Room was not clean. Trash under the sink and dirty towel on the back of the bathroom door. Elevator sounded and jarred like it was going to break any minute. Jacuzzi had been down for some time but no mention of it on their website or when you came in. There should be some kinda discount when all the amenities are not functioning. After all you're paying for it.

This place deserves 10 stars. Staff was phenomenal. The place was so clean, and our room was immaculate! Breakfast was great, and pool/hot tub were so clean.

We arrived late in the night/early morning due to a late flight. The person at the front desk seemed nervous/scared to service us. This hotel needs a lot of upgrades. As soon as we walked down the hallway to the elevator, we could immediately smell a bad smell, similar to stale cigarettes. There’s only one elevator and it is an old elevator. When we got to the room, it looked different from the pictures in terms of quality. The lampshades were damaged. The tub was dirty/stained we did not feel comfortable and decided to stay at a different hotel but it was too late in the night to leave. The next morning we left early , and contacted Expedia for a refund of the second night. They reached out to the hotel and the hotel refused, even though we had vacated well before checkout time and expressed that we were unhappy. I would not suggest staying at this hotel.

The whole facility smells like weed and cigarettes. The elevator jumps when you get on and off and feels like it is going to fall. Definitely not Ada accessible and we were not given a room that was wheelchair accessible or a roll in shower. How we booked the room. Beds are gross and very uncomfortable, felt like you were sinking in. Fridge was gross and the kitchen utensils were even worse. Black mold in the bathroom, felt sick whole time we were in the room and when we said something about it we were told it was fine. As I and my family are allergic to black mold. This is not good. Lastly the fireplace was a plus but when we lit the wood we had to buy at the front it made the whole room go smoky and the fire alarms went off and wouldn’t turn off. The hotel was also about 100 dollars more than what we booked the hotel for.

Hotel needs some updating bed was comfortable pool was closed and hot tub not notified before arrival then told we could use hotel across parking lot and there pool was green and gross so could have stayed somewhere else and paid less as was no pool open to use

Room was nice but saw some dead roaches in the corner. Also only booked at this hotel for the hot tub but found out the hot tub has been out of service for months. It was okay.

Not having the hot tub going was very aggravating and made us mad. We booked your hotel specifically because it had a hot tub. These things need to be kept up and open if you’re going to advertise that you have them. Also didn’t like that the outside door near our room didn’t need a key to get in. That security issue is unsettling

Older hotel but well kept. Staff very friendly. Very clean . Pool and hot tub clean and working. Was very pleased with our stay there and the staff, they were great.

My stay was adequate, the room was seriously in need of an update. They obviously had attempted to refresh the paint in areas of damage but it just resulted in spots of mismatched paint on doors and walls. One of the light sconces by the bed did not work and the carpet was worn and frayed at the thresholds, revealing the underlayment. The stovetop was dirty with baked on residue and the utensils in the kitchenette drawers were definitely not clean. However the staff at the desk was very friendly.

This hotel is absolutely disgusting. Was given a second room after being unable to stay in the first with the same result. Vomit stains on the curtains, bodily fluid stains on the couch and carpet, and a fowl oder thats attempting ro be covered up by excessive cheap smelling air freshener. We were so disgusted we couldn't even sit on the couch. Left the hotel a couple hours after check in. Could not stay the night with the condition on this hotel. The high ratings of this hotel are completely misleading and had to of been given by hotel staff or friends of the owner.

I have stayed in several Residence Inns around the country and this one was by far the dirtiest. Carpet and sofa were attained. We had to clean all of the dishes and appliances. Utensils were almost as nasty as though they had been used, wiped, and placed in drawers. There is something structurally wrong with the ceiling/upstairs floor that when the tangent about walked it was extremely loud and sounded as he was coming through the ceiling. The dishwashersounds as if it is a machine in a factory. On a good note; the front desk staff was courteous and friendly. I will most likely not stay here again since there are other options in the same area.

Not easy to get to. It was easy to get back on the interstate. Lot of food choices in the area. We were on the main floor. We could hear every footstep the person above us took. Breakfast was basic but had lots of choices. The desk personal was very friendly as well as the breakfast personal.

Room was okay, nothing special. Sort of older and run down so the price was pretty high for what you got. WiFi was inconsistent, constantly kicking us off. Room had an odd smell and overall needs updating. Probably wouldn't stay there again.

