Great place to stay. ..comfortable and clean. Easy check in and check out. We did talk with the front desk people about the elevators and the ice machines. 1 of 2 elevators was working….2 of the 5 fliers had functioning ice machines. They were waiting for management to approve repairs.

Inside was very modern, clean, and quiet. I loved the swimming pool and fitness area, and the staff was extremely pleasant and professional. The hotel is within one mile of the Central Park shopping district, an all-in-one shopping/dining/entertainment area, the best ever! The Wegmans which closes at 12am was a two-minute drive (you could walk also), very convenient since I had to embark on a 10:30pm snack run. The Hilton is surrounded by other hotels and is tucked back from the main road. My family and I felt very safe and comfortable. I will be planning another trip back to this area and will certainly book the Hilton Garden Inn again.

This was just okay for one night passing through. We had a room with a dog across from us which did not stop barking for hours. We are a family with small children - we can tolerate some noise but that dog was incessant. Our kids wanted to swim in the pool - which was fine other than large clumps of hair floating around. The rugs in our room were stained and the bathroom fixtures were stained and dated. The pillows were paper thin - needed at least 2 or 3 to sleep comfortably. The front desk representatives were polite enough, just took our info and went about their business. Will be looking for somewhere cleaner, and less noisy next time.

Front desk staff was pleasant. Property is well-maintained but somewhat dated. Room was clean and had a separate sitting area which was nice, but the air conditioner was loud (and it was too hot to forego cooling). The bathroom was small and showed its age. Overall, an ok experience for the money.

I understand that yesterday a worldwide computer failure happened but in 36 hours no system was put in place to organize check in. First I was told to come back in an hour. When I did i was told it was first come first serve and waited longer. No line was formed until the front desk got frustrated with the questions. Again I understand this was all out of their control. But having no system in place after a full day of dealing with this was unprofessional. No keys were provided for rooms and so a worker had to let you in to your room each time. Also the water pressure was horrible. The idea that they still charged full price and offered nothing for the inconvenience (free breakfast or discount?) is just sad.

Reserved a king bed for an overnight stay on a trip, ended up with 2 full beds. Tried calling front desk, no answer. Went to front desk, no one to be found. We were too tired to argue anyway so we slept in separate beds. I love Hilton, but I won’t stay at this location again

The staff was too busy on their cell phones behind the desk. We were approached while eating in the lobby over an hour before checkout, reminding us that we had to leave our room. It felt rushed and very rude.

I wanted to check in about an hour earlier (2pm vs. 3pm). I tried to find a local phone number for the actual front desk for the hotel but even that number routed me to a Reservation Desk. It took about 5 minutes being on hold before an actual human voice came on the line. I told the the person on the line that I wanted to check in an hour earlier. She had to put me on hold 3 times to connect with the actual front desk when she came back to me and said I would be charged $75!!! I responded that the $75 was unacceptable for just an hour earlier. I was put on hold again and finally routed to the hotel front desk. They said they could accommodate me without an extra charge but the room they had assigned to me may not be ready but they would give me another room if it wasn't ready. When I finally arrived and checked in (about 2:25pm vs. 3pm check in), my room was ready. But then they charged me another $5 to park my car overnight. Most people come to a hotel with a car. I feel the Hilton Hotel chain is starting to "nickel and dime" their customers for EVERYTHING. This is making me rethink whether I want to continue using the Hilton chain for future hotel stays. All these extra charges was not pleasant.

This was my 5th stay at this hotel. I had driven 9 hours, the last 3 hour were during a rain storm. We arrived at 1:10pm. I was told that if my room was available there would be a $75 dollar fee to enter prior to 3:00pm. I was insulted with that policy, and therefore I do not plan to stay there in the future. I will find another venue.

Desk clerk was extremely friendly and helpful. Our room had no body wash, shampoo or conditioner and she was very quick to get refills for us.

As soon as we arrived, the most lovely young lady welcomed us to the hotel and she had the most beautiful smile. That welcome made us love this hotel. We will be back for sure!

My wife and I where in are room watching tv.When another guest of the hotel came into are room.The front desk of the hotel check them into are room.Then i got a phone call and I was asked who was in the room.My wife did not feel comfortable staying in the room though the night.So we will not be staying there any more

Inside was very modern, clean, and quiet. I loved the swimming pool and fitness area, and the staff was extremely pleasant and professional. The hotel is within one mile of the Central Park shopping district, an all-in-one shopping/dining/entertainment area, the best ever! The Wegmans which closes at 12am was a two-minute drive (you could walk also), very convenient since I had to embark on a 10:30pm snack run. The Hilton is surrounded by other hotels and is tucked back from the main road. My family and I felt very safe and comfortable. I will be planning another trip back to this area and will certainly book the Hilton Garden Inn again.

Over night stay on way south. Very clean, not cramped, bed was very comfortable. Hotel has little restaurant and bar onsite. Arrived late so being able to check in and then walk down the hall for food and drink was great. Hot breakfast made to order; omelet was great. Already booked for trip home.

Hotel room was fine, nothing outstanding for the higher price from surrounding hotels. Breakfast was not included, paid $22 for what should have been a nice buffet since it didn’t come with the room. Floors were sticky, I had to ask someone to clean them. Food was terrible, I guess I expected more for having to pay extra for it. The surrounding hotels offer complimentary breakfast so when the eggs are dry, bacon under cooked, bread feels stale, I don’t expect it to be perfect. Hilton should have included breakfast, what they served wasn’t worth any extra money!

I normally love Hilton Garden Inn and have stayed here and other locations many times. The breakfast buffet was 19.95 per person. I chose to do it because I love french toast and has been good in past. This time only eggs were available for made to order. Sure I got bacon and sausage and half warm potatoes but for 19.95 I expect more options. No plates anywhere, no cups for water, juice, etc as they seem to want the one server to manage all tables so that was inconvenient. I will no longer come here due to this and just find other options that have a better breakfast experience.

The front desk staff were very helpful. I ate at the bar. My soup was excellent. Kudos to the chef. The bartender was great. She makes a great drink. Altogether a terrific experience!

Was a clean and quiet hotel, comfortable bed, parking lot is well lit in most areas, no homeless anywhere around. The nearby hotels. Almost all offer free breakfast, this hotel didn't, $15 per person. Person. Lots of restaurants, fast food, etc. At the Central Park shopping area across the street. Easy check-in. Polite staff, the hallways were quiet as was the outside.

Shame on Hilton to offer a buffet breakfast starting at $9.99 to $21 dollars. Processed food of minimal selections, I saw diced potatoes and flat pieces of ham. The coffee was free? There was no tea or hot chocolate. Why offer breakfast at all.

This was a very clean hotel that appears to be in the process of final renovation. The room was very clean. While this was a quick stop for the night, the location was great with lots of amenities nearby.

The property's not bad but you're doing a lot of construction and it interferes with the flow of the hotel itself you should let people know when they go for reservations that you all have got construction going on

First off the hotel is under renovation and there was no mention of that on the web sites we reviewed. Front desk is not operational and located in the business center, which is understandable due to circumstances, but it needs to be staffed. Forget the free breakfast, no buffet and no staff. Room was clean and good and nicely updated. here and there some small items did not work but the basics were covered. We did stop by the make shift front desk to ask for towels for the room, they were never delivered. In short not what u would expect from a Hilton property.
