The room and hotel were nice. I had booked the hotel because it listed it had a working hot tub. When I checked in I was told that the hot tub was not working and hadn't been for a while. I would have been nice to know this prior to check in. The shower was nice but there were no shelves, ledges, etc to place any shower items. Had to place on the shower floor.

Terrible room description. Said room was for 4 people but it was only a single king bed. We were left with having 2 adults and 2 kids in one bed. Staff was terrible and offered no help with switching to another room. Pool was freezing, hot tub and elevator did not work, as well as side door. However, the room was clean and the breakfast was good.

The breakfast menu was okay but there is not a whole lot of options. I do enjoy the variety of shops and things to do that is around. There is a hot tub and pool, pool is decently warm and hot tub is super hot but it does feel nice. I will say the overdose of chlorine is intense and it does make your eyes burn by how concentrated it is and the smell of chlorine is really strong compared to a typical pool/hot tub. I recommend when you pay, pay through the app and not directly at the place because they take 135$ for incidentals and then do not charge you for your stay until after your stay which was a bit weird to me.

We stayed in room 301 (4 night stay)- overall Room was clean. Hotel was quiet. Would stay again if i got a good deal again. Seemed rooms and lobby had been remodeled. Except the doors and elevator. The Door was wiggly and felt a bit unsecured. Was a large gap under the door. The elevator got stuck on floor 2 (fixed its self) and could hear it struggle. Sometimes it would chime- other times not. Wifi and tv were great. Water pressure bad. Felt like our shower handle might come off the wall. Pool was clearly damaged but usable. Pool and pool area very clean! The bottom of pool had chunks missing. Id be worried about the safty for kids feet. Whirlpool was a foot low in water level but nice! Loved it. Check in was rushed and meh We left at aprox 4am, 9/4/25 and employees (2) were smoking weed in the lobby? Was a blunt on the ladies cell phone as we checked out she hurried off, But check out was friendly and helpful.

Hotel was acceptable, but not great. Guest room had been updated nicely but the lobby, elevator and hallways need some revamping too. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Disappointed the hot tub was not working; when we search for a hotel, a hot tub is one of our wants, so we were disappointed. Free breakfast was good with eggs, waffles, etc.

Very nice room , large with a great bed ! Pool was warm enough , and Hot Tub was hot ! Nice touch with warm cookies in the afternoon. Breakfast was good .. nice helpful staff. I would for sure stay here again .

The listing on Expedia was wrong, upon arrival I had to upgrade my room and was over charged and given a hard time about how many of us there were there is no sofa bed in a standard king suite baby cribs are NOT available the hot tub was out of order and the pool was filthy and out of order by the end of our stay.

Check-in was great, then all down-hill. Room looked nice on entering, but the toilet was not clean (dried urine under the seat cover). Breakfast was both listed as 6am start both on the room key sleeve and confirmed by the front desk; however, in the morning at 6:05 the breakfast nook was closed-off and dark. Front desk said maybe 5 / 10 minutes, but nope. Doors opened at 6:20 but nothing ready; cereal out but no milk, waffle iron hot but no batter, orange/apple juice machine not working for over a week (per the breakfast staff). Finally asked the front desk again what time was breakfast and they woke-up enough to go figure it out. Greasy sausages and eggs served at 6:34. If the amenities are not there, just say so; please don't lie to your customers. I stay in this area always for the Dayton Airshow. The area is great and usually the Hampton or Drury Inn are my choice. Was not sure if I could get off work this year and booked the hotel less than a month out with no availability at the normal choices. The price was higher than the Quality Inn and Baymont but the hope that this meant better quality was sorely missed.

Hotel is at the end of the road through lots of restaurants and other hotels. We loved the privacy and quiet. Inside is amazing. Retro 60's and 70's interior. Beautiful place. Very clean.

Hotel was horrible, my gut told me we should have checked out when we had to switch rooms due to unclean sheets/comforters but decided to give them another chance and stay just continously got worse. Found out the day after check in (we checked in late due to travel) that the hot tub was "down for maintenence" and the pool was very cloudy, dirty. We had housekeeping come in daily and they only changed towels. One day made one bed, next day made neither and did not vacuum. Hallways continously got dirtier as the stay went on along with the air conditioner catching on fire; which, we were not informed of, we noticed it was unplugged and the socket burnt. Today was the final day and it wasn't any better, got to breakfast and they only had half the items out/some not on or working and when returning to our room from breakfast, other guests room numbers had fallen off the walls! When we informed front desk at checkout, she became very offended and argumentative. Please, do not stay here, find ANYWHERE else.

