Tout le reste est à revoir : - chambres salles, draps douteux - coupures d'électricité, problème de disjoncteur voire court circuit dans la chambre, - 50% de l'hôtel est à l'abandon total ou en état de délabrement avancé. Les options "chalet" n'existent en réalité pas. Uniquement les chambres du 5e étage sont refaites. Nous avons du changer 3 fois de chambre lors de notre séjour...

We liked the squash court. The free boat to and from the hotel is nice. Hotel is hard to reach by phone

The location is great and being on its own island is very charming. You take a small boat to it. The grounds are very nice and the pool is great. Unfortunately the rooms are very tired and dated. The beds and sheets are old, the flooring is cheap and the bathrooms are poor. Its a shame because the setting of the hotel is great.

The experience, in general was good; the only thing that was uncomfortable for me was that the WIFI is only available in the lobby area and poor quality, less than 3mb. Additionally it was difficult to find the gym, because is inside the SPA and it's in poor condition

The staff were a bit a abrupt at times and the room was not ready for check in at 3pm. There was a little bit of a leak in the bathroom and the floor got very wet after a shower. Dinner was very average but was included in the room rate. A nice calm retreat away from the main town. You do have to get a boat to get there but they operate frequently. We had a massage in the spa, nice but a bit expensive (priced for tourists). Good facilities - gym, spa outdoor pool etc.

We stayed 3 nights. More cons than pros. It appears to be in its highest glory probably 2 decades ago and now it’s trying hard to catch up with times. It's not a luxury 5 star hotel, the most is 3.5 star. Cons: - From the island’s ferry point to the hotel lobby uphill, you have to pull your own luggage. - I was given twin bed despite booking and indicated specifically a king bed. This back and fro at the hotel lobby wasted us 45 minutes in the process. - No black out curtain, no bedside light switch, curtains are of irregular length and some parts torn. The power plug by the bed didn’t work. - Despite newly renovated, sink counter has rough patches makes it look really overused and old. The grouting looks disgusting. The gauge covering in the ceiling, you can see all the raw walls and pipes and spider web. - Shower water flows out easily making the floor flooded - Public toilet taps full of water marks, dirty grouting, and bad smell. - Toothbrush and slippers have to be requested - Room doors is broken at the edges. - One pool is unusable and full of leaves & sand. - Only 1 main restaurant open. Breakfast was just ok. Pros: - Quiet and has 360 views of sunset, islands & gardens. - One pool is nice for relaxing. - Spacious room - Prepare early breakfast if you go for early tour - Shops within the hotel. - Great staff who tried their best to please the guests, they are the greatest asset to the hotel.

Staff is overall friendly with various English skills. The hotel looks pretty nice from the outside but the rooms are not compatible to the exterior look. We paid $500 USD in total for 2 nights of a triple room in December. Triple room = 2 twin beds 1 rollaway bed. Mattress quality is similar to those used in motels in the States. None of the machines in the fitness center works. Bathroom door of our room is not closable and room door is very difficult to close. I do miss Cairo Hilton Pyramid Golf, where I paid less with better quality on everything.

Our room needed some maintenance and we assume had not been used for sometime. For example, the sliding door to the balcony screeched loudly when we opened and closed it. The bathroom looked like it had been poorly finished around the bath and sink. The shower wasn't easy to use. Otherwise we enjoyed the view from our room across the Nile, the pool area was very nice. Service for drinks and food was incredibly slow - it looked like there was only one staff member dedicated to serving everyone. The Italian food on the menu (the Italian restaurant was closed) not enjoyable - most people in our party did not enjoy the food and it was served cold as we had waited for so long.

This is a very nice hotel on an island in the middle of the Nile. You need to take a boat to reach it. The boat starts from the point marked "Pyramisa Isis Island Pick Up point" on Google maps. All the tours and private cars will meet you at the parking area at this pick up point. The boat takes about 5 minutes to make the journey but you might need to wait 15 minutes for the boat to set off. It runs all hours. Due to its island location this is a very peaceful place.

