The desk clerk disappeared for hours in the afternoon with no replacement. We got there early and called to see if we could check in a little early. Even the 800# for HOTELS couldn’t get in touch with any one. Went to check out and had a hard time understanding the gentleman. Never got a receipt which I went in for. They are trying to update but have a long way to go.

The room smelled horribly like marijuana. My 8 year old granddaughter was gagging it was so intense. I was told that the room could not be changed. The police were in the parking lot with an intoxicated guest when we arrived.

Owner of the propery kept yelling profanities at the employee at the front desk. In front of about 9 customers who were trying to check in. It took 45 min to check in, and in that time the owner yelled di ***head at least 4 times. There was a homeless man harrassing waiting guests and cursing. The owner also got into screaming with this man as well in which they both kept yelling at the other to call the police. I dont know which one of them made me more uncomfortable.

First impression: Homeless people outside the front door harassing people for money. Filthy, run down lobby with shabby furniture. I had to wait 25 minutes to check in because there was no one present at the front desk. Worst property I ever visited, decided not to stay there. The owner was extremely rude and gave me a hard time about having my small dog with me. I asked where his pet policy was posted. He said he could charge me any deposit he wanted for my dog. I told him I wanted to cancel my reservation and request an immediate refund. He started screaming at me. My advice to anyone considering a stay here...AVOID THIS PROPERTY!

Room could use some upgrades - bathroom outlet broken, ironing board broken, crusty bathroom fixtures, freezer iced over, noisy fridge. Not the best at cancelling out the noises outside like vehicles and neighboring businesses.

The check in took way to long. Once in the room it was poorly lit, dark and dingy looking. Also, did not feel very safe with amount of people hanging around. Promptly checked out and went to a different hotel.

Inside room nice and clean with modern floor, furniture, and other things. Otherwise room is worn but comfortable including good AC. Outside noisy with people in parking lot. The outside of property is not in good condition. It needs work. Fortunately inside the room was good. The fire alarm (just outside of my room) being pulled and going off with the fire department showing up in later evening wasn’t nice. Apparently no fire.

Filthy room. Coffee maker broken. Bathroom fan broken. Rude staff. You're going to need a lint roller to dust off your bags. Looked like they fired the cleaners months ago. Do yourself a favor and cough up the extra ten bucks for another place even if it's just for one night. The frustration and disgust isn't worth it.

The check manager was rude by saying that I should have not booked through Travelocity and instead should have just come in to get a better price. The sheets and bedspread were not clean and I was concerned about bedbug issues. So I lost all of my $70 for the stay because it was prepaid and I left the motel. I do not recommend this location.

There was an excessive amount of cockroaches. Usually one or two can be possible. I counted over 20. That just shows the management is pure lazy. The doors need painting and weather strips at the bottom. I would not recommend this for the 2025 holiday season.

Smoky. Stucco pealing off the ceiling. Bottom of the bathroom door deteriorating. Unclean floors. Dirt on the side of the bathtub. The room was large and did have a mini fridge and microwave, not mentioned on Orbitz.

Didn't like anything about my stay here! Old way outdated mattress made for a terrible sleep. Not to mention the mattress had remaining of bed bugs all over the mattress. Roaches in the room and walls that you can clearly hear through! Had to go buy alcohol to spray bed and whole room for possible bedbugss! No happy!

The desk personnel was kind and accommodating. Sheets were clean but room was musty. There was mold in the ceiling above the shower. Paint peeling in a number of places. Refrigerator/freezer needed defrosting. Could hear the next door neighbor's TV. Could smell cigarette/marijuana from all around the building.

No issues…. Except the TV reception was horrible. Even though the weather was beautiful the manager said it was probably bad weather!

The bed was extraordinarily uncomfortable, I booked a king sized run and they had to move me because they were doing construction in the room behind. I got a double bed room The walls had drip stains, the bathroom baseboards were filthy. The best part? They put mToe in a connecting room, and the LOCK DID NOT WORK. To make matters worse, I had to book an additional night and they charged me an additional 20$.

Bed was comfortable. No chair in room other than desk chair. Receptacle were lose. Bathtub spigot lose from wall. I asked for a non-smoking room. The room smelled like stahl cigarettes.

