The 1st room we got smelled bad and incredibly musty and damp feeling. They gave us a different room, which was better but still smelled musty and felt really damp. We all woke up feeling blah. The pool is TINY, imagine an extra large hot tub and that’s what this one is. The pool room was incredibly run down. The ceiling tiles had mold and you could see they tried to paint over some, instead of replacing. The whole place is in need of a major overhaul.

We pulled off on this exit looking for a clean and comfortable place to rest before continuing on our cross-country roadtrip. There were a lot of options, but Country Inn seemed like a safe choice. The first several reviews on Hotels.com were 10/10 or 8/10, but now I'm seriously questioning if they are fake. Even on its best day, this hotel is not a 8/10, let alone a 10/10. Check in was chaotic. We had to move rooms multiple times due to the horrible smell and a broken toilet handle. Lamp shades were torn, ceilings were peeling, only the first floor ice machine worked. We wanted to relax after a long day of traveling, but instead spent several hours working to resolve the issues with our rooms. Eventually, the front desk clerk offered an "Apology Gift Basket" (whatever that means). We declined the offer, but it was quite telling that they just happen to keep Apology Gift Baskets on hand. Due to the room issues, we never had a chance to take our kids to swim, so I cannot comment on the pool. The lobby area was nice and looked like it had been recently updated.

Overall the experience was average. We were impressed with the breakfast, as there was a decent variety of hot and cold choices. The staff were all friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We were disappointed with the pool as it was advertised as heated but it was freezing, and small for the provided pool area. The towels provided are so small that you can not dry off completely before leaving. There were trails of water from the pool to the elevator and through the halls.

This has been by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. It is not Clean the Rug smelled terrible, all the furniture is stained and dirty. The first day we got there the hotel was on lock down with swat. That should have been our first Sign not to stay there. We could not get any one to clean our room despite many days of putting our names on the Room service list. We had to borrow the vacuum to vacuum our own Room and chase down the cleaning lady for towels and toilet paper. We stayed there for 4 night and were completely miserable. Will never stay there again.

When I stayed here I woke up with bites behind my ear. The bites kept spreading to my ear then shoulder, then to my back. When I got home I had to go to the doctors because my ear was extremely swollen. Turns out that it was scabies and now I am on a pesticide cream to kill the mite before it spreads even more. Additionally, I am taking an antibiotic four times a day till the swelling in my ear goes down. I wouldn't stay here again for that reason, but in reality it could happen to any hotel.

The bathroom was disgusting. There was mold all over the tile in the shower. The shower head was coming off the wall, the door bottom was peeling at the bottom, the ceiling fan looked like it was never cleaned along with the floor. Ceiling light was full of bugs. Microwave and fridge cabinet was falling off, the fridge hinges had some type of growth on them. The door jams were badly chipped. TV didn't work and the remote was busted. Furnas controls had dried gunk on them. There was blood on the window shade. i woke up to bug bits on my feet and leg. I will be notifying the Radisson Corporation.

Quick nights stay my expectation is for cleanliness and good location. Location is very convenient off I24. The room was so-so on cleanliness. I spilled water on bathroom floor. When i cleaned it up, my rag was BLACK. We had just arrived so it wasn’t anything we brought in from driving.

The staff was good but the property needs some serious cleaning. First thing you see when you walk in is a giant stain in the carpet, followed by a crack in the couch in our room, and dirty shower head, hole in wall and the list goes on. This place needs a serious deep clean.

The light switch just inside the door did not operate any light. The electric outlets and USB plug behind the bedside lamp was inoperable so I had to pull the table out to use a powerstrip on the table. The walls in the bathroom were dirty. Toilet seat wasn't clean. Shower floor tile and grout was so soiled that I laid a towel down over it to stand on while showering and there was pink mold and mildew around the base of the shower. I pulled back the bed sheets to check for bed bugs and the mattress box springs had stains on it and hair and dirt (the sheets get tucked into the bed between the mattress and box springs) visible.

I requested a handicap accessible room but they didn’t have any available. So they upgraded me to a suite. The hotel was older so it had a lot of wear and tear. In our suite the windows had leaked and there were water stains on window trim. There were spider webs above the windows, and carpet was frayed.

The room was clean. The furnishings are in need of replacement, especially the carpet. It is apparent that the place is maintained well, but a renovation is long overdue. The hotel also has one of the smallest indoor pools I’ve ever seen. Breakfast was adequate, very friendly staff. I’d be happy to stay there again after renovations.