Change my room two times for cleaning concerns….. Last room the bathroom shower was clogged. Terrible!!!!

The hotel is excellent in many ways. The location is very very unique. Great place and great service. One thing that needs work is the room cleaning. The dust inder the bed speaks of months without cleaning. Other than that I have no criticism

The room was not clean when we arrived and I asked the reception to clean the room multiple times but the only thing that happened was that some one came and organised but did not clean

Sorry, but the hotel in general is not clean. Our bathroom was absolutely dirty and unacceptable ( Room 542)! We were absolutley shocked. My husband and I did‘t use it the two days, we stayed there. We used the bathroom of our daughter in Room 446.

Such a nightmare. Only the facade looks beautiful. The rooms are run down and so dirty. How could Expedia even be listing this hotel as 5 star? Tables broken and floors so dusty. I’m afraid there might even be bed bugs. Have spoken to the reception and they can’t be bothered. That’s how bad the service is.

Das Bad ist grauenvoll. Die Matratzen sind durchgelegen. Keine Isolation der Wände und Türen. Die Balkontüre wurde schon aufgebrochen und lässt sich nicht sicher schliessen. Die Schreibtischglasplatte war gebrochen. Die Badewanne ist mit Wandfarbe bedeckt und lässt sich dadurch nichtmehr richtig reinigen. Wir haben drei Zimmer gesehen und Alle waren in sehr bis sehr schlechtem Zustand. Die Lage auf der Insel im Nil und die Freundlichkeit des Personals lies uns die drei Tage überstehen. Wir raten Verwöhnten Gästen ab.

I booked a deluxe with king bed and view of the Nile. The room initially given to me was unsafe: the front door did not lock (flimsy, could be pushed open, chainlink broken) and the door to the balcony did not lock. We were reassigned to a room where the locks worked, but with twin beds and not looking at the Nile. The bidet did not work. The shower was terrible: the shower head rotated everywhere getting the ceiling, the floors, the walls all wet. We diverted the water to the faucet, but the showerhead did not work anymore and had to kneel to wash our hair. The water pressure and temperature fluctuated; the tub/shower was clogged. The bathroom was not very clean (fungus growing on the tile). The property was in disrepair and it was dated. Presumably, this is a 5-star hotel, but it is not (more likely 3 stars).

This hotel has had some poor reviews recently based on its condition. I spent to separate visits to the hotel in January 2025 and both the rooms we stayed in had recently been refurbished and were very nice. I would say that the hotel is of a standard similar to a 4* holiday hotel in Spain. The public areas of the hotel were also in the process of being refurbished. The island location makes it a very peaceful laid-back place. The boat takes you to and from the Pyramisa Isis Island Pick-up point as indicated on Google maps. You should allow up to 20minutes to make the trip. Tours and private cars will meet you at the parking place near that pick-up point. It's a very nice holiday hotel to stay in now and will continue to improve over the next few months I'm sure.

I was worried after reading the reviews, but we had a junior suite, the room was perfect. Yes might have been a little dated but the view was amazing, the staff were amazing. We were able to book a few things they helped with. We arrived late and the boat to get there was still running.

Die Dauerberieselung mit Musik kann Nachts etwas störend sein. Das Hotel ist recht hellhörig. Das hoteleigene WLAN ist nicht sehr leistungsstark und auch nicht immer stabil.

Outside of the property looks very nice as you approach from taxi boat to the hotel. But inside could use an upgrade. Definitely still old fashion inside with all the furniture stuff. Tall, bold male and older looking receptionist staff had a misogynist attitude. Did not respond to me but would make eye contact to my husband when he did not even make the reservation and ask only him questions about reservation. Gave my husband the keys and did not acknowledge me until I had to raise my voice and ask for our passports and wifi access which was terrible. Would not be back.

