The property has not had any recent updates and only minimal maintenance. The room we were assigned had a front door that had been broken in before and did not tightly close, but the room AC was able to keep up with the associated drafts. The room itself was relatively clean, but worn and the TV worked. Room keys stopped working the next day about 2:30pm or later. The front desk reprogrammed the keys, but their system did very slow updates and the desk person had to open the door with a physical master key, the card keys eventually updated to the lock. Breakfast was a super barebones lay out that could have taken less than half the allotted area and no hot service (none was indicated in the reservation, so was not present). Front desk declined to provide a receipt for our stay, because we did not book the room directly with the motel. To date, the deposit has not been returned or been updated to us as to reasons to hold the deposit. We definitely would never voluntarily stay at this motel again.

This is a great hotel for the price and it's great location near lots of shops. It's near the mall and it's near the outlet mall which is a short drive down the highway. They also serve a nice breakfast which you can make your own waffles. I was very satisfied with my stay. This is my second stay at this hotel.

We entered the room! Amazingly clean for it to be an outdated place. Stores were conveniently located but when we came back to the hotel later in the night, there were people hanging outside in the parking lot and the adjacent parking lot which made it feel unsafe. The air conditioning was broke. It was a horrible night of rest. I went to the lobby to let the clerk know and no one came to the front. Also, the property owners LIVE at the property. This was quite different as I pasted by their door and saw a full size refrigerator and a full size bed and they were cooking inside. Nah, no thank you. I’ll never stay here again.

You get what you pay for. The breakfast was very meager with only waffles, dry cereal and yogurt. The bathroom floor was sticky and the drain stopper in the bathtub was disconnected. The bed was good. But it was cheap and that is what mattered.

Had to change rooms and the gentleman that helped us was very accommodating. New room was better, shower and sink worked much better.
