Staff are not so friendly if u ask for something they give u a negative answer like it’s ur bad because u did the booking. They won’t tell you how to get to your room. They gave you the keys and good luck you can look for your room. We drove more than 14 hours tired and exhausted and we didn’t get any good customer service. They made me feel that they want that business to close down the way they talk to customers. Ice maker is out of order.

Thí hotel has a lobby but close permanently for guests and can only contact hotel personnel trough a back door, narrow space. This creates a feeling of unsafe environment even though it locates next to other high end hotels. Basically a noisy, cheap, dirty motel. Front desk was only via a “night window” with a special entrance and the front desk behind a thick glass window and security drawer. Probably because the area was unsafe. Very unfriendly and rude person at front desk. Definitely would avoid this place

It's a veranda style property, pretty clean overall. The bed is on the firmer side, "hardwood floor". No breakfast offered but they do have one cup coffee maker in the room. Pretty convenient getting on and off I95.There are two gas stations right next door and a McDonald on one side. while a Starbucks and Subway on the other.

When I arrived, the property looked extremely run down. The lobby was actually locked and closed off. Everyone was routed around back to a side window. After pulling up my reservation I was informed (with some attitude) that even though I had used my VISA debit card to book the room, I would have to go to an ATM and then pay with cash. Though I had enough cash on me, and credit cards, I was so disgusted with the entire experience that I went down the street to the Hampton Inn, where I gladly paid $100 more for the night. Money was well spent I might add.

This was the most poorly kept hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. The power outlets aren’t properly mounted to the wall and are a fire hazard. The whole room and especially the AC unit had years of dust and grime caked to it. There were stains on the sheets, and I was genuinely concerned for the safety of my family.

The layout of the room was great. I had a basic king sized room. It included an L shaped desk, fridge and microwave. Unfortunately despite it being a smoke free hotel, the room was deeply permeated with cigarette smell. Another drawback was that the tv wouldn’t turn on. I didn’t try to get it fixed because it wasn’t all that important but it would have been nice. The property looks like it needs a good power washing and the parking lot to be re-paved. The check in and check out staff was very friendly and professional!

It was cool that there were plenty of modern amenities (wifi, USB phone chargers and outlet strip on the nightstands), but all I wanted to do was sleep until right before 11am checkout, but was rudely awoken by Housekeeping banging on the door at 9am (and again at 9:30am) - there was no "Do Not Disturb" placard to place on the doorknob. I literally only wanted one thing from Red Roof Inn and they denied me it. My partner and I were in the middle of driving back to New Jersey from South Carolina and all I wanted was to sleep. Checkout is at 11am -- why is housekeeping waking people up at 9am??

The room was not the Superior Room like we booked and paid for. It wasn't a king. No towels or anything to dry off with or shower with. No microwave, no fridge,no coffee pot and the room smelled like heavy smoke. There was drug paraphernalia in the room. Called front desk right away and the guy waas extremely rude and didn't offer to make anything right. The heat didn't work and we we're in a sever snow storm .Phone also did not work. The floors were black and disgusting. Black mold all in the bathrooms. Tried again this morning upon checkout to speak with the front desk lady and she was extremely rude and aggressive and i felt very threatened we have been staying with Red Roof Inn for years because the rooms,customer service and just all around first class amazing treatment with our stay but after this visit I don't think my husband and I will be staying at any of your establishments after the way we've been treated and with what we had to sleep in last night after driving over ten hours.I also have plenty of pictures of the condition the room was in and we will be reaching out to corporate about this matter. Thank you amd have a great day!

This Red Roof was by far the worst. In a bad part of town. Very run down. Very sketchy activity going on at all hours of the night. People coming and going all night. We felt extremely unsafe. . Worst of all, we have dogs, and found very dangerous items on the ground.

The property was fine, the staff friendly, and the room clean. There's a Starbucks next door and a McDonalds across the street so there's not much more you can ask for from a motel. It's tucked into a freeway offramp on the border of an industrial area so keep that in mind, but for all that the place did the trick and I'm not sure you could expect much more for the price. There are a LOT of negative reviews here, which may all be accurate, but was certainly not my experience.

It's a veranda style property, pretty clean overall. The bed is on the firmer side, "hardwood floor". No breakfast offered but they do have one cup coffee maker in the room. Pretty convenient getting on and off I95.There are two gas stations right next door and a McDonald on one side. while a Starbucks and Subway on the other.

Room was clean, bedding clean, but had seen better days. Liked the fact that 1 pet says for free, they only charge a fee for the second pet. Red roof no longer has breakfast. Did have coffee and hot water in the morning. No lids.

Do NOT stay here. It was horrible, my room wasn't cleaned. There were cigarette burns all over the blankets, bathroom was dirty, nothing worked. The place reaked off pot, "ladies working", homeless guy sleeping on the bench. Staff was rude

Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND If you are looking for A STREETWALKER. This is your place. There was knock on my door all times of the night. There was a constant flow of foot traffic. Left early morning and had someone passed out in the parking lot. Highly do not recommend this place

We stayed for one night on our way through town I needed to swap rooms almost immediately due to holes and stains in the comforter of the first bed and the overwhelming smell of tobacco in the room. The manager did switch us to a different room that suffered from the same smell but the sheets appeared clean And was on the far side of the surprisingly active parking lot. Considering we paid over $100 for the room and I've had similar or better experiences at motels with $30 to $40 rooms I would not recommend staying here. Either spend a little extra money and stay at the Marriott/Hilton next door or save your money and go to a different motel.

The property was very old and doesn't appear to get many updates. The bedding was old and worn to the point some places were beginning to wear holes. Ice maker worked but didn't really see much regarding amenities. AC worked great. The shower/tub had tears in the tub where the wrong paint may have been used to repair it. The staff that checked us in wasn't very friendly but at least she was efficient. When checking out that morning around 4 a.m. they staff never came to the front and picked up the phone the hung up right away. When he finally came to the front I saw him pick up the phone then hang up again. People were hanging around all day and night. One person asked if they could have our room for the rest of the night as we left. Again I was very uncomfortable leaving with people just outside hanging around in the middle of the night. Also some of the outlets had been closed off.
