The staff was so amazingly helpful! They adjusted our arrival date, help coordinate a ride for my elderly mother to the airport, and made sure my husband got his watch he forgot in the room after we had left the hotel. The complimentary water and wonderful fresh ground coffee available 24/7 was an added bonus too! It was Virginia Tech Graduation weekend and they had decorations up celebrating (a great touch). The beds were so comfortable and the rooms were very spacious and clean! Will definitely stay again if we ever find ourselves in the area again. A special thank you to Buffy, Rhinda, and Sandy for exceptional service!

Friendly,helpful staff. Quiet, comfortable rooms, recently updated. Great shower, soft bwd, TV, wifi, Great location, just off I-81. The Mexican restaurant just above the hotel had good food and a full bar. Breakfast was delicious; scrambled eggs, egg white omelets, crispy bacon, yogurt, toast, muffins, pancakes, cinnamon rolls, fruit juices, coffee, hot chocolate, tea, fresh fruit, cereal, milk, etc. 10/0 would recommend.

The Holiday Inn Express has everything we need for an overnight trip when we are traveling. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Room is always clean as is the bathroom with many nice features such as USB ports and a night light in the bathroom. Extra towels provided but you may need them as the shower will leak on the floor if the shower head is not pointed down and toward the wall.