For my initial room, I was assigned a room that was already occupied. Luckily, no one was in there when I entered. Also, the hotel was very outdated in design & decor. Furniture in room was dirty / worn. Bed sheets were not thoroughly cleaned. Loose hair and dirt.

Hotel was not up to date. Very old looking. Room floor was filthy, was quite surprised at the downturn in quality, frankly. Would definitely not be our first choice next time.

The room itself is clean and the beds are comfortable, but the tv’s need updated to smart tv’s and the tub was gross. There was some hair on the toilet and floor near the tub. The toiletries included 2 soaps, a half used shampoo and lotion bottles. It was fine but for the price should have been much nicer. Lots of restaurants/stores close by but the immediate surroundings felt run down. Wouldn’t stay here again. Didn’t bother getting up for breakfast but the 24 hour coffee was nice. 1st floor had ice machine and water fountain with water fill area and snack machine. We were on the 3rd floor sooo not super convenient but ok for the 2 nights we were there.

They have apparently put a lot of work into updating a little older property. The room was very nice. The main areas are nice. The pool shows its age, the area needs some work. My room phone was broken, the shower control was broken, the light switch was broken and 1 of two TVs didn’t work. We told the desk and they moved us quickly, we appreciate that. For the price, it beat the heck out of everywhere close . Would stay again based on that. The facilities need a little work on the details.

We stayed in room 301 (4 night stay)- overall Room was clean. Hotel was quiet. Would stay again if i got a good deal again. Seemed rooms and lobby had been remodeled. Except the doors and elevator. The Door was wiggly and felt a bit unsecured. Was a large gap under the door. The elevator got stuck on floor 2 (fixed its self) and could hear it struggle. Sometimes it would chime- other times not. Wifi and tv were great. Water pressure bad. Felt like our shower handle might come off the wall. Pool was clearly damaged but usable. Pool and pool area very clean! The bottom of pool had chunks missing. Id be worried about the safty for kids feet. Whirlpool was a foot low in water level but nice! Loved it. Check in was rushed and meh We left at aprox 4am, 9/4/25 and employees (2) were smoking weed in the lobby? Hotel was acceptable, but not great. Guest room had been updated nicely but the lobby, elevator and hallways need some revamping too. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Disappointed the hot tub was not working; when we search for a hotel, a hot tub is one of our wants, so we were disappointed. Free breakfast was good with eggs, waffles, etc.

Very nice room , large with a great bed ! Pool was warm enough , and Hot Tub was hot ! Nice touch with warm cookies in the afternoon. Breakfast was good .. nice helpful staff. I would for sure stay here again .

The room was good, beds clean, pillows were comfortable, room is modern, tub/shower showing some age, but overall a nice room. Pool was quite cloudy, but hot tub was nice.

The room itself is clean and the beds are comfortable, but the tv’s need updated to smart tv’s and the tub was gross. There was some hair on the toilet and floor near the tub. The toiletries included 2 soaps, a half used shampoo and lotion bottles. It was fine but for the price should have been much nicer. Lots of restaurants/stores close by but the immediate surroundings felt run down. Wouldn’t stay here again. Didn’t bother getting up for breakfast but the 24 hour coffee was nice. 1st floor had ice machine and water fountain with water fill area and snack machine. We were on the 3rd floor sooo not super convenient but ok for the 2 nights we were there.

The room itself was clean, quiet, and nice for a quick trip. The shower was disappointing. Halfway thru my shower the water went ICE COLD then scalding hot. My friend that travelled with me said the shower completely just turned off while she was in there. The outlets are janky and didnt charge our devices well. We booked this place because they had a hot tub and pool, when we got there the pool was "fine" then we went to look in on it and it was totally green and closed down. By nighttime it was better so we got in hot tub but front desk came in and kicked us out. Now i understand there are times for guests to not be in, but we are two adults lounging in the hot tub, i dont see why it was such an issue to let us in a little longer. Breakfast was good, typical continental breakfast. Check-in was great, then all down-hill. Room looked nice on entering, but the toilet was not clean (dried urine under the seat cover). Breakfast was both listed as 6am start both on the room key sleeve and confirmed by the front desk; however, in the morning at 6:05 the breakfast nook was closed-off and dark. Front desk said maybe 5 / 10 minutes, but nope. Doors opened at 6:20 but nothing ready; cereal out but no milk, waffle iron hot but no batter, orange/apple juice machine not working for over a week (per the breakfast staff). Finally asked the front desk again what time was breakfast and they woke-up enough to go figure it out. Greasy sausages and eggs served at 6:34. If the amenities are not there, just say so; please don't lie to your customers. I stay in this area always for the Dayton Airshow. The area is great and usually the Hampton or Drury Inn are my choice. Was not sure if I could get off work this year and booked the hotel less than a month out with no availability at the normal choices. The price was higher than the Quality Inn and Baymont but the hope that this meant better quality was sorely missed.

