La habitación estaba muy limpio dentro de una nueva propriedad recién construida. Las piscinas, la playa, el gimnasio y las areas recreativas estaban muy cercas a las habitaciones. El hotel brinda servicios de bar-restaurante y hay un mercadito cerca de la entrada.

Radisson should be ashamed to have their name on this hotel. If you make the mistake and ignore this review, you deserve what you get. We cancelled a 4 day stay after 2 nights and moved elsewhere. Pros: - Decent swimming pool and gym Cons: - The 10-15km road from the highway is riddled with huge pot holes. Not talking about a few, but hundreds, each bad enough to break your car. It is absolutely unsafe to drive at night and a huge pain during the day (plus it takes 30-40 min), so you are pretty much stuck at the hotel. - The area is a construction zone with several large buildings being built around the hotel. You are bombarded with construction noises and smells all day. At night, it's also a ghost town with hundreds of empty buildings with no life, and 0 ammenities around. - The whole place stinks of sewers and inside the rooms reeks of some strong cleaning chemicals that they use. - The bathrooms are so badly designed that they overflow after a shower. They even provide you with a mop?!! - The hotel's restaurant (pretty much the only option most of the time) is appropriately rated 2.6 out of 5 stars online. There were usually more personnel than clients and still took forever to even get the menus. Our "inclusive" breakfast was 2 fried eggs, 3 miniscule baguette slices, 2 slices of Kraft cheese (seriosly?!!), and a few cubes of fruit. We tried the dinner menu once and it was all bland, oily, and tasteless.

Went with my family for my birthday, we had an awesome time, staff was very friendly and helpful, food was great and amenities looked new. Will definitely be back

Tiene grandes oportunidades de mejora. Está ubicado en un lugar hermoso, buenas piscinas, pero falta tener más opciones de restaurant y mejoras las condiciones de las habitaciones. Una sugerencia sería incluir un servicio de all inclusive.

Hotel is new and still under construction. Staff are the same , some not up to date on the latest . Nothing in the immediate area other than beach and only 2 restaurants, both a bit overpriced. Room and pools are great and during the week it’s real quiet. Nothing bad , stay was nice and relaxing

Room wasn’t ready until 7:30pm and even then it was not what we booked and had dirty towels on the floor. No comp offered for the delay or putting us in a room we hadn’t booked and floors away from family. Next morning I asked for the dirty towel to be replaced. Never happened until we left. Restaurant service beyond slow and the buffet dinner we had to get one night because of “limited à la carte” was beyond subpar. Breakfast was great and so are the views.

This is a very new property, and during my stay there were a lot of issues with the facilities, that made this a poor experience for me. Most of the staff spoke little to no English, and the front desk staff were inattentive and not very professional in their interactions. The restaurant staff we had also did not speak English, which is below my expectations for a Western-style resort. There were several problems with the room including missing bath towels, no hot water from the shower, a strange fishy odor to the shower water, a cabinet front panel in the kitchen that fell off when we opened the adjacent cupboard, and very bright bathroom lights (not fun, when using the bathroom at night). We were hoping to enjoy the evening breezes, but when the bedroom/ balcony sliding door was opened, it created a draft effect, with a very loud whistling sound produced by air rushing in from around the front door, due to a lack of sealing. So, we had to leave all the windows closed all night, to keep the loud whistling sound from occuring. The included breakfast was one of the least enjoyable I've had from a hotel in a long time, including the quality and quantity of food. The area around the hotel is still under construction, with all the sounds and activity of a busy construction site. The road to get to this hotel is long, and in very rough condition, which was nerve- racking in a rental car. This hotel will probably be a nice resort experience, someday.

Clean room, staff, amenities were great

The place looks like new. Everything clean. The view of the beach from the room is something I enjoyed. You can actually see the beach from the bed since the room has sliding glass doors. And you can hear the waves while sleeping. The room for improvement is in the restaurant where they serve the breakfast: it is too small and it is understaffed considering the amount of hosts they had at the time.

