I like that the property is walking distance to a convenience store and gas station. It's across the street from a Waffle House. The bed was comfortable. The room was old and dingy with orange walls. The carpet was worn and dirty. The bed linens were clean but had holes in the sheets and blankets. The mattress was hard. The toilet was not firmly affixed to the floor, it wobbled when you sat on it. The room had a damp smell. I had to turn on the heat to get the damp smell out of the air. There were some loud people in the hallway on the night I stayed. The vending machine was broken. In general, I get the impression that these property owners are doing the best they can, but they are struggling to managing this hotel. This place may be fine for some who just want a cheap, clean place to sleep. but I will not stay there again.

The price was cheap, photo of the room looked ok. On arrival the outside appearance was poor, drapes ratty looking,. Inside the room looked as if furnished from Goodwill. Washroom sink was very rusty. 1 towel and flannel per person, no hand towel. I recommend if thinking about this hotel just don't. I could say more but you get the idea.

There was no hot water. Not secure building anyone could just walk in. Mold everywhere. Dresser looked like it was just thrown together and was missing pieces. Asked for a non smoking room but the whole hotel smelled of smoke. Did not feel safe at all. Got there late at night and were tired, but checked out the next morning to find a different hotel. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

AC not working, replacement unit scattered on the floor in the hallway is apparently this is a widespread problem, dangerously miswired fixtures on the wall, stains on the bathroom floor that looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in years, a $10 cash only service fee when you check in? Oh and of course the cops keeping you up busting the “rental dates”party down the hall. Avoid this place like the plague. I cannot believe hotels.com would allow their clientele to check into a place like this. Needless to say no services no morning coffee no USB hubs just Like something out of a Hollywood movie, I don’t care how much money you save don’t even consider this place

Smelled digusting. Left after a couple hours and should have asked for a refund but I couldnt stand that putrid place a minute longer. Going to be hearing from me again if I end up tracking bugs home or something. Your building should be condemned

It smelled horrible and I didn't want to touch anything in the bathroom. The bed even felt moist and stunk. Mold and a pieced together ceiling over the shower. It was a $50 room for $140. Now I can't add photos that I took for some reason so go see for yourself if you don't want to take my advice (Stay Away)

What we did like is the availability of the room and the fact that there were no bugs. However, when walking into the room, you are immediately met with a wall of smoke smell from cigarettes, and you walk into completely deplorable conditions of the room structures and non-working appliances such as lamps, windows, and open lighting with no coverings. The bed sheets were burnt, and the pillowcases had many stains. The remote for the TV was crusted in an unknown matter. The bathroom tub was the cleanest feature in the bathroom itself. I am highly surprised this place hasn't been visited by the health department or condemned for business until brought up to minimal standards. I have pictures if you would like to see them. It's sad that we spent almost half of the room cost on cleaning supplies, deodorants to cover up foul smells, dryer sheets to insert into air vents for smoke smell neutralization, and new sheets and blankets to sleep on a hard-as-a-rock, stained mattress. You can tell they are trying to work on the infrastructure, but they should probably be shut down until repairs can be completed and the whole indoor facility scrubbed and sanitized.

Choose anywhere but here in Lima, place smells like an old bar that was smoked in for 50 years. Water temp continually went from hot to cold and there was just a piece of bare Sheetrock above the shower where the room above had leaked. The drawers looked like they hadn’t been cleaned from previous guest.

The room smelled like a combination of mildew and cigarette smoke, even though it was supposed to be a smoke-free room. In the middle of the night I went to use the bathroom. When I turned on the light, 2 cockroaches scattered across the floor. I would not recommend staying here.

Ceilings and walls were stained. Bathroom counter stained. Bathroom light was extremely dim ( one bulb) and didn’t always work-thank goodness I carry a flashlight

Bare bones service with no daily cleaning. The remote did not work and you manually tuned your tv with bad reception. I checked out early without any refunds given.

The heater was not working properly it has 3 spots blowing air, 2 spots has flowing cold air and 1 spot just hot. She didn't offered other room even we asked her to give us a different one and she was very bad atvthe poit the she said if we don't like it we can go to a different hotel. that's I call very disappointing customer service, worst of the other ones that we pay less money to use.

I guess the best thing I can say is that I didn’t get bedbugs. My biggest complaint is that the hot water in the sink did not work. I had to get hot water out of the shower because there is no faucet for filling the bathtub. Also the ceiling in the bathroom leak and dripped water on me while I was on the commode. overall, the places just dated and run down. I won’t stay here again.

