range.

The room was sooo small . Did not have a real closet !!! The closet was “a boxed in window “! Unreal ! The bath both vanity was non existent! Could not even get the luggage rack into the room ..too small !!!! The bed took up the entire space ! Even the packing spots were too small as well as the elevator !

Location is great - quick shot to campus without being in too congested of an area. Check in/out was easy with friendly staff. The beds and pillows were not the quality that we are used to finding at a Hampton Inn. We were moved from our first room because the bathroom light had burned out... we were hoping the bad beds were a fluke and the new room would be better. Unfortunately, the second set of beds were just as uncomfortable...worn, squeaky, lumpy. Definitely in need of replacing. Otherwise, our stay was fine.

Ashley at the front desk was very efficient and gracious. We had some issues with our TV not working and she quickly dispatched maintenance, Larry, who resolved the problem. Beds comfortable.

DO NOT BOOK this hotel. We arrived only to be told that even though we booked two double beds all they had was a single bed and that was tough, call Expedia. After calling Expedia and getting a refund all we kept hearing from the desk was that it was our fault for booking with Expedia. The man was apologetic. The lady on the other hand was RUDE as could be. Telling me it was my fault. How? I booked 2 beds and they expected me to just pay my money for a room I didn’t book? Wow. Terrible service. Terrible employee. Thanks Expedia for at least getting me the refund

When I arrived at the desk, the gentleman that was working was just stiff and steel I felt unwanted. It was also another man in the lobby. Speechless. Just seemed the code. I just didn’t feel comfortable. I wanted to hurry up and check in so I could just go to my room the TV experience I didn’t get a chance to watch any good movie. I had my seven-year-old granddaughter with me. I was attending my daughter’s wedding the next day. The room was very clean. Everything was nice and orderly in the room. Nothing for my seven-year-old granddaughter to watch on TV and to be honest I really wouldn’t pick that one. The next time I had to pick that one because it was six minutes away from the church that my daughter was getting married at, but I’m really sorry that I didn’t have a good experience

Stayed four nights was suppose to have clean towels and garbage pickup every two days never saw housekeeping. Had to get clean towels at front desk garbage over flowing when we left. Breakfast buffet so so very little variety. Coffee very weak. Needed more coffee grounds daily especially the dark roast. Front desk staff very helpful but housekeeping MIA

Decent hotel for a quick stay while on the road as it is very near I-75 easy access. Staff was great, but the parking lot had no lighting until 3 hours after dark, and A/C unit in room was very loud.

Room had ants and bathroom floor was dirty. Dead bolt lock on the door did not work. Evening staff consisted of one desk clerk who was overwhelmed. Homeless people on adjoining property asking for money.

Location was easy to find, right off I-75. Kids enjoyed the indoor pool. Good, hot breakfast also. Would stay again!

It’s decent during the day but during the night things start to look sketchy. Have homeless people hanging out near the doors. And have a hustler Hollywood store right across the street which noticed alot of people coming in and out of the store that stayed in the hotel but rooms were decently clean and service was good as well.

The staff was very friendly at check-in. The room was a little small but clean and comfortable. A nice breakfast in the morning but they couldn't keep up with the number of quest they had. We had to wait quite a while for them to bring out more hot food. But I would stay again,

Breakfast was disappointing. Very little options. One muffin flavor (no danish), only apples for fresh fruit, scrambled eggs with a strange kalbasa-like meat. Not what we've come to look forward to during our visits. Our checkin girl was fantastic!!!! Her name was Ginger and she was very pleasant and heplful.

Fitness room was great. Continental breakfast wasn’t stellar. We had to wait about 10 minutes for the hotel to replenish the eggs, sausage and gravy. Other than that, everything was great.

This Hampton Inn was so disappointing. It needs updating badly with attention to the air conditioner. It was loud unless you turned the temp warmer. The bathroom does not have a fan, so it’s hot and steamy. The food was awful.

Was an older Hampton, but staff was really nice. As usual coffee in the room was lame. Breakfast was ok but crowded. Was not the typical Hampton stay, a bit below average.

The area of the property was nice and the room was relatively clean. However, the bathroom needs a remodel ASAP. The shower design allows for excess water to get everywhere, and you can tell the walls have had poor patch work performed in the past due to water damage. It did not feel clean in the bathroom at all. The breakfast also needs a revamp. The juice machine did not work, and the coffee was Lukewarm.

I like to stay in Hampton Inns when we are traveling, you know what you get and I have always had a clean updated hotel experience. This hotel is not that. I looked it up and it says it is one of the first Hampton Inns, started in the 80’s, and I don’t think they have updated this one since. I was shocked at the state of the rooms. Peeling wallpaper, broken windows, old fashioned musty air conditioning. The room was one of the weirdest I have ever stayed in. A very narrow entrance way, flat on the wall “closet”, the bed was bouncy and squeaky, just an over all run down look about everything. I must say the lobby isn’t too bad and they have spent money on that but all that does is fool you into staying there. Breakfast was fine though by 9am they had run out of waffle batter. Now I will not insist on staying in Hampton Inns, if they can let one of theirs look like this what else am I going to run into?

Our check in was great. Room ok. 2nd floor. We were on the road for several days coming back from Illinois had been to my father's funeral. Much needed rest we did not get. At 1:30 a.m. we had a knock on the door. Traveling with our dog and the knock set her off barking. I looked thru the peep hole a man with braids was knocking. My husband then asked what he wanted. He said room service. Room service is not available in this hotel .we called the front desk. They said police were on the property taking care of the disturbance. Too many details. But, called the police. As another man was outside below our room window with bags and stuff strewn everywhere.more squad cars and police showed up. Of course i could not sleep. After watching much of the struggle the police officers had with this man. They had to call back up. It went on what seemed for hours. The hotel location is just off the interstate. The next morning there were workers changing out the main doors to doors that lock at night.good idea. A day too late for me.
