Days Inn by Wyndham Princeton

The staff were very pleasant. Christine was concerned with our comfort and was very friendly. The room was not in very good shape. A power cord ran across the floor from behind the TV to the A/C unit. There wasn't enough outlets for the alarm clock or my laptop and the mini fridge was sitting on the floor. The ice machines weren't working, so we were given an almost empty bag of ice from the office fridge.

Pre registered and had to register again. First thing I saw was pool was out of commission

Pool out of order. Both ice dispensers were inoperative. One girl was trying to take care of everything. There was a hole partly patched in our bathroom.

Other then the pool being inoperable, loved the stay. Nice hotel. Hot shower, located near food so you can walk. Overall nice stay.

The pool was closed but they had not mentioned that when we had called before booking. Breakfast was just microwaveable sandwiches and juice. We were supposed to stay 2 nights but we only stayed one.

The balcony above us was being held up by an adjust a post on the corner..yes I took pictures..the floor was absolutely filthy just walking across the floor your socks were ruined..the bed skirts were filthy like the room had flooded at on point and was never cleaned properly! And of course the toilet ran all day and night.the ONLY thing good I can say is the shower actually worked good...never again

Very, very convenient. Nice people. The room still had garbage in it from another guest and there were bugs in the tub. For one night, with our dog, it was just fine.

We didn’t care for the bathroom. There was a big hole in the wall and the tiles were laying on the floor. It looks dry rotted and moldy.

Room floor was filthy. My white socks were black from the dirt. The wi-fi wasn't available. No extra roll of toilet paper. No microwave. The bed was actually bowed in the middle, very soft and uncomfortable. The TV remote wasn't working properly. The TV picture was bad and cut in and out. I told the clerk in the morning and he said he was just in the room the day before. Did he not notice any of the problems? Also, the faucet in the bathroom was dripping loose and the plunger was disconnected. The clerk checking me in was wearing a NRA hat. The workplace is not a place to wear such an inappropriate symbol. Just that day a coward attacked an church school and killed 2 children and injured 17 others. Stay someplace else. The management has no clue what is wrong with their rooms and don't check them obviously to make sure everything is properly functioning. They expect the guests to tell them, I am not employed by them, it is their job to make sure their property is suitable for guests.

Found a few bed bugs. Staff notified, and said they would treat them. We were too tired to move to a new room at that point, and we weren't too worried. We had searched for more and couldn't find any. Not a lot of attention to detail in regards to cleaning around the room. You get what you pay for.

We got a wheelchair accessible room??? With the most disgusting shower, the flimsiest pillows ever and noisy as heck. Would NOT recommend or ever go back.

A water puddle in middle of room. Water dripping from mirror in bathroom. Questionable cleanliness. Security issues with door. Paint needed. Looked old. Had we not been tired we would have gone somewhere else.

Room was not very clean. Used soap under the sink on the floor and used was cloth hanging in the shower.

The property was very filthy. The room smelled like vomit and there was spiders in the room. It was also near the highway and very noisy. I would not recommend this place.

The room was loud from highway another rooms (we can hears other guests). Loud toilet. TV was lousy and unable to watch TV. Lamps were broken. Bathroom tub needs resurface. Need vegetarian breakfast. Not everyone like sausage and bacon. Cost is high for such low quality hotel. Customer service was excellent.

Got the suite, it was great. Plenty of room for my 3 kids and myself. Excellent wifi! Comfortable beds and the room was clean. The breakfast and provided toiletries weren't adequate. But wasnt a big deal for us. Will definitely stay again!

Love how close this was to the interstate. Check-in was quick and efficient. Staff was wonderful! The only downside is that because it's so close to the interstate you can hear the traffic (which wasn't horrible, but the semis were loud going by). I'd stay here again given its location and price.

The beds were too soft and sheets on one did not fit properly. the spigot in sink was hard to adjust and came on strong and splashed all over your clothing. Bath Towels were small. Room was clean, but needs updated. More electrical outlets would be nice. TV was blurry and sound did not match mouth movements.

Heather at the front desk was very friendly and efficient. However, room refrigerator was not working and toilet flushed itself every few minutes which was very disruptive while attempting to sleep.

You get what you pay for I guess. But the main issue was the proximity to the highway. Just so loud! You can hear every truck breaking down the hill through the day and night. Rooms were very dated and tired, beds were comfortable though. Don’t let the offer of a free breakfast suggest good value. We left after opening an apple cup and seeing mould on top. All the staff were very nice. Do yourself a favour, spend $20 more and go to another hotel in the area, further away from the highway or a more modern hotel with better soundproofing.

Tv bad, no working remote, no good working AC, door has to be forced open and closed. Coffee pots are not plugged in and one that was had an extension cord running to it. Room key cards don’t work more than a day

Heater worked but very noisy had to sleep with no heat in freezing temperatures Would like a small refund

Could not believe the tv in our room was analog signal not digital in this day and age. Terrible picture.

