The pool was dirty or out of service. First room we were given had missing lock on door and deadbolt would not work. Given a second room that had the locks. By this time it was late and I did not feel like moving on. Both rooms had stains / mildew in the bathroom. Toilet seat was loose. Motel is poorly maintained. Will not stay at EconoLodge again!

We got what we paid for…. I guess. We knew it would not be luxurious. However pool was extremely dirty green and half the room was broken in one way or another and heavily smoked in. Breakfast was… sorta. If you just wanna stop and sleep and haul A in the morn, its ok.

Pool was not open as advertised. Ice machine was out of order. We were told to go to McDonald’s next door to get ice. Laundry facilities were not working. 3 toilets in back parking lot. Holes in wall and doors. Air conditioning was not on both times we stayed so had to wait for room to cool down in very hot weather. Only received 2 towels even though they knew 3 were staying per my reservation. Was told we had to bring dirty towels back to front desk before we were given more. Then was only given 1 because we were told the rest were in laundry. Bathroom dirty. Room smelled. Very disappointed in this stay. Had my reservation not been nonrefundable I would not have stayed the 2nd night. Will not be staying at an Econo Lodge again.

Per the company website and Hotels.com, there was supposed to be an outdoor pool and a free hot breakfast included with the stay. However, the outdoor pool was closed the entire time my family and I were there and the only offerings for breakfast were a few muffins, 2 types of dry cereal, milk, waffle batter, and bread (if you asked for it). The Welcome/Amenity sheet in each room even describes the "Easy Start-Free Breakfast" as "Complimentary Full Breakfast, which includes biscuits, gravy, waffles, juice, backed goods and much more" Those are my primary complaints. My family and I would have stayed elsewhere had we known in advance. Additional complaints include the 'fitness center' having no equipment except for 1 elliptical machine and 1 recumbant bike, half the washer and dryers were out of order, half the handles were missing from all the drawers in my room, there was exposed wiring in the wall going to the tv as well as where the smoke alarm in the ceiling was supposed to be, the bottom of the tub looked dirty, the shower walls were cracked, the shower head had either black mold or grime, staff entered my room despite my use of their 'do not disturb' door hanger and my asking the front desk staff member not to, and there were bags of garbage and broken glass under the stairs to the 2nd floor for the entirety of my stay. Attempts to speak with staff were fruitless and manager is absentee and unresponsive.

The pool wasn’t operational, the grass was overgrown. The breakfast was atrocious!! Two spoiled bananas, a basket of limes , two pieces of bread , an assortment of sugary cereal. Coffee tasted burnt. Couch in room was very dirty, and old, The fact that it was old was an issue but was terribly worn and dirty - we didn’t use or sit anything on it.

This hotel was not a good experience with terrible breakfast all they had to eat was soggy waffles that made me sick and store bought powdered donuts . The front desk lady was extremely rude the floor was extremely filthy the bathroom had mold and rust and the bedsheets had cigar burns inside while the bathing towels had brown spots inside and there was active shooting in the middle of the night . There website also mentioned them having a gym and they didn’t even have one .

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!! They advertise a pool, it is not open and does not look like it has been in a while. They advertise a hot breakfast and it is cold cereal and a muffin, if you are lucky. The room was extremely run down and dirty. The bath tub was very slippery and very dangerous for older people. Room service was there once in four days. We had to go to the front desk for additional trash bags. The floor was so dirty the bottom of my socks were black! It was an incredibly horrible stay for my husband and I, and our son, who had his own room that was just as bad!!

Please read all. I should not have prepaid. Filthy. Black,greasy,torn sofa.Black filthy shower curtain and bath tub. Missing smoke detector.No phone cord.Missing iron, ironing board and hair dryer.No room service.We had to change burnt light bulbs ourselves.No response from management.My wife lost her expensive jacket in the room.Had to call the police.Nothing to have with bread for breakfast.Empty juice machine.No tea bag.No fruit.Careless attitude about customers.

The room was okay. The shower control was installed backwards. Needed caulking work arount tub area. The baby coffee maker sucked. Otherwise, it was a warm room with a bed. I would stay again.

We arrived to check in around 3:30. Man at check in was very unpleasant and hostile. We asked for Wi-Fi information and he was irritated with even giving it to us (we have small kids and needed Wi-Fi). It ended up not even working. Room was run down, could not give kids baths since drain was broken, while trying to take showers, discovered water wouldn’t get warmer than pool water, at best. Weed smoke and people all around parking lot and outside rooms drinking, being loud. Staff had family/friends that appeared to live at property, yelling and arguing outside the rooms. Horrible experience.

Went back to lobby and attendant was "away" for 15-20 minutes at start of check in time. Refused to give refund, gave another dirty room, DO NOT STAY HERE

I searched for HOTELS- this is a MOTEL. Room door would not close fully & security flip lock did not work. To feel safe, I had to wedge ironing board between door & desk to make sure door could not be opened x by me. Slept with screwdriver at my pillow & stayed only 1 night. Breakfast bar was A JOKE! All carbs, no egg products-very lacking in offerings. This is not a mid-range property, it is most definitely a budget motel. If you need a hotel night in Jackson - make sure you are on the 45S side of the road. I would never have booked this if the listing had said motel.

The hot water is not very hot no matter how long it runs. The tv picture is grainy on all channels. The hair drier/outlet didnt work. There was hair on the shower wall and on the bed. The bathroom needs updated in every sense of the word.

The host didn't like the discount u guys gave me so he put me in the worst room in the building. 153. It didn't have a sitting area or nothing. Just bed TV n table. I visited there before I know they got good rooms I was very disappointed

Very nice & friendly staff. They walk around checking the property so it’s safe. We really enjoyed our stay. The shower didnt work in one room. They quickly moved us to another room. It’s been nice & peaceful

Always a pleasure to stay here. Safe, clean, friendly, and has everything you'll need close by. You get what you pay and won't be disappointed here. Had multiple stays over time this year and never had an issue once. Honestly would give it 10 stars if the scale went that high but 5 is high as it goes so I'll give it a 6. Honestly.

