The room was clean and fairly large. The hot tub is very small and there were people smoking and drinking alcohol in the pool area. Some of the equipment in the gym did not work. Breakfast was good.

Stayed here during a skiing trip. Our stay was typical, except one afternoon after spending the day skiing we were looking forward to spending some time relaxing in the hot tub and pool. When we arrived at the pool we found it full of kids having a swim lesson. There were signs promoting the swim school, parents and kids and teachers. We sat in the hot tub hoping the class would end, but nope, in walks more kids for their class, arriving 15 minutes early so they jumped in the hot tub with us. We finally left. We noticed the classes lasted until 8:00 pm. Never staying here again.

Older but adquately maintained property. Staff was attentive and helpful. The "business center" falls short, as the printer is old and does not work at all. Breakfast was better than the one I had at a higher-end Homewood Suites the day before. Would stay here again.

The breakfast buffet had a lot of selections and tasted very good. The staff was very nice and accommodating when needed. The coffee/tea that was complementary throughout the day was appreciated. And the cookies left out at night time was a nice little treat. That was unexpected but appreciated. The best thing that made me love this hotel was the pool was at a really nice warm temperature. Our stay was quite nice. We will come back again.

The staff is always great. The free breakfast is so-so. My main complaint is that there are no microwaves in the room. When we travel, we have to eat at restaurants and often would like to reheat leftovers. The only microwave is way down in the lobby. Othetwise, a nice place.

When we went to pull the sheets back we found drops of blood on the fitted sheet. I went down to the front and the last offered to switch us rooms we already had our stuff out it was late and we were tired so I declined and asked for new sheets. When we went to change the sheets we found a hair pile under the fitted sheet. The bed was lumpy and the pillows are old and lumpy it was not a very comfortable stay.

First room was covered in mold. Second room has someone’s used personal hygiene towel left under bed and hair all over the bathroom floor. Checked out and asked for refund. Won’t be going back. The staff at desk was very understanding and very helpful.

The room and everything was great! The only thing we were concerned with was the amount of fruit flies coming from under the sink in the bathroom. When we used the sink at any time, several fruit flies came flying out from in-between the sink and the counter top. It was a little annoying....because while brushing your teeth they were bothersome. Other than that the stay way great!

We were driving through on a long road trip and needed somewhere to stay. I picked this hotel because it had good ratings. The room was dated and had some minor damage. The bed was so hard and the sofa bed was basically just springs. The window felt like it was open. There was water damage by the window so I know something was wrong with it. I could feel the cold air coming through and the noise from the freeway was loud. We tried to turn the fan on to drown out some of the noise but the controls were glued shut. I chose this hotel because it was close to the freeway. I knew it wouldn’t be quiet and that was ok. We just wanted somewhere comfortable to get some much needed sleep.

The bed was not comfortable-- not a comfortable mattress--hard mattress--expected more from Hilton The pillows were not comfortable, flat and not supportive (they would be best to invest in MY PILLOWs ) I am sure that the large refillable bottles of shampoo/conditioner/body gel and lotion is a benefit but the shower gel and shampoo seemed to be the same product--the shampoo did not foam (which was the same as the body gel wash)--

Great breakfast, close to many things, property clean and up to date, friendly staff. I broke my travel mirror in the bathroom and the front desk did their best to clean up since housekeeping hd already left for the day. Great service!!! Disappointed that the hotel does not assist with cab service.

Check-in staff was rude. Room key did not open the door. New key opened door to a room with someone else’s belongings. Given new room and was a single king and not the two queens I booked. Went down third and final time, was told I did not book two queens, showed the reservation to staff and was told they do not have my room. Horrible experience

We were in town for a work event and got back to the hotel exhausted at midnight only to find we were locked out of one of our rooms. Upon checking with the front desk we were told we were supposed to have checked out 2 days earlier than what we had paid for. The front desk clerk was absolutely rude and put out. Adamant that he was correct, he was dismissive of my Expedia confirmation email that showed us having paid for the room through the 26th. He would not tell us if our things had been removed from the room and said “Expedia would have to confirm” yet he made no apologies or effort to contact Expedia. He just stood there telling us we were wrong and told ME to call Expedia. I was able to contact Expedia who then confirmed with him the room had been paid for through the 26th. He didn’t know how to fix the situation so he called someone off site and had us stand there for 20 minutes until he was able to get us a key. Not once did he apologize for the inconvenience or offer any kind of explanation for the failure on their end. Seems like he should have taken us up to our room until they figured out the key issue and given it to us later. Totally uncharacteristic of my other stays at a Hampton inn. Other than that, my stay was fine and all the other staff were pleasant and helpful.

Hotel was in a very convenient location. Staff was super friendly and efficient. Breakfast was very good - scrambled eggs, sausage, oatmeal, fruit, bagels, waffles, yogurt and more. Price was great. My room was very clean. However, it was a little "tired" looking - older, scratched furniture, leaking tub faucet. But I had a wonderful stay.

The breakfast was not much to brag about. If you cut the bacon any thinner it would disappear. The little egg mini-omlettes were okay. The rooms are quite nice and comfortable. The staff is excellent and very friendly and helpful.

Really run down, hair in the bathtub, very few breakfast choices, most things were gone. Very limited seating in the breakfast area also.

The breakfast buffet had a lot of selections and tasted very good. The staff was very nice and accommodating when needed. The coffee/tea that was complementary throughout the day was appreciated. And the cookies left out at night time was a nice little treat. That was unexpected but appreciated. The best thing that made me love this hotel was the pool was at a really nice warm temperature. Our stay was quite nice. We will come back again.

I need potatoes for breakfast lol. Also regular sausage, not chicken sausage. Love the bottles in the shower. I have super long hair and it's so convenient. Front desk was very friendly.

We had a short stay at this hotel. The bed was comfortable- standard hotel room. What stood out the most was the 24-7 coffee bar and amazing hot breakfast every morning!

They couldn't gwt the TV to work in our room so they moved us to another room. It took a bit to get that TV to work. The remotes are worn out and you have to push really hard to get the buttons to work.

The lady at the reservation desk was very sweet, knowledgeable, efficient, and helpful. She was the only positive in our stay. The outside of the hotel was dilapidated, there wasn't enough parking, the entire place smelled musty and old. And, the worst part of our stay was the unclean, unkempt, dusty, dirty hotel room with thin walls, and some guests were questionable, making us a bit uncomfortable. I have allergies and my stay was unbearable, on top of everything else. The air conditioning brought in great amounts of dust and mites. On top of that, there wasn't a ventilation fan in the bathroom making it even more humid, if you took a warm shower;contributing to the musty environment. This hotel was a run down, disappointing, unclean, expensive stay that we'll never stay at again, and cut our trip to Utah into one day. It's quite sad that a lot of Hampton Inns have went downhill fast.

this was the best hotel experience i’ve had. the staff was super helpful and so nice! the hotel also smells so so good so that’s a plus 🙂‍↔️ also love that their pool hours are later along with breakfast and check out ! kobe was the best and i can’t remember the other three names that that were also helpful to me 🩵 im coming back. also the deposit is not super high like other hotels. the only downside is there isn’t any microwaves in the rooms and for the pool area should be a changing station. other than that great experience and will def recommend.
