Holiday Inn Express & Suites Harrison by IHG

For the most part everything was great. We just had one room that had a strong cigeratte odor.

Like always, you chain hotel is clean, comfy and a good breakfast. Price is Right!

The staff was helpful & friendly. They did have posted they were starting to update the hotel. It was an overall good experience, just needed some updating.

We had made our reservations a month or so in advance, but we arrived late at night and were given the key to our room but there was a man in the bed when we opened the door. We apologized and lugged our luggage back down to the main desk. We were told there were no more rooms with two queen beds so we asked if we could have two rooms instead. When we went to open the second room, it was the same room with a man in bed. So we had to lug our suitcases back down to the main desk again. We were finally given the keys to two unoccupied rooms. We just hoped the desk clerk wouldn’t now give some stranger the key to our rooms!! Very uosetting!

First time at any Express Inn. Not a lot of options for a busy college weekend. It was fine for a night. The nightstand surface could have used some pledge. The light dusting didn't cut it, but bathrooms and sheets all looked good.
