Oros Paradise Hotel

Hotel novo, tudo bem ajeitado e equipe prestativa em treinamento.

Muito bom. Hotel novo, equipe com boa vontade e simpatica. Ainda faltam alguns detalhes como ganchos no banheiro , um suporte para malas seria bem vindo. Cafe da manha bom e com reposição.

Otel yeni ve çok güzel. Fakat biz odaya girdiğimizde bazı yerler tozluydu. Temizlik yapılıyordu fakat bizim odamız 2 günde bir temizlendi. Havlular günlük olarak değiştirilmedi. 5 gün boyunca aynı havluyu kullandık. Ben bu durumu yetkililere söylediğim halde havlular değiştirilmedi. Bunu dışında kahvaltı yeterli ve çeşitliydi.

This is one of the most amazing hotels we have ever stayed at! The hotel is new, it only opened in June this year. The rooms are beautiful, everything you might need is available - air con is great, fridge etc! But the most amazing of all are the staff, Raphaela at reception and the Hotel Manager have gone above and beyond to make our stay perfect and we are very grateful for everything. The food was absolutely delicious, everything was fresh and there was so much variety at breakfast, with some new dishes every day! I was extremely happy with the fresh vegetables and fruits (the cucumber and tomatoes were local and super tasty!!)! Lots of choice: cheese pies, sweet pastries, cake and a mix of savoury dishes (eggs, omelette, sausages, bacon etc etc). We had half board and initially we didn’t know what to expect (as we don’t usually get half board) but the food was exquisite! The quantities were just right - with a starter, salad, main and desert; everything prepared freshly and very tasty! I loved the aubergine salad (so much better than in other 2 restaurants we ordered it in the previous evenings!); a light moussaka (with grilled vegetables; not the usual oily type!) etc. The pool is lovely and the sun beds super comfy! We don’t usually stay by the pool during the day but the pool was so nice that we actually spent the day there! An amazing experience and we recommend wholeheartedly the hotel! And many thanks again to the staff for making our stay so perfect!!

Serious security concerns and disappointing stay Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. We did not expect luxury, but we do expect basic service, professionalism and security. At check-in we received no information about the hotel, breakfast or facilities, and no help with luggage despite there being no elevator. Our biggest concern was security. Our key card opened another guest’s room, and the manager told us it could open all doors. Instead of taking our concern seriously, he became angry and questioned why we had entered the room. When we called reception for help with a taxi, manager told us, “What am I supposed to do about it?” and hang up. Housekeeping was also poor. We requested cleaning correctly, yet our room was not cleaned. When we complained, a housekeeper accused us of lying. Eventually they only changed the bedding and vacuumed. We also repeatedly received only one clean towel despite being two guests. The room and bed are very small and some sockets did not work at times. Breakfast had a lot of pork, so options are limited if you eat halal. The hotel is far from Rhodes Town. We waited 1.5–4 hours for taxis, and sometimes they never arrived. A car is strongly recommended. Positives: beautiful surroundings, nice view, comfortable quality sunbeds and two very kind female staff members. Due especially to the security and service issues (mainly the manager) we would not stay again. The two stars is for the kind female staff.
