Floors, linens were dirty. Mattress lumpy. Would not recommend pay extra elsewhere. The parking lot was very well lit and not far from Cowboy stadium.

Facilities were in poor condition and looked terrible. Overall dirty and rundown.

first thing when you get too the motel they ask for a 20 doller deposit for the room key then when you go back to ask for toilet paper and extra towels they tell you that they dont have acccess too them until a certain time. then the homeless or riftraft that stay in the parking lot is not a good look either and alos the pool was closed my whole visit i think it was actually filled in

Looked a lot different than the pictures online. The bed had a big low spot in the middle. The sheets were nasty. The check in person said when I checked in there was no breakfast or pool. The hotel is a dump.

Pool has been filled in. Got hottub suite, no sofa, place to hang clothes, hottub water faucet doesn't turn off, plywood over 1 window, as it was broke sometime previously. To me, price was little high for no more amenities than there are.

I’m not sure where these pictures came from, but it’s not this location. There’s no pool, it’s been filled in. The room was no smoking but upon entering it was so smoke filled it burned our noses. We brought febreeze luckily and that made it tolerable. The parking lot was filthy with trash everywhere. The room smoke detector was nowhere to be found, and the sprinkler heads were painted over. There was a fire extinguisher on the bottom level, but second floor was missing. The coffee maker was in the room, but there were no cups or anything to make any coffee with. The beds were made with sheets sideways, so we remade them when we got there after realizing our feet wouldn’t be covered. The AC did work well, so that was good considering the heat wave. But, with the smell of the room, we looked at the filter to see why it smelled so smoky and it was a solid yellow. The hotels were packed due to events in the area, so we stuck it out but would not stay again. We were told no breakfast or coffee in the lobby when we checked in, even though the site shows a nice clean breakfast area. Luckily there was a burger place next door and we walked both days to grab a coffee. Definitely not as advertised, not even close. There was rust on the lamp bases, the floor was coming apart, and there were burn holes in the paper thin bed toppers. The window next to us was shattered.

Currently in renovations. Had to stand in rain to check in. A lot of sketchy people lingering around, given an uncomfortable vibe. The facility had no irons. Would not stay there again.... Good for a budget one day stay, but not for anything else.

No breakfast as advertised and not under construction or anything. The pool has been finned in. Didn't get the room i booked. A/c never cooled the room off. Mini fridge barely worked, had to use the freezer section of it just to keep drinks cool and after being in that freezer for a day and a half they still weren't no where near freezing. Room was dirty. Moved a nightstand to plug my phone charger in and found no plate on the plug and a lot of filth under that night stand. The top drawer of the dresser wouldn't stay closed, i closed it and the drawer opened on it's own so had to walk around it to get to the bathroom. There was a small coffee pot in the room that was missing the tray to put the coffee in but it didn't matter since there wasn't any coffee for it. The peep hole on the door was missing and just had a sticker over the hole on the inside part of the door. I understand now why the rooms are so cheap and that the description of the rooms and annanymities were false. The bed matress was very used to say the least. It had a big sinking in section on either side. Only nice thing i have to say about the place is that all of the staff members i interacted with were very nice.

The floors, restrooms, beds, and walls were all so dirty. My room had a chipped and cracked restroom door that didn't even close. The entire room smelled of smoke, with walls tainted with cigarette residue.

This place was so outdated and dirty. The sheets and towels her dingy and there was no cold water. The only option was steaming hot which was unsafe for even a shower. The kicker…a rat hole on the wall.

The bed linens were completely dirty you could see the stains in the brown top sheets the beds were unwashed and unacceptable for sleeping I checked in about 7pm paid my 20$ deposit me and my two children literally took a shower and we gathered all of our things and. Checked out 35 mins later and drove 3 hours home will never go back

Overall was unclean. Could see in area upstairs passage way between the front and back homeless people were staying in, was dirty. Sure the sheets and pillows were not washed. The bathroom wall had what looked like poop on it. Had 1 towel in the room which was a double queen that we reserved for 4 people. Was not place i would suggest to anyone.

DO NOT stay here. The condition of this place is absolutely sickening. They should be ashamed that they operate in such a manor. I understand that it’s a low budget motel but it was overpriced and just nasty. Nonsmoking room that reeked like cigarettes (someone had put a bag over the smoke director). Mirror was broken, toilet wouldn’t flush. Bed had cigarette burns all over it. Stained up sheets. Had a fridge but it’s not even operable. Opened it and nearly threw up from the smell. Shameful they are aloud to stay open.

