Everything was great except the swimming pool water was very dirty. Check in is always a breeze and staff ver friendly.

Very nice property. Excellent breakfast, minimal gym though. Internet was a little weak. Great team members with friendly attitude. Casey at front desk is very sweet and friendly. Nice pool . Accommodation was great as well. Nice view outside with lake and ducks.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were all very friendly. The full breakfast was delicious. Just two complaints. The pool was dirty, they said it had been cleaned in the morning but I honestly don’t think it was and the treadmill was unable to be walked on. The gym needs all equipment replaced. We rented there to use both the pool and gym and were able so very disappointed about that. Other than that everything was excellent.

We\'vd use this property for Christmas travel many years. We really like the grill area because we get together there with family. That\'s a BIG plus for us. The rooms need improvments: bed and sofa need to be updated. I don\'t agree with the "make room per request". It started with COVID but I don\'t like the fact that is permanent now.

My 3rd time staying here I like it . Its clean rooms are dark beds are comfy. The pool area needs to stand out by mainly hanging lights around pool and cabana make look nice. I do love my scrambled eggs and country gravy so the breakfast is great.

This hotel could use a renovation update, there was broken tiles and mold in the shower. A little over price for it's condition.

The property was well maintained. The location is great because it is surrounded by lots of restaurants and shopping. The room itself had a great features but our main issues had to do with the bathroom and bed sheet cleanliness.

Lobby is clean and bed very comfortable but overall needs some tlc. Rust in bathtub and no stoppers in the sink or bathtub/shower. Dirt spots covered the carpeting. Hallway paint chipping.

The whole building is extremely musty and full of mold. Do not go! The room smells like rotten. Hair drier doesn’t work. Very old and dirty carpet. Water stains on the ceiling and walls. The worst hotel we have ever been. Run! Run away!

I would not recommend this hotel. The air conditioner in our room was barely working, which made the stay extremely uncomfortable given how humid it was inside. The halls and lobby had a strong smell of mold, which only added to the unpleasant atmosphere. What made things even worse was that someone was openly smoking weed right at the hotel entrance while we were coming in with our kids. Totally unacceptable and not family-friendly at all. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. Poor maintenance, bad air quality, and no regard for guest comfort or safety. Definitely not worth the money.

The room smelled medically clean and skunky at the same time. There were bugs flying in the air. It is old and was not clean. The hallways were dirty with wrappers and debris, like they havent been vaccumed in weeks. The lobby had an air freshner that overwhelmed you when you walked in. The staff was friendly but it took aver 10 min to check in with a reservation. Would not recommend.

The hotel was okay. It immediately smelled like mold and smoke when you walk in. They definitely need to update and redo some parts of the hotel. It was fine for a weekend but I wouldn’t stay again.

The beds were nice. The room was dim. Not much light. The bathtub was poorly patched. Tile was old and dirty looking. It was perfect for a quick one night stay.

Price wise doesnt offer the ammenities that others at same price bracket. There's not 1 usb connection to be found. The people are very friendly and courteous, but i absolutely hated that after they cleaned they left windows wide open for everyone to see into our room. We were on first floor which made it very easy for anyone to see in. We were gone for a good chunck of the day so it was that way for a while. Its older hotel, hence the no usb, but it should be hard to switch something out to have usb chargers. No extra lamps so room a but dark.Showers and main hallway carpets extremely dated. Low pressure from shower and for toilets. The employees were courteous, friendly, and helpful.

The ac was not cooling the room at all. Unfortunately, due to travel time we arrived late. Initially requested a fan from the front desk. There were no fans available. Makes me wonder exactly how many rooms were having ac issues. Requested to be moved to another room and if course, no rooms were available either.

Room had a funky odor to it. Carpets needed shampooing. I saw a roach, only one though and I killed it before my wife saw it. Lol. Common for the area. WIFI was terrible in our room.

Location is good! Needs remodeling $ Bed mattress and pillows need to be upgraded to reflex the quality of other Holiday Inn Express, that i've stayed in.

We arrived early at the hotel 2:30 and the Clerk Dora stated that check-in is at 3:00 pm, and she had not recieved the cleaned room list from house keeping, and she would have it 3:00 pm. So we waited in the lobby in front of the desk. At 3:10 pm, I again approached the desk, and the clerk stated that she need to call the house keeping supervisor for the list. She called and housekeeping gave her a list over hand radio of over 20 rooms that had been cleaned. She was not very friendly or wanting any early registrations.

That recovered my pickup truck. At the Progresso International Bridge in Progresso Texas. Instead of adding to my stress, the Hotel actively helped lighten the burden, even providing a discounted one-day accommodation to ensure I had a safe and comfortable place to stay while dealing with the ordeal. Their support went beyond the transactional. They were cooperative with every question, every need, every uncertainty that arose during such a difficult time. It wasn't just about a room; it was about the kindness in their voices, the understanding in their eyes, and the tangible actions they took to ease my mind. They navigated the s

The room smelled very musty. The nighttime staff a little uninformed. The TV did not work when we first got there andcwas told by the night monitor "the manager will not be in until tomorrow and will fix it then". I was able to figure it out on my own, but should not have had to. As well, I wanted a diet soda - their selection was very limited and there were no diet sodas at all. I am a diabetic and cannot have a sugary soda.

The front night receptionist was inconsiderate and rude. I waited a little more than 30 minutes to be attended and not 1 apologize

Started with my Hotel.com reservation not being accepted and it got worse from there. I ended up having to purchase the room by making a reservation at the front desk.

Just had to get out of town. And this holiday inn hotel is the best. All I did was relax in the room. Love it the bed is comfy and the room was dark. Also the breakfast I love it . I love scrambled eggs with gravy. Yummy.