Waited 15 minutes for someone to finally check me in. No paper towels in Lobby public bathroom. Only enough shampoo and conditioner for 1 person and there are 2 of us. It’s clean and the desk staff was very friendly and helpful. It obvious they have done some up grades…new flooring and refrigerators and TV’s. But there are globs of paint in the sink and some of the towels need to be bleached. The iron, ironing board, and clothes rack are old and badly rusted. But. It is a smoking room and that’s hard to find.

Per the company website and Hotels.com, there was supposed to be an outdoor pool and a free hot breakfast included with the stay. However, the outdoor pool was closed the entire time my family and I were there and the only offerings for breakfast were a few muffins, 2 types of dry cereal, milk, waffle batter, and bread (if you asked for it). The Welcome/Amenity sheet in each room even describes the "Easy Start-Free Breakfast" as "Complimentary Full Breakfast, which includes biscuits, gravy, waffles, juice, backed goods and much more" Those are my primary complaints. My family and I would have stayed elsewhere had we known in advance. Additional complaints include the 'fitness center' having no equipment except for 1 elliptical machine and 1 recumbant bike, half the washer and dryers were out of order, half the handles were missing from all the drawers in my room, there was exposed wiring in the wall going to the tv as well as where the smoke alarm in the ceiling was supposed to be, the bottom of the tub looked dirty, the shower walls were cracked, the shower head had either black mold or grime, staff entered my room despite my use of their 'do not disturb' door hanger and my asking the front desk staff member not to, and there were bags of garbage and broken glass under the stairs to the 2nd floor for the entirety of my stay. Attempts to speak with staff were fruitless and manager is absentee and unresponsive.

My preferred stay choice in the area. Road noise but that can't be helped being next to a highway. No roaches here at all. Every other place in the area has a roach problem but i never see one here. Also very friendly towards my service dog. Definitely would and will recommend for a overnight or few day stay. 100%

The staff was awesome, excellent customer, they were in training, great people. Lighting in parking lot was terrible and too many shady people walking around. Did not feel safe. Room was decent, broken and missing handles, no iron. Too pricey for that stay. Breakfast was not what I thought we were going to get.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!! They advertise a pool, it is not open and does not look like it has been in a while. They advertise a hot breakfast and it is cold cereal and a muffin, if you are lucky. The room was extremely run down and dirty. The bath tub was very slippery and very dangerous for older people. Room service was there once in four days. We had to go to the front desk for additional trash bags. The floor was so dirty the bottom of my socks were black! It was an incredibly horrible stay for my husband and I, and our son, who had his own room that was just as bad!!

I searched for HOTELS- this is a MOTEL. Room door would not close fully & security flip lock did not work. To feel safe, I had to wedge ironing board between door & desk to make sure door could not be opened x by me. Slept with screwdriver at my pillow & stayed only 1 night. Breakfast bar was A JOKE! All carbs, no egg products-very lacking in offerings. This is not a mid-range property, it is most definitely a budget motel. If you need a hotel night in Jackson - make sure you are on the 45S side of the road. I would never have booked this if the listing had said motel.

The pool wasn’t operational, the grass was overgrown. The breakfast was atrocious!! Two spoiled bananas, a basket of limes , two pieces of bread , an assortment of sugary cereal. Coffee tasted burnt. Couch in room was very dirty, and old, The fact that it was old was an issue but was terribly worn and dirty - we didn’t use or sit anything on it.

This hotel was not a good experience with terrible breakfast all they had to eat was soggy waffles that made me sick and store bought powdered donuts . The front desk lady was extremely rude the floor was extremely filthy the bathroom had mold and rust and the bedsheets had cigar burns inside while the bathing towels had brown spots inside and there was active shooting in the middle of the night . There website also mentioned them having a gym and they didn’t even have one .

The breakfast that’s supposed to be complementary should be better than what it is. They only have batter for waffle and it doesn’t work like you’re supposed to. They supposed to be better at serving rapid you don’t have too many options at all. There should be eggs, bacon sausage among turkey, sausage, turkey bacon the juice machine was not working workable they had 2% milk only no the almond milk no fruit. It was very dry. I had to go McDonald’s to get a meal and I didn’t even want McDonald’s it has to do better and besides, the gym was closed. Those options were available. It would’ve been a whole lot better.

I actually booked 3 nights at this location but it was so horrible it forced me to checked out prematurely. The shower walls were absolutely filthy and that’s an understatement. They were riddled with smoking stains. The shower head was just as grotesque. Bathtub floor was/is in need of a good industrial high powered steam cleaning. The sink was damaged beyond repairs with a crack in it almost a foot in length. Someone attempted to repair the sink with superglue but it looks very unprofessional. During my first hour of staying there the water pressure gave me some troubles. I turned on the faucet and nothing came out. I attempted to flush the toilet and nothing went down. I tried the faucet again and the water came out a grayish blackish color. I turned on the shower and the water came out blackish once again! In terms of the mini fridge some previous tenant scratched and graffitied all over the door. Unacceptable to say the least. Also on the red walls directly by the bed there’s a painting missing. There is also damage on the walls behind the loveseat. I told the female receptionist upon the hour on the first day of my stay. She came by and mentioned that she’d terminate her cleaner. I wasn’t impressed nor amused by this statement. And finally to top it all off there was no ironing board. Which literally forced me to go to my family reunion meet and greet wrinkled. I was so distraught by all of this I booked the “Tru by Hilton” I need a refund plz n thankU
