Parking and location was convenient. It is close by to gas stations, food, etc. Parking lot had good amount of streetlamp lighting. The sheets on my bed had hair (dark and wiry, while mine is straight and blonde) in it, meaning they were either from staff or that they had not been replaced since the prior resident. Hair (again, dark and wiry) was also stuck to the tub and the side of the sink. There were no trash cans in the room or the bathroom.

Breakfast was grab and go. Only allowed 2 choices. Coffee instant oatmeal granola bar were the choices. They hadn't dusted lamps in a long time. Dust dust and more dust. Bathtub was disgusting. We did not take a shower. Bed was not comfortable. Never anyone at front desk. Had to call out to get someone to come to desk. Full kitchen. Empty cabinets. No dishes or utensils

I booked a room here for one night specifically because we needed a freezer, and they offered a free breakfast. Refrigerator/freezer was fine, but the kitchen had nothing else but two burners — no cutlery, plates, pans, coffee maker, toaster, etc. The room was adequate and shower had decent water pressure but also an obvious leak based on the condition of the drywall and baseboard.The “free breakfast” consisted of coffee, hot water, oatmeal packets, and Nutigrain bars. My standards are not high, but I was not impressed. Add to that several neighbors slamming doors at 5 am, I would recommend staying elsewhere based on my experience.

You have to ask for dishes, pots, pans, cutlery, and utensils for your room. I was given dessert plates. Not enough room on the plate for my meal I cooked. There were no trash cans in the room. You take your trash to a closed off room down the hall, which when you open it will stifle you. There are multiple 30 gallon trash cans in this room with everyone’s trash.

Very dirty carpets and numerous stains and burn marks everywhere. Smelly hallways and smokers congregating at every doorway. Evicted people hanging around too. I have been traveling regularly for 54 yrs and have NEVER seen a hotel w a reserved parking slot for police right beside the front doors. Not a comforting thing to see

Was disappointed to check into my room and find that the hotel did not supply a hair dryer, so had to run out and purchase one. While the price was economical, cleanliness is compromised with visible mold in the bathroom. "Free Breakfast" is really only oatmeal packets and energy bars.

The hotel was clean. The staff was friendly. We had a suite becaue we had 3 adults. It was very nice having 2 separate bathrooms. The pullout couch for one of our guests was very lumpy and soft. The recliner in the living room wouldn't recline becasue it was obviously broken. Our room keys kept de-programming. This was an extended stay with the kitchenette, but there was absolutely no cooking utensils or plates. The area around the hotel was walkable and serene.

The next morning, housekeeping knocked on the door at 8am to see if I needed fresh towels. This woke me up. I was awoken a second time about an hour later, by an uninvited guest in my bed: a 1" cockroach. Finally around 10:30am housekeeping knocked on the door again to ask if I was going to be checking out soon (11am checkout).

Once we got into the room, there was crumbs everywhere, pieces of hair on the counters and table. I pulled back the covers and there were stains on the sheets. The tv had finger prints and feet prints on them. It was the grossest hotel I’ve ever been to.

The bed wasn’t uncomfortable. There was a funky smell in the entire building. The shower curtain was moldy. The air would blow the curtain into me laying in the bed. Breakfast was a joke. Oatmeal packets, prepackaged muffins and granola bars. The floor was sticky. There were spiders on the bed. The guy checking us in was nice. We should have car camped.

The sheets on the bed were one step above burlap, I would have complained about them but they would have tried to charge me for an exfoliation treatment. Abandoned cars in the parking lot. Probably one of the most unclean hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The stale cigarette smell was even in the pillows. I saw a roach. Nothing is remotely updated or cleaned well. Filthy light switch plates and high touch areas and bathtub is mildew covered and everything just has a look like it’s not been properly wiped down in years. Not worth the $225/night cost.

First off, they called me a few days ahead of my stay to tell me that they did not have any rooms available with two beds, which is specifically why I booked it. I was traveling with multiple family members, and made the reservation well ahead of time. At that point, it was too late to find another room, so I went along with it. The gentleman working at the desk was pleasant, but the facility is not particularly clean, the couch in the room was filthy, and the room smelled vaguely of old cigarette smoke and marijuana. Worth noting that the Google rating is lower than the rating lot hotels.com, and I should’ve checked that as well.

Staff was nice and the room was clean and comfortable. The only issue I experienced was using the card key to enter through the side door. After numerous attempts, I had to walk around to the front entrance to get back into the building.

