The parking lot in this picture is a far cry from the real thing. Pot holes everywhere. There is a 1/2 inch gap under the door. I could see daylight when the door was closed. Also the bathroom door looks like there had been a flood. Sawed off WELL above the floor and evidence of water damage. The staff were wonderful. Angela checked us in and was great. Seemed like very few people staying there that particular night but all in all, for $100 per night in Jackson TN, I expected better conditions.

Air-conditioner and shower great! Room clean! Bed super soft, was leary, but did sleep good. Four most important points-great overall! Could use some update maintenance in rooms. Ice machine didn't work. Staff very friendly.

The lobby and breakfast area was clean and welcoming. The employee, Sagar, was super helpful and friendly throughout the evening! Our group of 4 played cards in the breakfast area later and he even offered to make us a fresh pot of coffee. There were apples on the table for a snack, and he even us a taste of his supper, which was a foreign cuisine to us, and smelled so good. It was from a restaurant that was within walking distance. We had eaten at another place across the street called The Old Country Store. Had Ruby’s Cafe and 2 other places beside it to eat, including an Olde Ice Cream Shoppe. Gift shop and Candy Store! Walk around Casey Jones Train Museum and his old house, and many other shops to visit around it. I would stay there again just to have more time to walk around that area. Busy intersection and lots of traffic, (only bad comment) but even had a TRAIN, up on a Telephone pole. lol New management, at least the one we met, is doing a great job! Oh, and the pool was even open and clean. The free breakfast was a hot buffet too. Different hot items throughout the week, and always waffles..

Food had good options for the price. Loved that they had more than carbs! Eggs and sausage Pillows were great Place was tidy and clean. Sheets were a little small for mattress. Killed a roach, but that’s ok. We have them in Texas too!

We wouldn't stay here again. Floor was spongy and it would bounce in places. Bathtub was dirty, wife wouldn't shower in it. Bathroom door did not shut correctly and had a huge gap around it. All the trim and doors were very dirty like they had never been cleaned. When we left in the morning, people\guests had set up tables in the parking lot and were cooking food. Breakfast was good.

The staff member who checked me in was friendly and accommodating. However, the area around the hotel seemed sketchy. The bed was comfortable, but I discovered a roach in the coffee maker. While it was sufficient for an overnight stay, I would not choose this place again.

The hotel room was absolutely filthy. The towels were wet, and the sheets appeared dirty. The floor was filthy and had ants everywhere. There were noticeable stains all over the curtains, walls and shower curtain. The toilet was filthy. Our experience was terrible.

Room seemed adequately clean until... The floor! Decided to leave my shoes on because the floor looked and felt grimey, but took them off as I was getting ready to shower. By the time I stepped into the shower my feet were black and rivers of dirt washed down the drain. Management, pay attention!! Your room cleaners need training and the rooms should be checked to be sure they're doing their jobs!

The floors made my husbands brand new white socks BLACK! When I mentioned it at checkout to the front desk clerk she said that lots of people had complained about that. So why is it still an issue? The hot breakfast was good and the beds were comfortable but the rooms were really humid and moisture was on all surfaces

This budget hotel fell short of expectations. The outdated rooms had a lingering smoke odor, a broken phone, and a burnt-out bulb. Additionally, disturbances from what looked to be local kids engaged in illegal activities outside in the parking lot that persisted until 2 am, making for an uncomfortable stay. And the first floor guests (that’s where I was despite asking for a second floor) also have to deal with lights of every car shining into the windows as they are as low as the cars lights. I think worst part about everything was the smoke odor and the horrific mattresses…. I ended up using my yoga mat and sleeping on that instead

Close to highway and lots of dinning options. Room was nice. Bed was very comfortable. Could use a couple more pillows and could definitely use a coat of paint. Over all a nice stay. We usually stay at Baymont inn but wanted to try something new.

Room 111 - Bed was ok, clean-the floor had soft spots like you could go through it. It had a handicap shower, which may have been clean but didn't look that great and decided not to use it. Dissapointed.

The beds were very comfortable and the pillows were nice. The floor was clean. The air conditioner was pretty quite but really needs to be cleaned. In fact, replaced would be best. The water for the shower was warm but never very hot. Our room did not have a TV remote. Not a huge deal, but had we wanted to watch TV we would have had to ask front desk for one. Was not worth it to us.

Hotel was in a very inconvenient location to get to. Every time i tried using the door key it wouldn't work and I'd have to go to the office to get it fixed. Apparently if you put them by your phone or go to Walmart they'll demagnitize. If only i knew that before the 4th or 5th time i had to go back to the office. We got a bigger room that had a living room area to it. Air didn't work on that side and wall around outlets were soft.

The first room we were given was saturated with cigarette smoke even though I told them we didnt want a smoking room. The second room we were given was clean, cool and fresh. The bed and bedding were very nice. The flooring in the room was a little damaged in some spots, causing me to trip in the bathroom doorway. It was difficult to reach anyone at the desk to tell them about the quality issue of the first room and then to check out. The breakfast was just ok as none of the heated items in the main area were stocked at all so we just ate cold breakfast items. The maid loudly tried to take over our room more than an hour before check out. When we told her we would be out by check out time, she had one of her children stand directly outside our door the entire last hour we were there and that really irked me. All over not great because of the mounting sub par experiences and the high price but we did enjoy the quality of the second room well enough. Will probably choose elsewhere next time.

