El hotel está en una muy buena ubicación todas las tiendas a 1 minuto. El desayuno 🍳 excelente. El estacionamiento amplio. El hotel se ve bien pero es viejo y las alfombras se ven muy sucios , aún que las habitaciones son muy limpias no me gustó lo viejo que está y las dos noches que estuve se prendió una alarma 🚨 y nos hisieron salir a todos a a las 6am. Y la siguiente mañana otra alarma del la habitación sonó a las 6am El personal en al recepción fue muy grosero y no querían dar mucha información claro está solo la noche que llegue las siguientes noches ya no estaban los mismos

Very clean and everyone was nice

We’ve stayed here many times in the past and always had a good experience. This time we were in a different type of room (224) and while spacious, the beds were terribly uncomfortable. Other than that, breakfast is always A+++. Lots of food and beverages choices, pre-made and cooked to order. Pancakes are our personal favorite. The chef this time was friendly, fast and food was delicious! The staff in the breakfast area was super sweet and kept everything well picked up in between patrons. Check in was easy and the hotel is always clean and well maintained. Time to get new mattresses though!

Breakfast cooking staff was rude and negligent. It felt discriminatory as the chef cooked 5 orders before mine even though I ordered first (and ordered the same thing as the other people). Another guest even pointed this out, and asked why he was ignoring me and my order. When asked about this, the chef just made a deceiving face, insinuating he was not going to cook my order for whatever reason. This happened to me both mornings of my two night stay. I have never been treated like this in a hotel before, and this location has lost a customer.
