This hotel was very clean and quiet. The staff was super friendly & accommodating (I had my dog with me, asked for a late check-out). Their pool is really nice and their breakfast was good. They even had a variety fresh cookies and lemon water available at the front desk for free! For the price, you couldn't ask for more!

Really nice property, staff were welcoming and friendly. Very Clean & quiet property. The pool was nice and the complimentary breakfast was pretty good (I'd recommend the waffles). I'll definitely keep it on my list of "places to stay" for next time. 👍👍

Well renovated older hotel convenient to highway with lots of free on site parking. Not far from Adamstown or downtown Denver. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

Check in was nice as cookies were provided but the pool was closed down which was a big factor in selecting this hotel. Also the rooms felt outdated.

There was no elevator. The fire alarm went off and no instructions were told and everyone was confused on what was going on.

Pros: nice breakfast / nice size room / very clean / gym has several machines to use Cons: pillows are small and uncomfortable / no elevator to second floor

Good place for the price. Bar was not open during our stay cause the person didn’t show up for work so that was a bummer. Also heard what sounded like a washer and dryer all night long but over all it was a decent stay

Well went to the bar but it was not open like they said because the employee did not show up and the shower was not handicapped accessible like they said

Clean, comfortable, and cheap pet fee. Always love when a hotel has semi and truck/trailer parking which this hotel had.

This hotel is always very good. The rooms are spotless, the breakfast is good and plentiful, and the a/c works great and is quiet. The pillows are kind of small. I always bring my own.

The room was dirty with food from the previous occupants on the carpet. The bathroom was disgustingly dirty with hair from the previous occupant in the bath tub and trash on the floor. Will not stay here again. Glad it was only one night

The staff were very nice and accommodating. The beds were small but comfortable enough. They also serve a well balanced breakfast with multiple items to choose from. They didnt have a designated pet area but had enough grounds to walk your dogs and it was clean so guests do pick up after their pets. The guests were very nice as well. My only complaint would be that for the price they charge, they should update the rooms a bit, like getting rid of the old carpets in the rooms. It just had a very strong moldy smell that isnt healthy for anyone. Other than that, it was a good stay.

When you walk in the first picture frame was a trial of spit. The counter top was dusty and the toilet was dirty inside. The towels stunk too.. The entire room had a mildew old smell. It def wasn’t worth what I paid for. Will NEVER STAY AGAIN

Everything very clean. Even around the outside. Excellent dog walking area. Great breakfast. Beds nice and bedding cimfy

The air conditioning had mold on the vents and there was a small bug in the room. We changed our rooms to another one. Not the best.

Clean overall, bathtubs could use some elbow grease. We stayed twice on the way North and our trip home driving South. We had our two goldens with us. The pet rate is extremely fair. The bedding was clean and white, and the beds were comfortable. The bottom sheets could have been a little larger. Breakfast wasn't exciting, but okay. No real complaints! We'll stay again next year.

There was sewage coming from the tub. It was awful and the smell was terrible when we woke up. We did not check in until midnight and was awakened by 8 with the noise and smell. Could not use the bathroom or brush our teeth let alone shower. Went to front desk and the lady was no help. Simply said, " Yea I'll tell maintenance when he gets in at 9." We left.

The hotel front lobby was nice. But the hotel being updated stopped there. The shower pressure in our room was non existentance. The beds were hard. Could use an updating on that. It was horrible taking a shower. I informed the front desk, nothing

TV didn't work went to front desk several times. Front desk really didn't know what to do, wanted to call maintenance and made excuses that the remote malfunctions at times. I had to get firm and ask for another room it was getting late. Ice machine broken too, I made suggestion to give us another room. It was a rough start.

Wi-Fi was unreliable. Being a business trip, this was an issue. The bathtub was clogged. The staff is very friendly and helpful

The only downside to this hotel are the pillows. The are very small and uncomfortable. Whenever I stay here, I bring my own pillow. The breakfast is very good. There are plenty of options.

No real complaint. This was an average hotel. The room was dated and had a musty smell.

Could not connect to WiFi. Connected, but no internet. This was a business trip. So was inconvenient.

I had a great time at Comfort Inn. The rooms were spacious and well designed. The shower was a little weird for me but still good. The area was quiet and the people friendly. I enjoyed my time with friends and family. I didn't get to experience the breakfast but i will next time. Keep up the good work.

Staff were all very helpful and especially courteous. Rooms were clean. Had one problem with water backup in the tub when flushing toilet and we were promptly moved to another room with no further problems.

I’ve never had trouble checking in to a place booked through Expedia. This hotel did not have the reservation and they treated me like I didn’t reserve it correctly. The property night manager was not very nice to the Expedia phone rep which was very uncomfortable. I ended up just paying for it myself and will be getting an Expedia refund. It was a. Uncomfortable situation and had it not been 2:00AM, I would have gone somewhere else.

Very incredible front desk, all shifts. Very wonderful cleaning personnel. Couldn’t think of a better place to stay in the entire area. 5 stars all around. Would give more if I could.

Hubby and I arrived late in the evening after being with my 100-years old mom in the local hospital emergency room. Less than 30 minutes in our room, before even getting into bed, we noticed a sulfur gas smell that kept worsening. I called the front desk, explained the problem, and was told we should wait in our room for the clerk to come up and check it out. After 20 minutes, the clerk had not arrived. Since online info said exposure could be harmful (causing headache or worse) or indicate a gas leak, we walked down to the front desk. The clerk again told us to wait in our room and that he was "trying to finish an audit". So we returned to our room, but after 10 more minutes, packed up because we felt it was unsafe to stay. Just as we were starting to leave, the clerk arrived and told us he had a room for us down the hall. Hubby and I stated we didn't feel safe -- there was no explanation for or investigation of the reason for the sulfur gas smell -- and wouldn't be able to sleep there and needed to try to get some rest before my mom's surgery. We said we needed to check out and go elsewhere and would like a refund. The clerk said he'd have to speak to the day manager about that. No refund showed up on my credit card. I called & a different hotel clerk said I needed to call Hotels.com; when I did, the agent called the hotel and was told I had checked in and left 7am the next morning -- an outright lie! I'm a senior citizen & had never requested a hotel refund before.

I particularly liked the person who checked us in, and spent a lot of time helping us get our baby crib set up. She was very professional, friendly, and calm. She made our weekend great.

Everything was great except the staff looked really bad. They need to be more professional in their appearance. And when I went to turn in my key card, the girl just yelled from the back to leave it on the counter. She was too busy eating.

Had a cold shower. Either no hot water or not enough because the hotel was booked. No elevators to second floor. Limited dining in the area.

Nice place close to maple grove raceway . Excellent heating and ac in the room. Excellent breakfast.

Staff was friendly. Area felt safe, parking is easy. Convenient to surrounding areas. Room was clean, bed was comfortable! Breakfast was just fine.

Great stay, useful location not far from Turnpike, close to Middle Creek Wildlife area, state parks and otter historical locations. Quiet. Good restaurants nearby- including a wonderful diner down the road. Excellent free breakfast and friendly staff. The excellent rating I saw when choosing the hotel was well deserved, comfy beds, too. Nearby gas and convenience store.

We enjoyed this stay very much. Although the noise from the road was very loud, the beds and pillows were extremely comfortable.And we got a good night's sleep

The rooms are comfortable and nicely appointed. The breakfast includes pretty much everything you need, including a waffle-maker and eggs. I’ve stayed at this property before and like coming back.

Closeness to many antique shops - I have been to this hotel several times and my last visit the breakfast could use some improvement. the coffee was horrible and the bagels were soggy. I know its just a quick bite but I still feel it could be better.