The first room we were given had no air conditioning, the tables looked like they had been wrapped in duck tape at one point-there was residue all over each table and the stand for the microwave, paint drippings everywhere, A cigarette burn on the comforter even though it was a smoke free room. The staff was accommodating and moved us to another room however the sink faucet was not secured to the counter, an outlet was not attached which we needed for plugging in things and the toilet ran continuously. The maid will come in while your out so make sure you utilize the door sign. I prefer to call for service when I need it and was not aware they would do this.

Don’t let the pictures fool you. You’re nowhere near the stadiums and you have 0 view of them. Given the heat your only options is a $15 uber, unless u wanna drop a bunch of weight trying to walk there. The room was comfortable but the pillows were terrible. TV was only good for casting. There was no breakfast available despite being advertised. The place was a mess with urine and cigarette butts everywhere. The was alot of suspicious activity and people hanging out in dark areas questioning my safety. Alot of noise late and night and into the early morning. Probably need to get better at reading reviews and knowing this info before booking in the future The only upside is the Whataburger, Taco Bell and Gas Station right next door.

Staff was nice and promptly moved us to second room when it was discovered first room's toilet wasnt working. 1st room had telephone with buttons missing. 2nd room was missing part of the security latch. The king sized bed was beyond firm. No give to it at all. Pillows were extremely flat. Room was clean but signs of disrepair. Had a very, very large picture right behind bed that people had drawn on and it looked as though something else had happened to it and theyd tried to clean it. The trash from the outside trashcan had been bagged and was sitting by the trashcan. It was there at checkin at 3 PM and still there at 10:15 the next day. Bathroom door did not close. Pool had been filled in with concrete.

The pictures that were advertised are not to what the room was, it was not that close to AT&T stadium as the pictures on the website showed. No AC when we got in the room.. mightvwant to turn AC on when it has been reserved from the begining. And we were not aware thete was a $50 reservation deposit fee. That was not on the online process when booking the room, as we purchsed the insured to protected the room from cancelations etc.

It did not look like the pictures on the website!! Fridge was unplugged so it drained all over the floor. Comforter had stains. Bed was worn out...rolled to the middle of the bed. We had only 2 towels, a washcloth, and a hand towel...had to use hand towel to step out of the shower. I was veey diappointed and will not ho back!!!

Beds were very uncomfortable. The outlets in the sink/mirrored area didn’t work, fire alarm had been ripped off the ceiling and the toilet ran all night.

There was no place to hang clothes, no shampoo. The bed was not comfortable, we didn’t even stay the 2nd night, even though the room was paid for. Very disappointing.

Do NOT STAY HERE!! They have a towing policy and we were from out of state visiting. The clerk at the front desk didnt out the correct dates for our stay and we got our vehicle towed!!When i told the clerk on duty and he called the guy who checked us in started laughing and said theres nothing be can do! The hotel was raggedy, i believe there are prostitues that stay here because there was constant arguing and fighting with people above and beside us. Our refrigerator didnt work in the first room and in the 2nd room we didn't have a microwave. We had to lay $318 to get our vehicle back and pay for an uber to Fort Worth where our vehicle was towed!! Thus hotel is not worth your money plus they are scamming people by having vehicles told for no reason!! I will never stay here again!! Save your money and stay somewhere else. I had no management to contact because they stated someone owns a lot of these raggedy, broke down, prostitute living, nasty, uncomfortable rooms!! There was a hole at the bottom of the door and we had to take a towel to push under the door to keep bugs out! We asked for another towel and they didnt have any because they were short on housekeepers and no one came to work that day!

People riding around on bicycles aimlessly that were knocking on some motel room doors. Especially at night. Very expensive room that smelled strongly of cigarette smoke despite being “non-smoking”. Front desk required $20 cash deposit on top of credit card payment for room. Smoke detector in our room was totally melted & absent. I would not stay here again. Next time, I’ll try a Motel 6. I recommend that Expedia does not list this motel anymore.

The room I booked on Expedia was not even available when I checked in. I specifically picked the hotel for a room with a jacuzzi in it because that’s what I was trying too book. When I show up too check in the lady tells me that room is not Available. Why offer that room if you know it isn’t available because it’s under renovation. Then I couldn’t get my money back if I cancelled and the room she put me in was same price as the room with jacuzzi. Plus I had to pay a 50 dollar deposit on car which nothing was mentioned prior to booking. Also I forgot to get my DL & Credit card before I left from checking in. The lady at the front desk knew what room I was in but not once did she try to inform I had not got them back from her. I literally had to go to office and ask if they had them from a new lady that was working this morning. Terrible service, rude, lazy and inconsiderate. I would not waste my time booking here again or spend my money thinking I’m getting something and show up to find out that the room hasn’t been available and won’t be cause it’s under renovation..