Desde que entramos a la habitación vimos que el piso estaba lleno de arena, los recipientes de acondicionador y jabón líquido totalmente vacíos y peor aún sin agua caliente. Lo comuniqué desde que llegué y después del tercer día no pudieron solucionarme lo del agua caliente en la habitación por falta de una llave que jamás encontraron. El desayuno supuestamente era buffet pero no fue así ya que el hotel no contaba con huéspedes suficientes para hacerlo y decidieron hacerlo a la carta, pero si pedías algo adicional te lo cobraban, súper insólito. En fin, deberían enfocarse mas en el servicio de las habitaciones que ya que tienen el potencial de ser un buen hotel en ves de estar pendiente en la fachada. El personal de recepción y el desayuno súper amables y atentos, al igual que la chica de la piscina, lástima que el de la habitación no sea igual. Ojo, el punto más grave después de la falta de agua caliente en la habitación es el menú nada variado que ofrece el único restaurante de la propiedad.

Elegí hospedarme en el Radisson por su ubicación cercana. Planeaba una estancia breve, con llegada tardía y salida temprano. Lo positivo: La propiedad tiene una ubicación privilegiada frente a la playa, dentro de un complejo con buena infraestructura y diseño agradable. El desayuno está incluido, es bufete, no es muy variado, pero decente. Lo negativo: Al llegar, la garita del complejo estaba vacía, lo que me hizo esperar para ingresar. En el hotel, no había personal en el front desk, por lo que dejaron mis llaves con el guardia de seguridad. Al entrar a la habitación, estaba sucia y con basura de huéspedes anteriores. Volví con el seguridad, quien, tras 20-25 minutos, logró conseguir otra habitación, pero el inodoro también estaba sucio. Una tercera habitación estaba limpia, aunque sin agua ni jabón de manos. En conclusión, el hotel tiene una excelente ubicación e infraestructura, pero la falta de atención al huésped y los problemas de limpieza amargan la estadía.

Excelent stay for my family of four.Great restaurant, fast and delicious! We enjoyed the Karaoke night and the fire pit, My room was pretty small compared to others that reserved for only two people. It will be great to have 2 queen beds instead of full beds. We coincidentally stayed during a surf competition and really enjoyed it. Great Place.

Amazing staff! Jennifer, Anna, and Adrián went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made all the difference. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were excellent, and we loved having a little kitchen, it made it so easy to prepare lunch or dinner. There’s even a small deli by the parking lot for anything you might need. Thank you so much for everything!

La chambre est beaucoup trop petite pour 4 personnes. Les lit trop petit également !!! Imposible de dormir correctement. L’hôtel est vraiment mal fait. On dirait que c’était jute un immeuble destiné à l’habitation puis improviser en hôtel.

Property was good, just too noise (different music too loud), the employees were more zombies than persons. You asked for something, they say yes but never happens

El servicio pésimo, pero se debe más bien a falta de capacitación. Tratar con personas no es fácil por lo que es imprescindible la capacitación al personal de servicio en este concepto.

El personal de recepción (específicamente una mujer que estaba el día 20 en el turno de mañana) fue muy poco amable, al igual que el personal del restaurante. El día que llegue me indicaron que el desayuno era a partir de las 7:00am así que bajé el día 20 a las 7:10 buscando café negro. Me vieron esperando afuera y nadie me dijo nada, me ignoraban. Cuando hablé con la persona de recepción me dijo que abrían 7:30 am pero que les pidiera el café. Lo pedí y me dijeron que esperara a las 7:30

Beautiful place, need to improve the service, specially in the front desk

Amazing beachfront hotel. Facilities seemed to be brand new. Complimentary breakfast with a full plate of food and beverages. Area is isolated from any population centers so the onky people on the beach were hotel guests and owners of the adjacent condo complex. Beach was sparkling clean. Uber users beware...seemed next to impossible to get an Uber from the hotel. Had to call a local taxi to get from the hotel back to Panama City for over 100usd.

On the beach with pool and beach views.

Although it is a little isolated of a location and a challenge to get to, it was well worth the trip. The isolated location means the beach is not overcrowd. Their was construction going on during our stay but the noise didn't bother us too much. Great view of the beach from our room and we loved having the kitchenette. The breakfast was also very nice. We would come back.

The property itself was very pleasant and clean but the construction nearby was a bit noisy during the day.

Liked everything, very clean, friendly people, the only thing is that there should be more restaurants. But the good thing is that you can bring your own food and cooler.
