Great place and staff.. very helpful with everything

Restaurant menu is very limited. If you stay for 2 nights even, you will be bored eating same dishes. Complementary water is at the checkin only not to be provided each day of your visit as per their new policy. Take your own water if you want to save the hefty amount they charge for water. Staff is manipulative, if you complain about a certain issue they will keep on saying they are fixing it in a very apologetic tone but in real they will be wasting your time until you forget and stop addressing the issue.

Getting there was the most treacherous part. You must drive on dirt roads thru Balochestan so definitely have a phone with GPS and go during the day. Overall the resort was great; accommodating staff, very clean facilities, decent food options. Our beachfront suite was nicely made. Food at the Dastaan restaurant was similar to one of those restaurants on Tipu Sultan road, but at least 15%-30% higher prices. This was to be expected. I have 2 complaints, the first is that upon arrival I was adked to pay something. Idk why considering booking was mqde in full thru Expedia. This was later cleared. The other complaint is that I tried to initially book the anniversary package thru email. The staff did not understand what I wasasking for still set up a standard invoice for the room. I got frustrated and ended up booking thru Expedia so I can use my rewards, since they were avoiding my request for the package. Could have been because they dont use email as much in this country. Overall would recommend and would visit again for special occasions.
