This is the most terrible hotel I've ever been in Hanoi. For first-time visitors traveling to here, this hotel may not be the ideal choice since the customer service is not friendly and passionate as a 5-stars hotel standard. The day we get off from car, no bellboy or staff welcoming or help handling our luggages. Also no instruction to guide us to the check in counter. The receptionist hasn't introduced any service or restaurant they provided. Only telling the basic wifi password and breakfast time. The staff will answer the question upon request but not telling you actively. The room is modern in clean condition. But as a newly built hotel, why is the floor is full of scratch? Maybe they should use carpet to cover it instead of doing nothing. They will call you to remind check out on time. After returning the room key for check out, The staff didnt told us the checkout process is done and kept us waiting for 15 minutes. This hotel is more likely for business purpose or event holding place. It’s quite different from the other 5star or 6star hotels in Hanoi base on the customer services.

전체적으로 깔끔했으나 세세하게 직원들이 청소하는것 같진 않다 (첫날 싱크대 구멍에 담배꽁초가 있었음) 하지만 그래도 전체적으로 만족스러웠다