It’s beyond affordable, and the staff was pretty helpful and very nice. They have patience too. Trust me I know hahah if you want to save money and be comfortable and you’re not too picky, this is a great place.

When I first got to the room the guy was very rude and said room wasn’t paid for even after I showed him my confirmation code then he said no no you gotta pay then after about 30 mins he said oh wait it’s paid for but now I need 2.00 a night for leaning but they never once cleaned the room or even asked if we needed anything h . Bad place to stay ,paid for 2 queen beds got a room with I bed …

We were denied a stay, the hotel changed owners the first of the year and anyone that made reservations before Jan. 1, 2024 were cancelled if we chose the option of paying when arriving. So we had no rooms. It would have been great if we got a notice of this before we travelled 4 hours and had plans.for a long weekend. A completely ruined trip!

We stay here often and unfortunately the guy that checks me in is always rude and adds different amounts for a "reservation fee" even tho ive already paid fees through the site. I like staying here despite this and the poor condition of the rooms.

The heater was not working properly it has 3 spots blowing air, 2 spots has flowing cold air and 1 spot just hot. She didn't offered other room even we asked her to give us a different one and she was very bad atvthe poit the she said if we don't like it we can go to a different hotel. that's I call very disappointing customer service, worst of the other ones that we pay less money to use.

Manager was very rude and disrespectful. Pounded on our door after 11pm demanding $50 for our dogs when their listing stated dogs were welcome and nothing was said at check in and the animals declared. Will never return.

I like that the property is walking distance to a convenience store and gas station. It's across the street from a Waffle House. The bed was comfortable. The room was old and dingy with orange walls. The carpet was worn and dirty. The bed linens were clean but had holes in the sheets and blankets. The mattress was hard. The toilet was not firmly affixed to the floor, it wobbled when you sat on it. The room had a damp smell. I had to turn on the heat to get the damp smell out of the air. There were some loud people in the hallway on the night I stayed. The vending machine was broken. In general, I get the impression that these property owners are doing the best they can, but they are struggling to managing this hotel. This place may be fine for some who just want a cheap, clean place to sleep. but I will not stay there again.

Well the people that own the place is very rude and also they kept adding more and more fees to my room like it went up every night I stayed from 5$ to 36$ and there was holes into the walls and blood on the pillows and even in the shower and also the light to the bathroom kept turning on and off and it never cam back on until u waited a little bit. But auther than all that the cleaning people were really nice and i enjoyed talking to him. And also someone got shot there in there parking lot.

There was no hot water. Not secure building anyone could just walk in. Mold everywhere. Dresser looked like it was just thrown together and was missing pieces. Asked for a non smoking room but the whole hotel smelled of smoke. Did not feel safe at all. Got there late at night and were tired, but checked out the next morning to find a different hotel. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Did not receive the room we requested. Staff very unfriendly and not accommodating to request. Needed non smoking and got a smoking room. No water pressure in the shower. No continental breakfast, which is one of the reasons we choose the hotel. Will not book again.

The property is so dirty and feel unsafe. Look like they dont take care the property at all. In orbitz they put choices for breakfast and wifi for additional $5, but they don't have that service actually. so the staff asked us to call orbitz for $5 refund. I don't why the still put that choices of service in orbitz if they don't have it.

The ad said there was a bathtub deep enough to soak in, a coffee pot, & wifi. Not true. What was there was black mold, leaking shower faucet, poorly maintained room & facility. There was some type of crumbs between the bed sheets. Also debris sprinkled in the wall mounted hvac & on the floor by it. A dryer sheet was stuck in the vents to mask the moldy odor. The outside staircase was enclosed with caution tape. The entry door glass was shattered & clear adhesive film was holding it together. Staff required $5 access fee at check-in & was difficult to understand. Staff was unavailable at checkout. We have pictures.

It was terrible it took like three minutes to get my hair wet in the shower. I have short hair and black mold on the ceiling,dirty toilet, stains on the sheets and no smoking room. Guess what if you don't smoke you will get a room with burn holes in the floor and smoke smell.

Our non-smoking room was clean and didn’t have any apparent odor, though the entryway and hallways did smell of cigarette smoke residue. Adjacent rooms to ours were smoking rooms. The bed was comfortable. The hotel employees were courteous. Regardless of online reports of a continental breakfast or provided coffee in the room, there is neither of these. It is a good place for a simple overnight stay.
