Great beds and pillows, fully stocked kitchen including spices and a full range of items that made our stay seamless. Check in was simple, communication was clear and designated parking was a plus. Ryan’s responsiveness made planning our trip convenient before our stay and he was quick to respond to questions during our stay and checkout. The property is conveniently located close to i90 in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to a convenience store and very nice restaurant and within a mile of downtown. The property is clean and well maintained with necessities provided. I would highly recommend!!

My college son and I were in Spearfish for Spring Break and to do some hiking. This was a great location for us to get to all great hiking trails. The city of Spearfish was great. We got up early, did some hiking and then the snow started falling. We stopped at a local coffee shop and just hung out for a while. The apartment was perfect for us to have our own space, but didn’t have wasted space. The beds were comfortable. I would stay here again if ever in the area

We loved staying here. The rooms were super clean, and the king beds, luxury bathroom features, and updated kitchen appliances made the place feel comfortable and convenient. It’s an easy walk to downtown, and the off-street parking is a nice bonus.

Beautiful place to stay on our trip to Spearfish. The host was extra accommodating by allowing us an early check in due to some inclement weather. Location was great, the house was very clean and had great amenities. My daughter loved the board games and extra toys and I loved the king size beds. I would definitely recommend this place and will consider staying again if in the area.

Great location near lots of restaurants and downtown. Perfect spot for day trips to Mt Rushmore, Devils Tower and Deadwood/Lead. 2 king size beds ideal for a family.

We came for state gymnastics at the college. This VRBO was perfect location. There was a gas station just around the corner, small coffee shop just a few blocks down which was also amazing, and the downtown area was within walking distance. There were also a few breweries around which were great! The VRBO was clean, quiet, and perfect for our needs. We have two kids 16 and 9 and they had games available plus smart TV access. Bonus they kept spare batteries so when the one tv remote was dead the crisis was quickly averted. Ryan and his brother had great communication! Check in was easy peasy and check out was all wrote out in their book. Super nice!! We’d stay here again if we get back this way. Things provided but we didn’t need: baby bath, high chair, kids toys, pack and play, and tons of kitchen supplies.