Extremely noisy--all night long. Paper-thin walls and ceilings. Property is dated, but room was clean. Entire floor, stairwells, even by the main doors smelled strongly of pot, to the point my clean clothes smelled like weed after I returned home. Noisiest AC I've ever seen. Room was fine. Service was good at.check in. However, at literally all hours through the afternoon, night and early morning people were literally yellimg in the hallways. I mean literally all hours... 10pm, 11pm , 12am, 1am, 2am , 3am , 4am. It was so loud i was awaken atleast 7 times that i recall.

My check in was very quick. The front desk associate Aden was really good and kind to us. Room was spic span. It smells good and refreshing. Overall it was a nice stay.

Checking in after 11pm took 30min and 3 phone calls, room was blah, smelly, bathroom was mildew and gross. paint was spotty throughout building. Just not a good clean feeling.

I had a fantastic experience at Extended Stay America. Front desk agent Aden was super helpful and welcoming. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The lobby was spotless as well. Overall, a very pleasant stay. Highly recommend!

Friendly staff, easy checking. Room was spacious and clean, bed very comfortable. Propertybis in a very quiet area, but close to food, fuel, etc. Property is showing its age. They are maintaining it well but it badly needs to be updated.

The hotel was clean. The staff was friendly. We had a suite becaue we had 3 adults. It was very nice having 2 separate bathrooms. The pullout couch for one of our guests was very lumpy and soft. The recliner in the living room wouldn't recline becasue it was obviously broken. Our room keys kept de-programming. This was an extended stay with the kitchenette, but there was absolutely no cooking utensils or plates. The area around the hotel was walkable and serene.

I booked a room here for one night specifically because we needed a freezer, and they offered a free breakfast. Refrigerator/freezer was fine, but the kitchen had nothing else but two burners — no cutlery, plates, pans, coffee maker, toaster, etc. The room was adequate and shower had decent water pressure but also an obvious leak based on the condition of the drywall and baseboard.The “free breakfast” consisted of coffee, hot water, oatmeal packets, and Nutigrain bars. My standards are not high, but I was not impressed. Add to that several neighbors slamming doors at 5 am, I would recommend staying elsewhere based on my experience.

It was nice and clean. bunch of dinning options near the hotel. Staff was kind and professional. Their front lobby was really clean and it smells good and refreshing i think it was under the shift of Aden. I would say a well-trained staff. And rooms were also clean. I liked staying here.

The bed wasn’t uncomfortable. There was a funky smell in the entire building. The shower curtain was moldy. The air would blow the curtain into me laying in the bed. Breakfast was a joke. Oatmeal packets, prepackaged muffins and granola bars. The floor was sticky. There were spiders on the bed. The guy checking us in was nice. We should have car camped.

Check out time is at 11am and staff banged on our door at 10:40am to remind us of check out time. Hallways smelled like cigarettes. They DO NOT have free hot breakfast. Packets of oatmeal is what you will get. Never again.

There are a lot of dinning options near the hotel. It was a good and nice place to stay. The Front desk staff Aden really helped and assisted me greatly. The room was nice and clean. Their bed mattress was really comfortable. Overall I liked my stay in here.

Was disappointed to check into my room and find that the hotel did not supply a hair dryer, so had to run out and purchase one. While the price was economical, cleanliness is compromised with visible mold in the bathroom. "Free Breakfast" is really only oatmeal packets and energy bars.

This place was extremely disappointing on so many levels! When we arrived no one was available to check us in, apparently the check in/out desk closes at 9pm and we arrived after that. Several other quests were also trying to check in and eventually someone did show up but it was frustrating! Very basic outdated room, looked so much better in the pics. No amenities to speak of, soap p9and shampoo provided and that was it, not even a hair dryer. I tried calling the front desk to ask for one but the phone in our room was broken. Also, I discovered the outlet by the bed didn't work either as my phone wasn't charged the next morning.

Check in was smooth…the room was DISGUSTING!!! A huge glob of gum on the wall, dog hair on and in the tub, a strong cigarette smell in the bathroom especially once the shower was in use just to discover a cup of CIGARETTE BUTTS in the trash and a trash can full of other stuff under the bathroom sink, dog fur on the beds, on the sheets. Went to the front desk to speak with the representative whom was very understanding in the beginning but once he contacted his manager about my concerns he got very cold and went back on the refund he said he would provide to me. I wasn’t offered a cleaner room. I checked in and out within a 4 hour timeframe and I’m being denied a refund currently. PISS POOR MANAGEMENT, FILTHY ROOMS, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, TIME OR GAS GETTING HERE!!!