Lobby staff amazing

Made reservation through Expedia, with a late arrival requested. arrived at nearly midnight and desk clerk told us they had canceled our reservation because they were double booked. Clerk was extremely nasty about canceling and didn’t seem to care that we had nowhere to stay. Process to receive credit for what we had paid Expedia for the reservation is frustrating and will take several days, partially because it’s the weekend and managers don’t work on the weekend. Hoping that when Mundy comes, we get a full refund credited back to us.

We did not get a room. When we arrived, the front desk person was not there. We waited at least 20 to 30 minutes all of the doors to the hotel we’re open we called the days in 100 number they called the front desk to try to get the girl to come to the front desk to no avail. When we did finally get Skyler to come to the front desk, she said that she had canceled our reservation because we reserved it too close to midnight and that there were no rooms available and there was nothing we could do. The phone number said that they had to confirm that this situation was true, but the phones were not working. I would like a refund and compensation because I had to drive four more hours in the middle of the night to my destination

Our stay was great, just needed a place to shower and lay our heads down for the night. Customer Service was great, our door keys/lock wasn’t working, and the staff was very helpful working that out. I did wish cleaning service came during the day to give us fresh towels and toiletries, but they did not.

After 14 hours of driving, we were told at check-in that the hotel was overbooked and there were no rooms available.

I am thankful for the staff that was on, the manager name Anthony, and the other employee that was there, treated me nice, even when my registration was messed up, I appreciate them so much, I give this property a 20 if I could. Thank you.

I was greeted as soon as I arrived and the front desk staff was efficient and helpful.

This was a one-night stay on a road trip, so expectations were low but they did not even meet those! First of all, we picked this place because of the pool for my children after being in the car all day, but then when checking in found out the pool was 'not working'! So, we had nothing left to do but watch TV, but only a selection of the TV channels they had listed as available were actually available, and the channels that did come in were extremely fuzzy. The girl at the front desk tried to come fix it by moving the cords around, but as soon as she left and cords fell back down, the channels were fuzzy again. The worst part of the stay by far though was waking up in the middle of the night to someone opening the door to our room!!! Thankfully we had the chain on the door but the people kept trying to open it until I screamed. I immediately call the front desk and informed them and they told me they gave our room to someone else by mistake. It was not until I started complaining how scary it was for someone to come into our room in the middle of the night did I get an apology. If that wasn't bad enough, about 10 minutes later the front desk called and asked my name cause she couldn't find it! I told her how unhappy I was, it was the middle of the night and I had children, but she just made excuses. Then when we had to leave our room for breakfast, we discovered our keys no longer worked!

Nice quirky young man checked me in. Said I could have a late check out at noon if I needed, no charge.

Safe place to stop. Property is a bit rough. Conveniently located off highway.

Great place to stop along our way to Georgia. Lots of places to eat within walking distance. Parked in front of room which made unloading our car easy.

Older hotel , good for the price. Lots of stores and restaurants 2 minutes away.

Very convenient & close to highway

Located on a dead-end and very centrally located to several restaurants and a Walmart, the hotel is convenient and fairly quiet despite being just off the highway.

Bed was too soft - memory foam that remembered someone else. Breakfast was a covid style prepackaged slider sandwich. It was not edible. The clerk on duty the afternoon we checked in was great and very helpful.

Only reason we stay in it was due to been so late when we arrived only for the night and leaving the next day. Place was dirty, smelled of cigarette and subpar breakfast

Staff was friendly but service was average. Rooms were clean but not in the best condition. Breakfast could have been better, eg. a basket of boiled eggs. The only thing hot was the waffle irons. Coffee was warm. Not an impressive experience. We most likely will not be staying there again.

Terrible traffic noise. Water pressure horribly high; squirted us every time we used sink. Sink wouldn’t drain. Mattress very much worn out. “Free” breakfast was pathetic. Microwave Jimmy Dean biscuits and bottle juices.

Cords running stuff across doorways , dirty sheet, dirty floors around toilet, bed frame on first room broken, pool closed, breakfast a joke and bathrooms were locked.

The website shows a pool and breakfast. Pool is closed and the changed the breakfast buffet to a muffin and banana. The place is very run down and looks like no updates have been made in years.

The included breakfast was a joke. Canned orange juice and nothing else. Not even a stale pastry.

TV remote didn't work, nor did the phone in the room when I tried to call the front desk about it. Went to the lobby and was old they are aware the phones don't work and they have no batteries for the TV remote. Also, there was no breakfast as advertised. When asked about it, only a mini fridge was restocked with little juice cups and premade breakfast sandwiches for heating up - all of which had meat on them. So no options at all for vegetarians. Ridiculous!
