Failed to meet expectations, and expectations were low going into it. However, I needed a pet friendly option in the area. * Any natural surface on the exterior of the property was covered with pet waste. * Most of the buttons on the TV remote did not work. * Paid for a Queen size bed, got a full * AC did not work well * No breakfast on Sunday * No locks on exterior doors * Room door it appears had the card reader fail, so lock was replaced with a combo lock. Not sure how many people out in the world know the combo or if it is ever changed. * Hole in the wall where the artwork used to be. * There were extra toe nail clippings on the bathroom floor. I guess they knew I left mine at home. On the plus side, plenty of parking in the city lot next door and it is right downtown with plenty of eating options for any budget.

Stayed 2 nights. The only issue I had was the restaurant next store had a live band until after 1:00 am that was very loud, and parking lot was full so I had to park on the street behind the motel.

The staff were friendly but this place is run down. The outer door was propped open and it smells terribly of cigarettes. Our room was somewhat clean. Thankfully there were no bugs but the tweakers were up being noisey most of the night. You get what you pay for! It is cheap but I would not stay here again.

Check in and check out were both quick and easy. The bed was very comfortable. Room could use some aesthetic repairs and upgrading. (Still has 1960s mustard colored countertops in the bathroom and the lower portion had a big 6" x 4" chunk broken out. There was a big chip in the shower/tub but the shower worked fine. The sink also had chips and ugly ring stains and the stopper was missing. So if you drop anything in the sink it will most likely go down the drain. The air conditioner worked perfect and appeared to be fairly new. The room was not necessarily dirty but it could use a good deep cleaning. The coffee maker was absolutely filthy inside and should be replaced.

This hotel is very unkept, the chair in the room was filthy, there were cobwebs around the ceiling, the bathtub is stained, very limited breakfast items which were all sugary no fruits, the baseboards were dirty, and the room smeeled like cigarettes, the whole hotle hallways smelled like cigarettes, very questionable guests were there during my visit.

The main problem we had was that the tv didn't work. They got it to work for awhile but couldn't get it to turn off. They said it couldn't be fixed til the next day but we were leaving then. Not happy about no tv!!!

I stayed three nights at this motel. The tv and or remote control did not work upon arrival. I went to the office three times to inquire about someone fixing the issue but no one ever came to the room. I was told repeatedly someone was coming but that did not happen.

When I made the reservation I reserved 2 rooms, one with 2 queen beds and the other with 1 bed. When we got into the room the a/c didn't work and neither did the tv. Finally we got the a/c to work but couldn't control the temp on it. The tv never worked, in fact the night clerk actually took the remotes and never returned. Would have liked to see what the weather would be on our way home. I wouldn't recommend this motel

We arrived a little early, got to check in. The front desk girl switched our room to the lower level due to our difficulty with stairs. The motel was next to a great breakfast, lunch and dinner restaurant. Couldn’t have been any more convenient. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.

Definitely not going back! We asked for an early check-in at booking. The gal at the desk wouldn't let us at 1pm. The front desk is not 24hr desk. We came back at 9:30 and couldn't find anyone. We called the # and it went to voicemail. We ended up driving to Madras for a place to sleep. The manager called us and offered her apologies. Never reserving here again!

Prepaid for 2 nights. Arrived to the lobby door closed and locked with note saying to go around the corner to the night window. There was 2 bells to ring and nobody arrived. There was also a phone number to call saying "call us and we will be right there". Called 11 times and no answer. When we were there waiting another couple arrived to check in and couldn\'t either. After a call to Expedia and them communicating with some office lady the next day, the office staff not onlu called me a liar and said there is no way I could prove I was there. They told Expedia their lobny closes at 10 pm. We were there before that. Also no information in their email or Expedia about not ei g able to check in before 10pm!!! Why would I bother to make this up...really...? The Econolodge staff was hostile with Expedia phone support I dealt with and I was issued a refund. (Props to Expedia) As a business owner (I told Expedia) with the experience I had and the unfriendly lady Expedia dealt with on the phone, I would recommend NOT listing them as an affiliate anymore. They definately deserve their already 2 star rating they currently have!!!!! DO NOT BOTHER TRYING TO STAY HERE. If you have a pet go to Raddison Suites Country in. Expedia doesnt list them as pet friendly, but they are. Everything about Country Inn was amazing.

Rooms were a little run down. Beds were on the hard side. Plenty of few choices within walking distance. Customer service was horrible when we checked your in as we had reserved two rooms and she said we only had one showed her proof of the reservation and she said there was nothing she could do about it, member had to sleep at a different hotel down the street.

Absolutely horrible experience when I checked in the lady marked me as checked out, and they double sold my room and a man walked in on me and my boyfriend and then the next morning when the manager got there, I went to ask for a refund and was denied because we stayed all night even though it was 11 o’clock at night and we had nowhere else to go. Do not recommend.

Failed to meet expectations, and expectations were low going into it. However, I needed a pet friendly option in the area. * Any natural surface on the exterior of the property was covered with pet waste. * Most of the buttons on the TV remote did not work. * Paid for a Queen size bed, got a full * AC did not work well * No breakfast on Sunday * No locks on exterior doors * Room door it appears had the card reader fail, so lock was replaced with a combo lock. Stayed 2 nights. The only issue I had was the restaurant next store had a live band until after 1:00 am that was very loud, and parking lot was full so I had to park on the street behind the motel.

This is an older hotel. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, but the hallway is dingy and depending on who is around, can be noisy. THERE IS ZERO AREA FOR OUTSIDE PET USE on site. You have to go about a block to get to the grass at the plaza/park, although there is a gravel area in the adjacent public parking lot. It's in a great location, but if you are looking for amenities, this isn't it. Continental breakfast was packaged pastries, coffee and small juice or milk cartons. So, if you just need a place to sleep and you are not overly sensitive to noise, this isn't a bad spot.

The room was clean though dated. Bed was fine. For the price its what I would expect. It was a bit noisy being near the highway and the bar next door, though that bar had a good breakfast. Breakfast at the hotel was coffee juice and packaged rolls with a pretty good selection.

It's a basic accommodation without any frills, but clean and the beds are comfortable. Only real negative is the breakfast. There's no seating area for all guests (one table with three seats is all that's available) and very cheap food is provided.

Bed good. BBQ restaurant next door good. Bad no TV, no mirror in bathroom, and homeless people in parking lot. Bad still has carpets. Good tile and caulk work in bathroom. Looks like a former franchise that someone is trying to make into a nice motel and actually may have the skills to do it. Got what I paid for.

The staff person was awesome, the hotel and room is another story. I knew I was staying at a cheap hotel and I was hoping that it would be worth the convenience of being so close to where I needed to be, but it definitely was not. The bed had a big hole in it from a cigarette burn and the carpet was clean Ish and the chair was completely stained, and I didn’t dare sit in it. The TV halfway worked and kept losing service, but on the upside, the water was hot. The code for the door is super simple and it never gets changed so I ended up putting the ironing board behind the door so that if someone decided to come in during the night that I could hear them and maybe it would stop them. The walls were thin enough that I could hear the conversation my neighbors were having and thanked goodness that they didn’t decide to make love and I had to suffer through that. The main entrance door didn’t fully shut or open so it stayed open all night long so anybody could come into the hotel. The carpet in the main walkway was super disgusting and I woke up to the smell of cat pee and couldn’t escape it until I left the hotel. When I left and stood in the parking lot I was so grateful that it smelled like anything other than the hotel. I will never stay here again, and I will not recommend it to anyone. It was absolutely disgusting.