This place is absolutely the worst motel I’ve ever seen. Do not stay here, if you’re going to a Game or 6 Flags stay somewhere else in Arlington or a city nearby, you’ll thank me. The customer service was terrible and the guy working reception was rude and required a $20.00 CASH deposit for room keys. No receipt or any other payment just cash. Then when we checked into the room it was pitch black and the room itself did not look the way it was advertised it looked like the furniture was pick out of the garbage and put in the room. The door itself looked like it’s been rammed like someone was trying to break in before and the window didn’t match the others, which lead us to think this room has been broken into before. There was stains all over the sheets, the pillows were as thin as paper, the bathroom fan looked like it hasn’t been clean in 20 years, they replaced the bathroom door with a very dirty outside type door, and the bathroom light was busted. The only lamp for the room which was the only light source besides the bathroom light was wore out and dirty from grime. This was all discovered within 1st 10 minutes of the stay and inspecting the room. Then someone who also stayed at the motel came to us while we were outside and said she had been robbed the night prior! At that point, we decided to leave and when I went to the guy at reception, he had zero remorse AND SMIRKED with a laugh. There were many other issues, but review space is limited. DO NOT STAY HERE!

I wish I had photos to show how HORRIBLE this place was! No joke! I wouldn’t recommend this Super 8 to anyone. The pictures online were not taken from this location. The rooms are an outside entrance only. The door to our room was dented as if a break in attempt had occurred. On the inside the door security was very suspect. I wouldn’t doubt someone had eyes on the place and would know what rooms were occupied for the night. Robbery, rape and murder crossed out minds at this point. We opened the door and without hesitation went back to the lobby and asked for a refund. After several minutes on the phone with hotels.com we were promised a refund for our entire stay. While we were locating another hotel in the lobby a cockroach walked across the floor. Can you imagine with the lights off in any of the rooms how many may be out and about then? We were glad we didn’t find out. The employee asked how long we were going to take to leave, because he needed to lock the front doors at 9pm. It didn’t give us a very safe feeling to say the least. My lady wanted a soda from the gas station next door. I was going to wait outside for her since I was on the phone with hotels.com at the time. She didn’t go in because there were many “free loaders” lurking around inside. They didn’t have anything else better to do on a Friday night or … Our night turned around for the best once our Uber got us to a great hotel for the weekend! Please for your own safety DON’T stay here!!!

Disgusting smell and unsafe! Drug deals went on and a fellow lingering person that came from an upper level room approached us with a bar while we were in the car in the parking lot. DO NOT STAY HERE

The property wasn't very unique, the only thing I can think isn't positive getting to or leaving the property is a little bit hazardous. The main problem is I booked a reservation for a hotel that is pet friendly. When I arrived there were multiple signs that said no pets allowed. I told the person at the registration desk I had a reservation with a pet friendly hotel and had a pet with me. He let me know the change of policy to no longer allow pets and they had not changed the information online. He said they would over look it this time, but made sure I was responsible for any damage my cat caused. He made sure to let me know we was giving me a service even though the information online had not been updated. Also, he checked to make sure the room was ready while I waited, it was about 5 P.M. the room should have already been checked and ready.

Area around property was trashy No coffee or continental breakfast though I saw that on some web site summary. Room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable.

It was the worst hotel I’ve stayed in. The room was really dirty, the shower floor was all broken and dirty. It smelled ugly. My husband almost fell in the shower. The a/c was so humid. It was the worst night. In the morning it was not even 9 am and the person from housekeeping just walked into the room without knocking. It was the worst experience. Also they have false advertisement Because it says they have breakfast in the morning and they didn’t either. They said that they don’t have breakfast.

Rooms were allegedly non-smoking. We had two rooms - one smelled of cigarette smoke, the other reeked of weed. The smoke detector had even been removed. Property advertised breakfast. Two front desk people told us maybe tomorrow. The other finally told us no breakfast as they were renovating. One room had no remote. The other room remote didn't work. When we asked for replacement, they said they'd send one up. Finally admitted they didn't have any. Not a whole lot good to say about the place. Wouldn't stay there again.