Room was ok but AC did not work at all and it was 100+ degrees during the day an 90 degrees at night. Asked to switch rooms after reporting AC didnt work we were told we couldn’t get another room and was offered a fan and told maintenance would come. No one ever showed up so we ended up checking out a full 18 hours early after paying for a 2 day stay and not being offered any kind of refund. Will never be staying here again.

Got first room was supposed to be non smoking but smelled like an ashtray (very bad) Second room had stains on the furniture and chairs. Also very dated and almost institutional. No tissues. Cleanliness just ok. Area a little sketchy. I guess you get what you pay for - would not stay agsin

Cockroaches were crawling around, and the owner is very disrespectful and likes to yell at people. My daughter got blood on the sheets and he told me Ihad to leave after day one. Yet I had paid for two. He also refused to give me a refund for the second day. I will never stay at a Red Roof Inn because of his lack of understanding and his yelling at me when I showed upat my room that he deactivated my key too.

Worst place you can ever stay in your life. Staff berates you with cursing when you ask them a simple question. Thats if you can even find a staff member looked around for 20 minutes just for someone to check me in and then proceeds to yell obscenities to me multiple times . Even walks out the building yelling come back here with added expletives. Never stay here. Property even charged me after I tried to let Expedia handle it. Never ever stay here if you want any sort of service.

First impression: Homeless people outside the front door harassing people for money. Filthy, run down lobby with shabby furniture. I had to wait 25 minutes to check in because there was no one present at the front desk. Worst property I ever visited, decided not to stay there. The owner was extremely rude and gave me a hard time about having my small dog with me. I asked where his pet policy was posted. He said he could charge me any deposit he wanted for my dog. I told him I wanted to cancel my reservation and request an immediate refund. He started screaming at me. My advice to anyone considering a stay here...AVOID THIS PROPERTY!

Room was ok but AC did not work at all and it was 100+ degrees during the day an 90 degrees at night. Asked to switch rooms after reporting AC didnt work we were told we couldn’t get another room and was offered a fan and told maintenance would come. No one ever showed up so we ended up checking out a full 18 hours early after paying for a 2 day stay and not being offered any kind of refund. Will never be staying here again.

Everything was ok Good place near restaurants, a bit noisy because of the restaurant across the street, but quiet after 10 Even a hospital nearby. Good point for staying for senior citizens!

The room smelled horribly like marijuana. My 8 year old granddaughter was gagging it was so intense. I was told that the room could not be changed. The police were in the parking lot with an intoxicated guest when we arrived.

Room could use some upgrades - bathroom outlet broken, ironing board broken, crusty bathroom fixtures, freezer iced over, noisy fridge. Not the best at cancelling out the noises outside like vehicles and neighboring businesses.

The check in took way to long. Once in the room it was poorly lit, dark and dingy looking. Also, did not feel very safe with amount of people hanging around. Promptly checked out and went to a different hotel.

Inside room nice and clean with modern floor, furniture, and other things. Otherwise room is worn but comfortable including good AC. Outside noisy with people in parking lot. The outside of property is not in good condition. It needs work. Fortunately inside the room was good. The fire alarm (just outside of my room) being pulled and going off with the fire department showing up in later evening wasn’t nice. Apparently no fire.

Got first room was supposed to be non smoking but smelled like an ashtray (very bad) Second room had stains on the furniture and chairs. Also very dated and almost institutional. No tissues. Cleanliness just ok. Area a little sketchy. I guess you get what you pay for - would not stay agsin

The place is Filthy and has very strong smell of mold. And the coffee they use smells like dirt. you don't even smell coffee. The customer service is not friendly at all Please find you another place.

We were traveling through and needed a place to stay. A lot of hotels in the area were fully booked. I decided to book red roof because in the past when I’ve always had a good experience. Always super clean. The moment I turned on the light the floor looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in about a year, there was stains on the walls that looked like blood. Above the shower head was covered in black mold. I’m surprised the health dept hasn’t shut this place down. I checked the beds there were no bugs. Bed had clean sheets. We had no where else to go so we decided to rough it out and stay but took off first thing in the morning.
