The staff was very helpful in obtaining a room that had come handicapped assistance items. The walk in showers were excellent but no grab bars. There was renovation of rooms underway. Nail guns at 7:00 am in the adjoining room were a minor annoyance.

The room was clean, fairly large with king bed and couch. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was hot. The indoor pool was very large and fairly warm for swimming. The hotel offered a 10% discount on Lucille's roadhouse restaurant next door. I highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again if we are ever in the area!

Very quiet stay. The bed was excellent. Breakfast was good. This facility has a legit salt-water pool, large enough to turn a lap in. Other than Lucille's, dining options are a bit distant. We had no need of special attention from the staff, but in the interactions we had with thwm, they were all friendly and inviting. We will be staying here again.

No complaints for this room, on this stay. Their was a little league tournament in town, so the hotel was loud with the voices of the young. The pool was full of them also. No worries. We were all young once. My room was on the ground floor, not my first preference. In the room above us, there were little feet that were running back and forth until around 11:30 pm, when they stopped. Otherwise, our stay was just fine. We did get to enjoy a quiet breakfast before the sleepy-eyed barbarian horde raided the scene.

Pros: Clean, tile floors Clean everything else (and I'm picky) Comfy bed Sufficient breakfast Big indoor pool Discount at restaurant next door Easy to find Cons: Only has one nightstand in the two-queen room (difficult for CPAP or phone users) We didn't use the sofa bed, so can't say how that is. Altogether, not an ornate place, but clean, tidy and comfy. We're gonna stay again on our way back through.

The hotel smelled good upon entering, which is the first thing I notice. The evening attendant was polite and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. There were REAL, substantial trash bags in the trash cans, and the bathroom actually had one too (can't stand when there's no bathroom trash). The kids loved unwinding in the pool. I thought it was a little cool, but the kids said it was great. Pool towels were provided. The bathroom (106) had an unusual walk in shower with no door, but no water leaked out; my kids were fascinated. The pool was beautifully clear, but you'll need to condition twice after, it stripped the kids' hair. The hotel provided Dove shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and lotion; it was very nice. The remote was actually sanitized, along with an extra wipe! Breakfast was very good. There were multiple coffees, juices, milk, etc. There were cinnamon rolls, multiple kinds of breads and bagels, cereal, oatmeal, fresh fruit, yogurt, scrambled eggs, omelettes, sausage, crispy bacon, biscuits and gravy, etc. The day attendant was just as helpful as the night attendant. There's very few negatives: I try to reserve rooms that include a couch for our youngest, and there was only one picture of the room, and a vague description of "sitting area." It was a chair. We carry extra bedding for this situation, but a few more pictures or details would make it easier for moms of three to know what they're getting.

I wish every town in the country had a place like this. Lucille's was wonderful. Recently remodeled, it was clean, up to date, and had a friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was much better than most places we've stayed...in fact, it was terrific. I want to come back to Weatherford just to stay at this place. Keep up the good work, Lucy!

The room was beautifully remodeled. It seemed clean except for the foreign hairs on the bathroom floor and shower, which gross me out. Hot breakfast was good. I could not charge my phone because the USB outlets did not work. I called the front desk and the young man right away said there was nothing he could do but put in a work order! Then suggested I call his manager. He had zero problem solving ability, made NO positive suggestions and got defensive immediately. I went to the business center area, and of 2 lamps containing USB ports only one of those worked so I borrowed it. It is sad that an incompetent desk clerk represents an otherwise nice hotel. And maybe they did not upgrade the electric when they remodeled.

It was loud. People slamming doors, stomping upstairs all hours of the night. My room smelled musty almost like dirty feet. It was clean and well put together but I feel like it could have been better.

Check in took almost an hour, I arrived with my 8 year old daughter at 11:30pm. I had prepaid through hotels.com, they had a problem with the payment card they give to Holiday Inn Express, the front desk person was very helpful but still made me wait while she sorted out the problem with hotels.com instead of giving me a room and taking my card in case they couldn't get it worked out. In the morning the maid was kind enough to knock on our door at 8::30 am and wake us up, even though the do not disturb sign was out, she said she thought we had checked out. After being awoken we went down to "breakfast", the reason we stayed at this hotel (holiday inn express always has great breakfast. We showed up half an hour before they closed breakfast and they were out of all the meat (bacon and sausage), they had no forks at all available, just knives and spoons to use. The cinnamon rolls did not taste fresh like they usually do either. We left disappointed, hungry and without enough sleep. For the good points, the beds were comfortable, with tons of pillows, the bathroom was nice and large, however there is no shower curtain so it gets quite chilly when showering. The room smelled like fresh paint, and there were a few places on the wall that looked like they had been freshly painted (and the paint didn't match the rest of the walls). Overall this is one of my worst hotel experiences in years, I've stayed with hotels.com for over 160 nights (I've had 16 free nights in my history).

