The door code didn't work. I had to call customer service to have it fixed as there's no staff. Common areas, room, and bathroom were clean and well maintained. Super plush carpeting - loved it. Rich and cozy decor.

I stayed in the VP Suite amazing room with a Full Kitchen. I slept well, bed was super comfortable 😌. It is decorated elegantly and felt very relaxed.

Beautiful suites but they treat it like an air bnb but it doesn’t say that anywhere and there’s no one to talk to when you get there they send you a code for a door to go into but don’t tell you, you can’t go into till after 11am there should be better communication with staff

Ideally located, my wife and I loved the convenience the location offered and how roomy, clean and spacious everything was. Would return for sure, added bonus. The in house café is excellent!

It was a nice vibe in the area I think they should have some lap blankets so we can sit outside maybe a fire pit or hot tub and privet walls. The inside was nice the 2 things I didn't like was the limit on the HVAC the room was cold witch made the bathroom floors colder and you can hear people from other rooms
