Professional friendly staff. Room was clean , nice shower with consist hot water (didn't want to get out) lol. Indoor pool had hair and spiders in it , it was described as being a heated pool but it was cold to the bone. Alot of shops and places to eat nearby. Laser tag place directly across the street which was convenient and fun. Overall quiet nice hotel and staff

Property was not as decent but our stay was not pleasant either. Staff was not great, the lady who clean around when it comes to breakfast time even slap my child’s hand for taking more then one napkin, lady was too old for me to call the cops on her but my mouth didn’t stay quiet. It was uncalled for, it was extremely rude. We check in I ask front desk for toilet paper n they totally missed that. Till the next morning. Horrible thankfully I had baby wipes. Dryer was so low in head I spend $10 only to dry. Only plus abt this place was the pool no being over chlorinated n the fitness room well equipped. Around the area was all type of food chain restaurant plus huge target literally 5 min walk. Nice maintenance guy who fix the fridge as it didn’t work for a whole day, very friendly other than that not again sorry.

I was disappointed in my stay due to major construction to the hotel. It was very noisy and unappealing. I should have been given notice concerning the property's renovations. I wanted to relocated to another Hampton Inn but since I booked through Hotels.com the service desk representative said I couldn't. It's not fair to guests to arrive and can't enjoy their stay. Unsatisfied customer. Compensation should be given for a future stay.

Definitely loved that it is modern, this is why I chose the hotel. But, more attention and detail is needed in the cleaning: our bathroom had multiple hairs on the floor! There were hairs in the nooks and crannies of the bathroom as well as in plain sight.

The MOD that checked us in on arrival was extremely professional and very pleasant to deal with. The room was clean, beds were comfortable and fit our needs. We did have a couple of issues the day of check-in and they were addressed immediately . Very satisfied with our stay!

The rooms were lovely, recently updated with very nice amenities. The lobby is a bit less updated, and we were surprised the bathrooms are locked at all times. The receptionist, while pleasant and professional, was not super attentive and failed to alert us when our room was ready.

I was a little concerned w/ this property b/c the reviews were mixed. We were pleasantly surprised at what a good experience we had. The room was a good size with 2 queen beds (some hotels only have doubles). Good size bathroom, large counter, lots of hot water & decent water pressure. The room was quiet, so we were able to get plenty of rest. There were lots of outlets & an adequate # of usb ports. The lobby was clean & the front desk staff were knowledgeable & friendly. We will definitely stay again if we are in the area.

I was woken up at 4:00 am by the front desk banging at the door requesting entry. My husband responded that we were not going to open the door. I called to the front desk and was accused of being rude pertaining to my husband's response. Someone had complained about the volume of the TV which the front desk could have called to the room in response. Night clerk was very nasty and we left early morning before our reservation was fulfilled. We did not stay 24 hours and was booked for 2 nights and 3 days.

Upon checking in I was given a room on the first floor. As a female, I don't feel safe on the first floor of any hotel. When I asked the front desk representative to assign me to a room on another floor due to safety concerns, he said he could not do this because I had booked the room through a third-party booking agent. Then he told me he did not have any rooms available. The hotel was not full. I felt I was treated rudely.

Stayed 3 nights while visiting family in the area. Hotel is well located off of Midlothian Hwy next to Target and Kohls. Lots of dining and shopping options in the area. Quiet and clean. Staff was pleasant and accommodating. Would stay again.

I've stayed at this Hampton before and it was remodeled last year, so its pretty fresh and well maintained. The staff has always been pleasant and I've had no issues whatsoever. Free breakfast is a plus, and the area has plenty of shopping and restaurants, so no shortage of things to do. Great little diner right across the way behind the WaWa as well.

I've stayed at this Hampton before and it was remodeled last year, so its pretty fresh and well maintained. The staff has always been pleasant and I've had no issues whatsoever. Free breakfast is a plus, and the area has plenty of shopping and restaurants, so no shortage of things to do. Great little diner right across the way behind the WaWa as well.

This is a well-maintained, excellent place to stay. The downside is that there is not a safe way to walk to restaurants because there are no sidewalks. There are many fast food restaurants in the area but not many restaurants. You will need to drive to a restaurant.

Property was set back off the main road but near food, gas and shopping which was convenient. No complaint about the facilities. The only small complaint was there was a vacuum noise between 9-10:30 pm that was a little annoying.

It was nice. Breakfast was a little paltry after 8:45 and it was supposed to be served until 10. I chose this hotel specifically for a hot breakfast but eggs were already gone. Oh well

Hotel was nice and clean. But don’t expect housekeeping or an evening manager who knows what he’s doing. We stayed here for 6 days. On day 3 our room wasn’t touched despite being told it would be cleaned every other day. I spoke with the evening manager who promised our room would be cleaned the next day. Well the next day came and went and it still wasn’t cleaned. I again spoke with the same evening manager who was useless. We asked for clean towels. After waiting 2 hours and still no towels we had to call back again. He promised our room would be cleaned the next day. Day 5 mind you. And we check out on day 6. Trash was overflowing. Piles of dirty towels on the floor. Finally the room was cleaned on day 5 Just a shame you have to beg for services that you’re paying for.

We enjoyed our stay however the window treatment in our room was broken so that we could not sleep as well because of the brightness. When we reported it to the front desk, we were simply told that they already knew about it and a new one had been ordered. They did not give the option of another room.No apology given, nor discount offered. Disappointed and may not return.
