It is a popular swimming spot in summer.There is a Community-Organization distance 10 minutes by car. You can enjoy Japanese traditional vegetable lunch on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, also you can buy fresh vegetables.There is a staff speaking English fluently.#House Rules Due to more strict laws in Japan, passport copy and a list of hotel guests are required for who stay in the house. Could you please send all guest's passport pictures by email? We will take responsibilities for keeping all your private information during retention period and then dispose of all the documents. The basic rules are as follows. ◆Please take off your shoes inside the room. ◆Not roll a suitcase on TATAMI mat.※The TATAMI mats are easily scratched, gouged or stained.It is necessary to replace for the new one.The price of the one piece of tatami mat is around 13,000JPY.I have to ask you to pay for the damage.So Please be careful.◆Not allowed smokingIn order to provide a smoke free environment in all guest in rooms,smoking is strictly prohibited in the room. A fee of JPY 20,000 for rehabilitation and cleaning will be imposed for any violations.◆Not allowed pets ◆No loud partying which might inconvenience the neighborhood. Especially, please be quiet after 21:00. ◆Please turn off the electricity, lights, and heating before leaving the flat. ◆Any damage on the property and furnishing shall be reimbursed. Natural wear and tear will not be considered as to be reimbursed. ◆Please be careful not to forget to lock the door and window when you go out. Please note that I shall not be responsible for any loss, damages and troubles when you do not lock the door. Please note that you should pay reparations in case of the following cases:※ Lost Key（10,000JPY）※ Losing the pocket-wifi costs you 25,000 JPY.
