I would NEVER ever commend this property because they Do Not honor the contract. When I arrived, I was told my room was already rented to someone else. I waited two hours for them to clean a room for me. The room was dank and cold. It was clean, but nothing to write home about. The staff did not honor the contract because I was supposed to have breakfast included. However, on the first day they told me they had run out of ingredients, the second day they told me I had to pay for it. I told them that it was part of the contract. They mysteriously couldn’t find the contract after they demanded it in the beginning. There were absolutely no amenities, zero zilch. The staff literally had you on lockdown because you could not leave the premise unless you warned them so they could open the door and also contact them when you came back. This was the worst ever hotel I’ve ever in my life been in as a matter of fact, I wouldn’t even call it a hotel. I would avoid it all together.

The photo and naming of "spa" was deceitful. The building in the photo is there and is beautiful, but my room was not in that building it was in the building next door. There was nobody there during arrival. I was let in by the owner's husband who happened to be passing by. When I decided that I could not stay in the room and needed to leave there was nobody in reception and also nobody answered my calls. Since I was not issued a remote control to open the gate, I had to go to another room and ask another guest to please open the gate for me to be able to leave the property. I left the key in the door and did not spend the night.

My flight landed at 7pm from GA, this is when I inquired as to where to get the shuttle. I was informed that they do not have transport services, and for me to take an Uber. Where do I find the Uber? Dont I need an app for that? Also I expressed that I would not have booked here if it didnt include transportation from the airport. I had another flight to take in the morning. How was I to get back at 7am? I found Uber, you dont need an app from the Airport. And they booked me one for the morning. Cost from the Airport was R250, (peak) and for the morning it was R64. Yep R64. I must say the location is a out 15. Mins away and the place was really nice, the room clean, staff was very nice. NO TRANSITION.

Nice grounds and clean, comfortable room.
