The residence is very old and dated. The home was built in 1955 and not really upgraded. Walking on the floor, squeaky every step. No dining room. The linens were old. The neighborhood is old like the home. My family members were very disappointed especially based on the price and location. We checked out after one night during a three night planned stay. For the cost of the Vrbo residence, you could easily rent an upscale cabin or condo in Estes Park. I would not recommend this as a future stay. The Vrbo owner was friendly. The only plus from this experience.

Great place for multiple people. Walkable to downtown, great parks/walking paths and natural grocery store. I didn’t use my car once I arrived at the house. Kitchen has everything, even a veggie peeler (which I don’t see at many properties) Host was great! I thought I left something behind and they looked around for it. Bed is comfy and had quality bedding. When I come back to Loveland, I will stay here.

It was perfect for our stay! Cozy warm and welcoming! Communication with the host was immediate and every question i had even after check in was answered in timely manner! Absolutely recommend