Very convenient right of I-24. The TV channel set up was unusual. They give you a list of 100 stations but only a portion of them are actually accessible, and if you enter the number wrong (the hotel has their own unique number linked to each channel...example 12-1 for Fox rather than 7...it totally screws up the remote. Hotel was very clean and affordable and front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was so-so but the price of the room offsets it so no big deal. Would stay again.

The entire staff was nice! The front desk lady with blonde or red hair was nice the entire stay, she help us majority of our stay and your head housekeeper is amazing! She was soo nice every time I seen her, always had a smile on her face!

Only thing i wish i knew was when scheduling through a 3rd party like the Expedia you have to have a $25 deposit which is kinda crazy to me because I would’ve just got it directly. Another thing is I’m 8 months pregnant i would’ve appreciated when i asked for extra pillows they would’ve been more accommodating, because i never ask for r anything when i try at hotels but being pregnant it’s hard trying to sleep an the pillows would’ve been great. Other than that it wasn’t a bad stay.

Check-in went smoothly. They did not have the double queen room I reserved, so they upgraded us to a King suite. Awesome! The staff were friendly.

Check-in went smoothly. They did not have the double queen room I reserved, so they upgraded us to a King suite. Awesome! The staff were friendly.

house keeping kept walking in my room without knocking and while i was naked! felt very violated and happy my child didn’t have to experience this ! i’d never recommend this hotel to anyone ! went to the front desk and all they said was sorry didn’t try to fix the issue or anything !!! and i had my don’t not disturb sign out

Front desk staff professional, but cordial. Room was clean, bed comfortable. Bathroom very tight, not much room. Hotel property off the highway, but hard to find at night. A little pricey, but would stay here again.

The bed was nice and firm. Pillows weren’t the greatest. Shower was great. Water pressure was what makes a shower good. Now it did have a musty smell when we got to our room. We got up expecting to get breakfast before getting back on the road and found no scrambled eggs but sausage and tarot tots. It was 7:20 and breakfast started at 6:30. They had 2 bagels and the only muffins looked to be lemon poppy seed. Seen 2 employees sitting in the area to prepare food and they were having breakfast. I get they deserve breaks but people who book a hotel that has breakfast should have it stocked.

Everything was fine except breakfast, a few cold powdered eggs left, only two chicken fried steaks left that were dried out terribly and unedible. I saw several people come and look and walk away, can't blame them. They finally did put out some fresh hot eggs with people standing waiting to get fresh food. No cheese or other toppings for eggs. Just very basic breakfast. Staff was sitting in chairs and not paying attention to buffet being refreshed. Just a small amount of coffee left in flasks, had to pump and pump to get enough for one cup and it wasn't very hot.

The staff was very nice, but don’t expect a decent breakfast—toasters didn’t work, juice machine didn’t work, and almost all the food and coffee ran out by 8. The property was clean but definitely older and dinged up a bit. It was fine for a quick stop on our road trip.

We stayed here on our way to view the solar eclipse. The hotel was at 100% capacity and they handled it perfectly. Room was clean and in good condition. Breakfast was stocked and very tasty, and the dining area was clean. No complaints; it was a very enjoyable stay!

The hotel exceeded my expectations for the cost. It had plenty of room for myself, my daughter, and her three children (6 yo boy and twin girls-3 yo). The full-size fridge and microwave was a godsend when we got in from our long road trip to feed the kids and store what we needed to. There was a cute little dining table that the twins got a kick out of (and kept them from making a mess!). The kids loved the pool and I loved that they could eat a delicious breakfast and that I could work out in the fitness center. It was close to many things we needed-food and gas, etc. The beds were reasonably comfortable, including the pullout couch bed that the kids slept on. Overall I am very pleased with the hotel, although it was a little dated and some of the furnishings were worn.

Room clean, decent breakfast with egg patties, sausage links, biscuits and gravy. They had a little bit of a hard time keeping the stuff stocked, I had to ask for milk. Elevator slow in the mornings because the staff using same one. Pool was cold.

Unfortunately this was not a great stay for us. The water was smelly and the ac also blew air that smelled musty. Overall an ok place to stay for one night. They had the room equipped well though, large fridge and space to spread out. The breakfast was good.

I really liked the suite they put us in. It was nice to have extra room when the grandchildren came to visit. The pool was very nice. I liked how big the lobby was. The staff was helpful when we had problems with our room. The breakfast was good. The rooms do need to be updated. We would definitely stay there again.

Clean large rooms with mini kitchen. Breakfast wasn’t great but it was free. They also wouldn’t allow you to get breakfast and eat in your room. We were visiting family so we really just slept there. Quiet and safe.