Breakfast was excellent, the bed was great, but the real problem with the room was the floor. The wood panels were offset and when I got up in the night, I stubbed my right, big toe and took it a chunk out of my toe. It still hurts the next day. Also, the surface was not even close to flat. When I walk on it, they be huge drops, like stepping into a pothole.

Only one staff working. She was doing the best she could, but she needed help. Wrong room first time, running water, 80 degrees in room. Correct room, fire alarm kept going off, floor unlevel/unsafe, all lights didn’t work, tv non working, tiny black bugs in each layer of bedding, along with strands of black hair in sheets. Refused to stay. Found another hotel. Still fighting for refund.

The stay was nice. Many rooms under renovation. So there was a little inconvenience, nothing major. Would have preferred to be on ground level. Staff was fantastic, breakfast was very nice. Would stay there again.

The gentlemen at the front office were completely accommodating. It was my son's birthday, and they offered to let us keep the cake in the fridge, and we bugged them the entire time that we were there, and they were very genuine nice people! I can't wait to go back!.

The staff is wonderful!! They keep everything nuce and clean. They make sure you have everything you need. There are some fun places around the hotel. It very quiet. The beds are great! And dont skip the breakfast!! The staff provides a delicious breakfast!!

Close to highway and lots of dinning options. Room was nice. Bed was very comfortable. Could use a couple more pillows and could definitely use a coat of paint. Over all a nice stay. We usually stay at Baymont inn but wanted to try something new.

So so area. This hotel is just average. It is an older hotel. The location is across the street from Casey Jones. There are several restaurants within a mile or so drive. Its a pretty congested area. There are about 4 or 5 hotels in that area. Breakfast consists of waffels, omlets, cereal, biscuits, sausage.... Overall it is a decent place. It seemed a little pricey but we stayed on a Saturday night.

The staff member who checked me in was friendly and accommodating. However, the area around the hotel seemed sketchy. The bed was comfortable, but I discovered a roach in the coffee maker. While it was sufficient for an overnight stay, I would not choose this place again.

Hotel was in a very inconvenient location to get to. Every time i tried using the door key it wouldn't work and I'd have to go to the office to get it fixed. Apparently if you put them by your phone or go to Walmart they'll demagnitize. If only i knew that before the 4th or 5th time i had to go back to the office. We got a bigger room that had a living room area to it. Air didn't work on that side and wall around outlets were soft.

Food had good options for the price. Loved that they had more than carbs! Eggs and sausage Pillows were great Place was tidy and clean. Sheets were a little small for mattress. Killed a roach, but that’s ok. We have them in Texas too!

Room was clean and quite adequate if you just need a place to sleep. Parking was safe and easy as was check in. Breakfast was continental style and served its purpose for us. A little older motel and it could use some routine care, but a good place and value.

There was no complimentary breakfast as listed on site. Checkout was not until 11am and we did not get in until 1am to check in as we were traveling and had someone literally KICKING the door and continuously beating on the door at 8:30am. Not worth the money. 2/10

Breakfast offerings were very skimpy. No milk for cereal even after requesting and waiting. No fruit either. Requested receipt and was told there was a computer problem and it would be sent to my email which was read back to me and confirmed. Never received the email. Parking quite a ways from the room and not well lighted. We arrived after dark. We would not stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone either.

The lobby and breakfast area was clean and welcoming. The employee, Sagar, was super helpful and friendly throughout the evening! Our group of 4 played cards in the breakfast area later and he even offered to make us a fresh pot of coffee. There were apples on the table for a snack, and he even us a taste of his supper, which was a foreign cuisine to us, and smelled so good. It was from a restaurant that was within walking distance. We had eaten at another place across the street called The Old Country Store. Had Ruby’s Cafe and 2 other places beside it to eat, including an Olde Ice Cream Shoppe. Gift shop and Candy Store! Walk around Casey Jones Train Museum and his old house, and many other shops to visit around it. I would stay there again just to have more time to walk around that area. Busy intersection and lots of traffic, (only bad comment) but even had a TRAIN, up on a Telephone pole. lol New management, at least the one we met, is doing a great job! Oh, and the pool was even open and clean. The free breakfast was a hot buffet too. Different hot items throughout the week, and always waffles..

The accommodations were exactly what I needed and just as described. All the staff was friendly and helpful while checking in, getting breakfast (shout-out to Shri), and checking out. The room price was more than fair and the security deposit was returned to me in a timely manor as promised. I would definitely stay again.

Well priced. There was an odor in the room we were first given. They gave us a different room without any problem. It was fine. Breakfast was limited but sufficient. Comfy beds. It was pouring down rain & we had to climb outside stairs (which were covered)to get to the room but there's not much they can do about that. No elevator. Would stay again.

Our room was clean and comfortable. Just wish there had been enough towels since we had more than 2 travelers. There was no extra bedding in the room for the sleep sofa. Othwrwise, it was a pleasant night's stay.

Had to wait for the man working to come to the lobby, another lady was already there waiting as well. Our room was ok, nice floors and very comfortable beds. base boards and doors were pretty dirty. Bring your own shampoo and conditioner, the ones supplied are extremely tiny. It was a good place to sleep for the night with our dogs. Very reasonable pet fee compared to other places which are a total rip off. Overall pretty good for what we needed.