They didn’t have my reservation. Then for some reason which was unclear Expedia charged me extra. The hotel was really not ready for guests. The shower had no place to put toiletries or soap dish. One day I had no toilet paper and I had to go to the front desk to get more. The next day I wasn’t given any soap at all. I had to go to the front desk as well. The third day my room was not clean when I arrived back at around 3 pm in the afternoon. I had to wait two hours in the lobby before I could get into my room. Hotel common areas were dirty. Weeds growing up around the entrance. Broken jacuzzi the entire 5 day stay. Pool down for maintenance one day. No one staffing the front desk upon check out, no manager on duty. There was a sign on the reception desk with a phone number to call with concerns. The highlight of the stay was definitely the hot breakfast. The staff in the breakfast area were on top of things and food was hot, good and well supplied.

After a ten hour drive, we arrived to be told they did not have our reservation and no rooms available. They sent us away. Thankfully we found another hotel nearby, but it cost nearly another $100/night. It didn't matter that we had confirmation from hotels com.

We, a senior couple in our seventies, were given a room on the third floor. Then the elevator stopped working and we had to shelp all our luggage down three flights of stairs. No help was offered. No discount was offered for our inconvenience. As far as the room was concerned, room 303, there were ants in the room. The bathroom had do place to hang a towel or place a bar of soap in the shower. It also smelled of sewer gas. I believe the shower drain is not properly sealing.

Good experience but was very put off/uncomfortable as we entered property. Approached by young boy with father asking for money to stay at hotel. Told desk person; we was aware they were there, said they asked him, but he was not very concerned. Not a good impression, safe feeling to be approached like that at all.

Location was nice for the activities we needed to get to quickly. Cleanliness could have been a bit better. Dirty floor, bathroom cleanliness before we got there, and outlets wouldn't let us plug in our phones by the bed with a plug. The plugs would just fall out of the wall. Breakfast was good.

Lucy at the front desk was amazing. Incredibly helpful and made sure everything was hospitable for us. The room was clean, and we were supplied with extra towels/self care products when requested. The elevators/lobby were clean, and all other staff were helpful and kind as well. The only downside was that the hot-tub was undergoing maintenance at the time of our stay, but I would much rather it be repaired than usable but broken/dirty. We were provided with an upgraded room due to the inconvenience of the hot-tub repairs. The pool area was also clean and stocked with towels. The noise level of the staff and other hotel guests was peaceful, and the complimentary continental breakfast was a plus. We would definitely choose this hotel if we returned to Dayton!
Lucy at the front desk was amazing. Incredibly helpful and made sure everything was hospitable for us. The room was clean, and we were supplied with extra towels/self care products when requested. The elevators/lobby were clean, and all other staff were helpful and kind as well. The only downside was that the hot-tub was undergoing maintenance at the time of our stay, but I would much rather it be repaired than usable but broken/dirty. Our stay was just ok. We arrived around 10pm and greeted right away and given our keys. Up we go to the third floor to find that the air conditioning isn’t working and the toilette won’t flush (didn’t know that until it was too late). lol We gathered our things and went back to the front desk. The clerk was very apologetic and quickly reassigned us to another room. This time the air and toilette both worked but the shower did not. It was so late and we were exhausted from traveling all day so we just refreshed by using the sink and called it a day. Finally in bed and now we have little kids running and screaming in the hall. It is pushing midnight. This is not the fault of the hotel, just mentioning it because it was an irritant. Where are the parents? On the upside, the beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. The hotel is older and could use some TLC, however.

Staff was amazing. Property was very clean. Stayed for 2 nights and the second night, my daughter was saddened that the pool and hot tub were closed all day. Otherwise, a good stay and no true complaints.

Upon arrival, no one at desk, I thought. At the counter I then saw a lady sitting down watching a computer. She remained seated and asked if she could help me. I said I’d like to check in, at which time she did stand up and check me in. No small talk, no special requests for our stay, no information about breakfast, etc. I saw a coffee machine and poured a cup. There were no lids, so asked her for a lid. She pointed to a glass door on the other side of lobby and said there should be lids in there.! Wow.
