Nice new facility but when we arrived the elevator was broken and we also had no hot water, I get bugs in a new facility but these were pretty big issues

The entire building moves. When the elevator moves the building moves. You can hear everything. There are no cups or anything to just stay there a night like other hotels( not extended stays) The TV didn’t work. There was no complimentary shampoos or lotion. Most hotels have larger bottles mounted in the shower. It is not a place for families whatsoever. If you work and want to stay in a low budget new hotel this is for you.

Kenyetta (front desk) is absolutely the best. She connects with the guests and is welcoming, efficient and respectful. The rest of the staff we dealt with were kind and helpful. The hotel was always clean and well maintained. Parking was plentiful and well lit. It is close to shopping and the highway. Every thing you need is close by.

Breakfast is a couple of prepackaged muffins and some hardboiled prepackaged eggs. That's not breakfast. The room was dirty, I had WaWa pizza boxes on top of cupboard that had been there a while as there was mold on the pizza. The TV network did not work the last night I was there and there was no storm during the day, just later that night. No room service at all, maybe you have to request that, but that would be nice to know when checking in. The parking slots are made for small cars not American SUVs. The bed was comfortable.

So when we first walked in, we were greeted by a German roach in our room, which was surprising because the room itself was clean. We let the front desk know but that was the only one was saw. Staff was friendly at the front but they do not restock toilet paper. There is a sign that if you want daily housekeeping it’s 10/day for under a 7 day staff. All in all, it was a good budget option, there is a Walmart literally a 2 second walk from the hotel which was nice. Breakfast isn’t really breakfast, a few muffins and maybe coffee - no juice no water and their vending machine for drinks was broke.

Didn’t appreciate having to gather dirty towels and having to take them to the office for clean ones. They cater to long term stays which included kitchenettes but be prepared to go downstairs and get the plates, silverware, pans etc… laundry is ridiculous, small washers and 2.50 a load to wash and 2.50 a load to dry. If you don’t mind running back and forth for your needs maybe this will work, I’m trying to relax and chasing after clean linens, towels, and dishes isn’t my idea of that. The people here were all friendly though… I guess I would be too if the guest were doing all the work.

Hotel is fairly new and still in good physical condition. Desk staff needed more training. Limited fitness equipment in poor condition. Rooms include major kitchen appliances like full-size refrigerator, cooktop and microwave. However no cook pots, pans, utensils, plates, glasses, etc. are in the room. No coffee maker in room.

Staff were very helpful on check in as we were very late in arriving due to the federal shutdown affecting our flight. The message I sent via the booking app didn’t send the hotel so we were effectively looked upon as a no show. So reception had to do a work around to check us in as we had a two night stay booked. Hotel was excellent- very clean, we didn’t need the kitchen area however can see it would be great if we were on an extended stay especially as there was a supermarket next door. We didn’t avail ourselves of the breakfasts so cannot comment.

The breakfast was very plain, I was on the first floor and could here a lot of steps from the people above. There were people walking down the hall late at night making noise. I liked the option of being able to cook and the Walmart being next door.

Staff was very friendly. Room was immaculate. Missed a full-length mirror. Breakfast was minimal--instant oatmeal, granola bars, muffins, coffee and tea. Still a good deal for the quality of the property.

Friendly staff was immediately obvious. I didnt like having to change rooms on account of shower faucet not working. Staff had to come into 2nd room to assist with faucet too.

We showed up and the hotel said they had overbooked and turned us away with no offer to explain how this happened. Other parents traveling to see their children race also turned away after confirming the reservation same day. Terrible customer service.

I HAVE STAYED HERE ALOT. I AM A TRAVEL NURSE AND THE VALUE AND THE CLEANLINESS IS GREAT. THESE PEOPLE ALWAYS WORK WITH ME AND MY CRAZY HOURS. THE EMPLOYEES ARE FANTASTIC AND I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS.

Property fairly new, everything in good condition. Breakfast skimpy, they had not had a truck delivery according to staff. Hit and miss with the staff, some very helpful some not so much. I would stay again just have my expectations in check. The manager was extremely helpful and made up for some of the staff issues.

Breakfast is a couple of prepackaged muffins and some hardboiled prepackaged eggs. That's not breakfast. The room was dirty, I had WaWa pizza boxes on top of cupboard that had been there a while as there was mold on the pizza. The TV network did not work the last night I was there and there was no storm during the day, just later that night. No room service at all, maybe you have to request that, but that would be nice to know when checking in. The parking slots are made for small cars not American SUVs. The bed was comfortable.

The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms and high quality service. Fresh, clean linens, clean bathroom, nice and bright, and the room is clean!! Comfortable bed and plenty of pillows. And the best part is the brand new Hotel with 4 floors with elevator grab and go breakfast. Pet are welcome, about 30 minutes from Anna Maria Island.

Kenyetta (front desk) is absolutely the best. She connects with the guests and is welcoming, efficient and respectful. The rest of the staff we dealt with were kind and helpful. The hotel was always clean and well maintained. Parking was plentiful and well lit. It is close to shopping and the highway. Every thing you need is close by.

So when we first walked in, we were greeted by a German roach in our room, which was surprising because the room itself was clean. We let the front desk know but that was the only one was saw. Staff was friendly at the front but they do not restock toilet paper. There is a sign that if you want daily housekeeping it’s 10/day for under a 7 day staff. All in all, it was a good budget option, there is a Walmart literally a 2 second walk from the hotel which was nice. Breakfast isn’t really breakfast, a few muffins and maybe coffee - no juice no water and their vending machine for drinks was broke.

Room was clean and comfortable and pet friendly. Having a kitchenette was very convenient especially when traveling with a pet. Can make meals since a Walmart is right next door. Most of the staff are friendly especially the young gentlemen that checked us in. He was attentive and very nice whenever we asked for something. In the mornings they offer to go breakfast from 6:30 to 9am. On a Monday morning there was a very rude staff member who was taking things down and it was only 8:45am. She was rude to guests and should not be in the hospitality business.

Staff was very friendly. Room was immaculate. Missed a full-length mirror. Breakfast was minimal--instant oatmeal, granola bars, muffins, coffee and tea. Still a good deal for the quality of the property.

When I first arrived while waiting for my condo to be ready, I was genuinely impressed. The price was excellent, the environment was quiet, and the location was incredibly convenient to everything I needed. It felt like a great temporary home. However, recently, the atmosphere has changed drastically. It now seems more chaotic, almost like a circus, due to the types of people staying there. This shift has been quite disappointing. Unfortunately, if this trend continues, I fear the hotel will soon be viewed more like a motel rather than the place I initially appreciated. Thank you for understanding my perspective.