Very nice hotel. Very clean and the staff is very nice. Great area real close the Stafford Space and Air Museum. My only complaint is that the walls seem to be very thin but I’ve stayed in hotels that were worse. I would definitely stay again.

We stay here twice each year and are always comfortable. Great staff, comfortable beds, linens, and pillows. Nice breakfast options. Location is close to interstate highway so very easy to arrive and depart. Gas station/convenience store short distance from motel for quick fill-up in the morning. Popular local restaurant within walking distance.

Pros: Clean, tile floors Clean everything else (and I'm picky) Comfy bed Sufficient breakfast Big indoor pool Discount at restaurant next door Easy to find Cons: Only has one nightstand in the two-queen room (difficult for CPAP or phone users) We didn't use the sofa bed, so can't say how that is. Altogether, not an ornate place, but clean, tidy and comfy. We're gonna stay again on our way back through.

The room was clean, fairly large with king bed and couch. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was hot. The indoor pool was very large and fairly warm for swimming. The hotel offered a 10% discount on Lucille's roadhouse restaurant next door. I highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again if we are ever in the area!

Check in took almost an hour, I arrived with my 8 year old daughter at 11:30pm. I had prepaid through hotels.com, they had a problem with the payment card they give to Holiday Inn Express, the front desk person was very helpful but still made me wait while she sorted out the problem with hotels.com instead of giving me a room and taking my card in case they couldn't get it worked out. In the morning the maid was kind enough to knock on our door at 8::30 am and wake us up, even though the do not disturb sign was out, she said she thought we had checked out. After being awoken we went down to "breakfast", the reason we stayed at this hotel (holiday inn express always has great breakfast. We showed up half an hour before they closed breakfast and they were out of all the meat (bacon and sausage), they had no forks at all available, just knives and spoons to use. The cinnamon rolls did not taste fresh like they usually do either. We left disappointed, hungry and without enough sleep. For the good points, the beds were comfortable, with tons of pillows, the bathroom was nice and large, however there is no shower curtain so it gets quite chilly when showering. The room smelled like fresh paint, and there were a few places on the wall that looked like they had been freshly painted (and the paint didn't match the rest of the walls). Overall this is one of my worst hotel experiences in years, I've stayed with hotels.com for over 160 nights (I've had 16 free nights in my history).

The hotel smelled good upon entering, which is the first thing I notice. The evening attendant was polite and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. There were REAL, substantial trash bags in the trash cans, and the bathroom actually had one too (can't stand when there's no bathroom trash). The kids loved unwinding in the pool. I thought it was a little cool, but the kids said it was great. Pool towels were provided. The bathroom (106) had an unusual walk in shower with no door, but no water leaked out; my kids were fascinated. The pool was beautifully clear, but you'll need to condition twice after, it stripped the kids' hair. The hotel provided Dove shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and lotion; it was very nice. The remote was actually sanitized, along with an extra wipe! Breakfast was very good. There were multiple coffees, juices, milk, etc. There were cinnamon rolls, multiple kinds of breads and bagels, cereal, oatmeal, fresh fruit, yogurt, scrambled eggs, omelettes, sausage, crispy bacon, biscuits and gravy, etc. The day attendant was just as helpful as the night attendant. There's very few negatives: I try to reserve rooms that include a couch for our youngest, and there was only one picture of the room, and a vague description of "sitting area." It was a chair. We carry extra bedding for this situation, but a few more pictures or details would make it easier for moms of three to know what they're getting.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an absolutely amazing experience at Lucille’s Hotel in Weatherford, Oklahoma! From the moment I arrived, I loved the atmosphere and attention to detail. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I honestly had such a great night’s sleep. I also loved the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash — they smelled AMAZING! It was such a nice little touch that made the stay feel extra special. If you’re traveling along Route 66, you absolutely have to check out Lucille’s Hotel! It’s a wonderful place to stop, relax, and experience a little piece of Oklahoma’s Route 66 charm. I would definitely stay here again!