The lady that checked us in was very friendly, however the property is showing its age! There was a nice kitchenette area and the suite was a decent size.

Our stay at Residence Inn was following a long day on the road and we were in need of a place to relax and recharge for the next day of our journey. The greeting when we got there was super. Our suite was spacious and comfortable. Jorge made us feel right at home, offered a couple of options for dining and went out of his way to make us feel special. Because of that we will always try to find a Marriott property as our first choice when traveling.

Room was comfortable and staff was friendly and helpful. Only issue during my 4 night stay was somehow they gave my room to another guest who gained key access while I was inside. He realized immediately what was wrong and apologized and left but it's a little scary that they could give an already occupied room to a new guest by mistake.

The lady, Jennifer, that checked us in was nice but the staff, man, after her was a bit cold and wasn't welcoming. The food was very good & the room was nice but it could use some better cleaning, it didn't look as of it had much attention. The couch is a nice color but it look too worn out too use a long with the chair covers they could of used a washing. Kitchen was nice.

Stay there while in town for concerts. We always enjoy our stay. The staff is friendly and the rooms are large with full kitchens. Love this hotel.

Great stay overall.. staff wasbfriendly and very helpful. Breakfast wasnt all to great. The biscuits could chip someones tooth. And yhe view out our room windows was looking straight into a tree, and not in a good nature kind of way. The property/hotel manager was absolutely delightful though. I would stay here again based on this trip

Worst experience I ever had!!!!! They didn’t have our room that we booked, they only gave us another room complimentary for one night and then they took all of our belongings and put them in trash bags with out communicating anything!

I enjoyed my stay. There were some noisy kids and the staff was exceptionally helpful with this. Love the kitchen in the rooms and room was very clean. I’ve already booked my next trip to stay here again.

at the last minute, they were going to allow me to book at another Marriott due to other family members being at another location, but they upgraded us to a one bedroom suite plus them having a free breakfast entice me to stay and was well worth it! Very friendly staff!!!

Not easy to get to. It was easy to get back on the interstate. Lot of food choices in the area. We were on the main floor. We could hear every footstep the person above us took. Breakfast was basic but had lots of choices. The desk personal was very friendly as well as the breakfast personal.

The room layout & having a kitchenette is particularly nice. Staff are very attentive to customer service. There was a nice packet in the room with an eye mask, ear plugs, & bedtime tea that was an unexpected detail. The breakfast/coffee area is meticulously maintained. One unique layout to this particular spot: The property location isn't the easiest to navigate. It is accessed on a small, narrow road that is only found by driving around an access road that goes around the Mall. The building is tucked behind a Baymont Suites so you can't see it very well. Not the property's fault but more of a land design issue. I was glad my first time getting there was in daylight. Signage leading to the area is not lit so navigating at night could be a be more challenging.

I enjoyed my stay immensely. The suite was everything promised and then some. The bed was extremely comfortable, made even more so by comforters that kept me warm on one of the coldest nights Peoria has encountered so far. The only thing I didn\'t like was unexpectedly learning about a "parking fee." A "parking fee"? For a hotel not in the city on property bordering a shopping mall? Really? That kind of threw me for a loop.

Dirty, terrible smell, and in desperate need of a renovation. Breakfast was absolutely awful and the employee working that area was very cranky. I will not stay here again.

Very clean but we were there during a remodel so some things seemed chaotic. I think when the remodel is complete this will be wonderful. There was tons of shopping around and we thoroughly enjoyed the day.

The staff is personable and efficient. The people remodeling the building are courteous. However, we would not return because the bathroom is NOT what we want. If you need sufficient space in the bathroom so that you can move around, do not reserve the king size bed studio. The commode/tub section of the bathroom is NOT meant for use by anyone who wants room to turn around, places to set things, a way to hang a towel and a robe, plus maybe some clothing to wear after the shower. And do NOT try to open the door when someone is on the commode. It hurts,

We were there when they were renovating. My kids wanted to go swimming and that is why we chose that hotel but the pool was closed. Which I wish they tell people that before they book. Our stay was overall okay. Nothing too amazing but nothing horrible.

The stay, was amazing. The first room that we chose was not to my approval. So I went and told front staff and they gave me a nicer room, the breakfast was not so good Though, but the stay and the comfortness was amazing. I will be back!