I don't understand why there are so many bad reviews from guests, they really must have had a very bad experience to give that opinion, in my case the experience was very good, the staff was attentive and helpful and the facilities and location were very good, totally recommended, The only thing I would recommend to the administration is to improve the quality of the Wi-Fi, which for very basic use works but is slow. Otherwise I highly recommend it.

The staff is amazing specially the concierge Mustafa who took care of us, picked us up personally at the boat and helped us with our cruise and tours. Best services, knowledge and efficiency. You should also visit his store to shop for oils and herbs.

This made it very inconvenient. We were hungry as we got in at 10pm and the hotel had very limited food options and because you have to take the boat back to the town we really couldn’t go to any of the places still open in town. The food was okay but definitely not high quality. The property was very dated and old. The doors and wood were scratched up and the bathroom had a weird half glass door which meant some water sprayed outside the shower. They also still use physical keys with a giant hanging tag that has your room number. Not really the safest thing. I did find the staff friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was decent but nothing to write home about. All in all if you are looking for a place that is modest and you want to relax in isolation on an island it’s not bad. But if you want to tour around Aswan and explore the city this is not the place.

El hotel está un poco más viejo de lo que parece. Sin embargo cumple Lo que no me gustó es que para llegar tienes que tomar un barco que el hotel te proporciona pero dependes de ellos para que llegue, no recomiendo su restaurante comida muy básica y no hay restaurantes ni nada cerca. El hotel está totalmente alejado del resto.

Hôtel très agréable sur une île au milieu du Nil. Certes la décoration date peut-être un peu mais tout fonctionne parfaitement dans la chambre. Le restaurant, je regrette le fait qu’il n’y ai pas de terrasse pour le buffet petit déjeuner mais la nourriture est bonne.

This back and fro at the hotel lobby wasted us 45 minutes in the process. - No black out curtain, no bedside light switch, curtains are of irregular length and some parts torn. The power plug by the bed didn’t work. - Despite newly renovated, sink counter has rough patches makes it look really overused and old. The grouting looks disgusting. The gauge covering in the ceiling, you can see all the raw walls and pipes and spider web. - Shower water flows out easily making the floor flooded - Public toilet taps full of water marks, dirty grouting, and bad smell. - Toothbrush and slippers have to be requested - Room doors is broken at the edges. - One pool is unusable and full of leaves & sand. - Only 1 main restaurant open. Breakfast was just ok. Pros: - Quiet and has 360 views of sunset, islands & gardens. - One pool is nice for relaxing. - Spacious room - Prepare early breakfast if you go for early tour - Shops within the hotel. - Great staff who tried their best to please the guests, they are the greatest asset to the hotel.

Our room needed some maintenance and we assume had not been used for sometime. For example, the sliding door to the balcony screeched loudly when we opened and closed it. The bathroom looked like it had been poorly finished around the bath and sink. The shower wasn't easy to use. Otherwise we enjoyed the view from our room across the Nile, the pool area was very nice. Service for drinks and food was incredibly slow - it looked like there was only one staff member dedicated to serving everyone. The Italian food on the menu (the Italian restaurant was closed) not enjoyable - most people in our party did not enjoy the food and it was served cold as we had waited for so long.

Me quede en una suit , las dos televisiones no funcionaban y arreglaron una durante dos horas yo estando en la habitación con personal del hotel reparando las instalaciones . La habitación es vieja , enchufes viejos sin funcionar y el baño tienen fugas de agua , la tina no funciona correctamente mas varios detalles pero la vista es fenomenal . El room service correcto El desayuno excelente

El hotel está un poco más viejo de lo que parece. Sin embargo cumple Lo que no me gustó es que para llegar tienes que tomar un barco que el hotel te proporciona pero dependes de ellos para que llegue, no recomiendo su restaurante comida muy básica y no hay restaurantes ni nada cerca. El hotel está totalmente alejado del resto.
