We chose this hotel as it had breakfast included and said it has a gym or exercise room. Due to maintenance the gym was closed. I tried to go to the pool and when I arrived there were no towels and most of the lounge chairs by the pool were badly broken. The ice machine on our floor, the fourth floor, did not work. The water fountain on the ground floor was stained and dirty.

The hotel is under remodelation, we understand that inconvenient part. The dangerous problem was the elevator. We stayed for 2 nights on the 5th floor and elevator only worked 2/3 times. They saw the technician trying to fix it several times. We never trusted the elevator anymore.

A man got his truck and trailer stolen there. It was his 1st (ours as well) night there. There were police in the lobby at breakfast. No amenities. Pool was dirty. All the chairs at the pool area were broken. No gym. The elevator kept getting stuck. And when it did run, it ran very slow. I was in the 4th floor. There were other customers who were smoking weed in their rooms and the smell came out in the hallway. I stayed there for 4 nights. It was unsettling wondering if you were going to wake up and see your car parked outside or not. Overall, the good housekeeping is what kept me from scoring this hotel so low. Oh another gentleman that was in line before me to check in booked a suite online and was told upon his arrival that they didnt have any available due to a leak. No apologies to him they just offered him another room. Dont let the location fool you. PERFECT location for the mall, shopping, amd dining. But this hotel is TERRIBLE. I would never stay here again

The place is a filth box. Service was terrible. We asked for extra pillows and they asked us to go down to get them. Only 2 pillows were allowed, even though the room didn’t have enough pillows. No soap or shampoo in the bathroom. Toilet paper was almost out and we were asked to go get it from the lobby. We left after one night.

The staff was lovely but there are bed bugs in my room. Now I have to deal with the paranoia of bringing these things back home to my house with me. This is not ok and needs to be taken extremely seriously. I would like a full refund for my stay.

It was old, outdated, the microwaves in both rooms made a loud noise like it was going to explode, the wood on furniture was chipped, the outlets were outdated and the outlet by the table had a power strip box plugged in and clamped to the table, the halls and rooms stunk like marijuana...the area was fantastic but the hotel needs ALOT of work! The staff was extremely nice though.

The room we were given was already occupied. This was only determined after we went to the front desk 3 times because the key cards wouldn't work. They finally admitted that the gave out the room to others. The 2nd room had a floor dryer fan in the middle, and the tv would not change channels. We finally got the tv working, but not because of help from the front desk. Understaffed and check in took 35 minutes.

Staff is friendly, but language barrier that makes communication a bit difficult. The hotel is clean. Room is clean. However, tub/shower ran constantly. Could not get it to completely shut off. Toilet had to be flushed twice. A sign stating room cleaning is reduced to 3 days was not clearly visible and was told about the 3 day cleaning process ….as we had taken towels down to get clean ones. We requested room cleaning on Saturday…day 3 of stay…..then again twice on Saturday morning. We got back to hotel around 5:30 and room stilll wasn’t clean. Was told they were still cleaning rooms. Soooo STILL cleaning rooms at 5:30pm? Check in is st 3pm?! So complained, got back to room and within 5 minutes there’s a knock. The cleaning stsff was there waiting. So put shoes back on and went downstairs and waited in the lobby. No apologies. Get back upstairs she’s just leaving. Would no go back

Horrible stay with this hotel. First night we asked to change rooms due to the electricity issue we were having. The light switch on the wall turned off everything in the room. We were told maintenance will fix it Saturday. maintenance never stopped by and maintenance. Never fixed it. We had to constantly ask for clean bedding, which we never got. We spent a total of 4 nights with no cleaning bedding after the first night. We asked for the room to be cleaned several times which never happened. We had to beg for clean towels several times. The elevator did not work. We were on the third floor.

The location was a winner. I was less than 25 minutes from everything I went to do. Right across the street from the mall!!! It was clean inside and very peaceful during bedtime. I will be staying again for my next visit.

Comfortable bed. Breakfast wasn’t put out one morning and I was kinda relying on it. Not the cleanest place but I’d stay again.

Overall my stay was great. The only thing I would change is the breakfast, not many selections when it came to fruit or meat. We only got sausage and the sausages weren’t cooked very well. But other than that everything was nice, friendly staff and all.

The hotel was super busy. The elevator is incredibly slow for the amount of customers they host. The breakfast was terrible. Not much of a selection and the breads were old and stale. All three days. The rooms were comfortable but run down.

My son and I were in town for the World Cup, and I realized I booked the wrong La Quinta. The one I had initially thought I booked was a few miles down the road in the same city. I called the night before to change the reservation and rebook at its sister hotel, but the Manager declined. This added another $100.00+ in Uber rides. I can understand booking with a different hotel chain, but this is unreasonable. The hotel also promoted a private ride back and forth between the stadium, but when I called in the morning to book, the company said they were no longer providing rides from this location because it was too far. This forced us to pay expensive Uber transportation.

The AC in our room was not working at all. It was 100 degrees outside during our stay. We thought the room just needed to cool down once we got in and turned the air on. We had the AC on the lowest setting and it made no difference. We were so hot we couldn’t use blankets at night. This also made the bathroom and incredibly uncomfortable temperature. Hotel was sold out so we had to just deal with it. We got no sleep as a result.

I’m absolutely pleased with my stay me and my wife needed to rest another night after her surgery. Being in the hospital was not the best place to get some rest and we were able to also get to spend some time with family as well
