Pire hôtel que j’ai eu. La personne à l’accueil n’était pas du tout sympathique et sentait la weeds à plein nez. Dans la chambre il y avait un odeur de vieille guenille mouillée. Très désagréable.

When we first got to our room we walked in and immediately smelt musty mold smell. My child stepped over near the AC and the carpet was soaked. I went down and told the front desk associate and she was extremely apologetic and got us a new room with no issues. Wish I knew her name but very helpful! New room was suitable and breakfast was good. Pool was so nice to have for the kiddos as well! Thanks for a good stay!

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! ITS DISGUSTING!! We checked in, our room was filthy, blood stains all over the bedding, dirt and hair in the shower, pee all over the bathroom floor, no bedding for the pullout couch. The site says there are cribs available, we were told they only have one and it was already taken and this is why we booked this hotel. Went to call down to the front desk about the filthy room, the extension is non-existent, so I used my cell phone to call outbound to get to the front desk. Let the receptionist know about the room condition. She moved us into another room. When we got into the room, there were ZERO pillows, again trying to call down to the desk on the hotel phone did not work, when I got to talk to the receptionist, she said she would check to see if they had any pillows, came back on the phone and apologized because they did not have any pillows to give us and she said she couldn’t do anything about it. I told her that I just spent over $225 to stay in a hotel without a pillow??? She then said, she would go to another room and take the pillows from there. The sink in the bathroom did not drain water on its own. So between three people we got one pillow each, no crib for my nine month old, and again the second room was far below Marriott typical standards of cleanliness, I’m not sure they own a vacuum or bathroom cleaning products. I asked for a refund, and was declined. We checked in around 11:00 pm and left promptly at 6:00am.
