Everything about the hotel itself was great. The building is very new and nice. The staff was welcoming. My only problem is the main entrance to the parking lot has a deep dip. Only vehicles higher off the ground than a standard sedan can enter without scraping the ground.

Everything was very clean room and the staff were all super friendly. The convenience of the laundry room, workout room and grab and go breakfast made our stay so much more comfortable. Thanks, for the great experience of a respectful place to rest.

Staff was very friendly. They did have a grab and go snack area. The front desk clerk saved my card for me that I left accidentally when I paid. If you want a continental breakfast, it’s only a grab and go so plan accordingly.

Basic room, clean and enough room to put your stuff. Kitchen does not come with anything, but you can pay to have kitchen supplies. Nice big fridge and microwave. Was quiet for sleeping and bed were comfortable. Morning breakfast is essentially packs of oatmeal, muffin, granola bar and yogurt. Yogurt was not available for several days during my stay. Coffee available after 6 am. Gym small but was able to do something, no free weights or dumbells. Machines all new. What you see pictured is what you get.

Property breakfast was very limited and sparse. Beds were comfortable. Never used internet. Location was fairly close to airport. Obviously new property. Shower was completely clogged. Staff said no maintenance available so I took the shower head off myself to unclog, it was filled with plumbers putty. Staff were unhelpful and rather distracted. They didn’t seem very interested in helping.

The property is new, so rooms are still in good shape. However the rooms are very basic, even sterile. Already the property is not being maintained properly. I hope they turn around their maintenance and cleaning and preserve their property.

My family and I stayed here for a few days during our stay at Colorado Springs, the beds were comfortable, the hotel was clean. Staff was friendly. Exception: I would of loved for a few plates, silverware and coffee maker to have already been in the room other than having to ask the front desk. Other than that, our stay was comfy and nice. The area was perfect!

We were very happy with the room. Very clean and comfortable. Liked having the kitchen and you can get what you need for the kitchen. Walls are a little thin. Someone complained about us watching tv at 11:00 hour. Breakfast is minimal and not a lot of sitting space in the breakfast area. But overall was satisfied.

Our room was spacious and sparkling clean, truly feeling and smelling brand new. The kitchenette was a lifesaver for cooking, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Our only minor quibble was some noise from the guests upstairs. However, this was easily overshadowed by the hotel's prime location, offering easy access to the local attractions. 10/10

We absolutely LOVED this hotel. I was so amazed by the full size fridge and mini stove top in the room. It provide me with what I needed to make a home cooked meal for my family and give us a break from all the out to eat.

Only minor inconvenience was, if you wanted a coffee maker, hair dryer or any sort of utensils, cups, shampoo , conditioner, body soap or any other comforts you had go down to the front desk and ask for them, instead of them just already being in the room. I just thought that was silly.

We called before checkin spoke with jazmine, however you spell it confirmed the booking explained itnwould be a late landing for us told it was okay drove over an hour to be told they dont see our name gave them the info and showed them spike with my agent who booked it everything was good on my end the hotel failed us

The only issue that we had was the breakfast included offer which was not we expected it to be. Overall, the facility was clean, quiet, laundry was very easy to use and close to a police station which made us feel more safe.

Bed was very comfortable. 15 minutes from Garden of the Gods, Broadmoor and other attractions. This hotel was perfect for our 2 night stay for the renaissance festival in larkspur. I loved the 24-7 front desk because we had several travel delays and no way of knowing when we would arrive. The rooms were big and spacious. Everything was very clean.

We had to wait for 10 min when we got there for the front desk staff to check us in. The free “breakfast” was just packaged muffins and I had to ask to brew more coffee so I had to come back. It was clean but not the best place I’ve stayed at.

The breakfast was minimal but adequate. The property seemed brand new. The room was great excel for bathroom mirror light that was not working. Bed was very comfortable. 15 minutes from Garden of the Gods, Broadmoor and other attractions. Note: be careful with Google map searches as there is a second Extended Stay property in Colorado Springs.

We were very happy with the room. Very clean and comfortable. Liked having the kitchen and you can get what you need for the kitchen. Walls are a little thin. Someone complained about us watching tv at 11:00 hour. Breakfast is minimal and not a lot of sitting space in the breakfast area. But overall was satisfied.

Staff was very friendly. They did have a grab and go snack area. The front desk clerk saved my card for me that I left accidentally when I paid. If you want a continental breakfast, it’s only a grab and go so plan accordingly.

Basic room, clean and enough room to put your stuff. Kitchen does not come with anything, but you can pay to have kitchen supplies. Nice big fridge and microwave. Was quiet for sleeping and bed were comfortable. Morning breakfast is essentially packs of oatmeal, muffin, granola bar and yogurt. Yogurt was not available for several days during my stay. Coffee available after 6 am. Gym small but was able to do something, no free weights or dumbells. Machines all new. What you see pictured is what you get.

This was the first time staying here and we were treated so well and all the staff went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed and to just talk about our trip. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a one-night stay at Extended Stay prior to our early morning flight from COS. The room was spacious and very clean. The beds were comfortable (although the frame on one was loose or broken). I am certain the staff will rectify that. The shower was nice and hot with good water pressure. Missed the grab and go breakfast because of our early departure. You do have to request any cups or dishes at the front desk. There are none in the room (not even the reusable coffee cups). A little inconvenient when I wanted to make a cup of tea, but it was fine. Definitely a good choice if you need to make an easy trip to the airport.
