We stayed here after a concert at at&t stadium. It worked out well. The room was reasonably clean. The lot was well lit. This hotel is older and it shows but everything worked and was confortable. Staff were all friendly. Location is pretty good but a bit far to walk to the entertainment district. You'll need a 5 minute drive. It was an affordable place to crash, keep expectations in check and its fine.

The hotel is on the older side. The pictures online looked more updated. Also, it appears that people live there. There were ppl out by the pool at 4am having a party and apparently is normal activity by the tenants.

The place was not terrible. We liked the staff but the building was in poor condition. They are remodeling but it made the place smell bad throughout. It was located in a perfect location for where we are working and the view was not bad but there was nothing to look at around that area.

When we walked in the door of our room there was construction dust everywhere, dirty towels on the floor, all cabinets were open, and ZERO bedding, just a mattress. Walked right back out, went to front desk and asked for a refund. Stayed somewhere else.

Upon arrival, I was immediately struck by the strong smell of cigarettes and marijuana. The front desk staff were unwelcoming and seemed put off by my presence. The hotel lacked basic amenities such as breakfast, a hair dryer, pool, and fitness center. The room was not clean, with a thin dust cover on the bed, worn-out sheets, and small pillows. Black mold on the ceiling and cigarette burns on the linens were unacceptable. The hotel's location in an unsafe area was a concern, with fights in the parking lot and vagrants passing through. The room was dirty, with sticky surfaces, a dirty shower, and cockroaches present. The hotel's condition was not accurately represented in online photos. When I requested to speak to a manager about these issues, I was told they would not come out to speak with me. As a frequent traveler, this hotel was by far the worst I have ever stayed in due to the lack of amenities, unsafe location, and poor cleanliness. I would strongly advise others against staying here. We desperately wanted to leave, but unfortunately, every other hotel in the area was fully booked. Please, trust me when I say to avoid this place at all costs. You deserve so much better than the horrible experience we had to endure. It's clear that management is fully aware of the subpar conditions at this hotel, yet they seem completely apathetic towards making necessary improvements. As someone who values cleanliness/safety it disheartening to see such blatant disregard for guest.

This hotel looks excellent in pictures and in person on the outside, but inside is very disappointing. First the desk clerk is behind what looks like bullet proof glass. The hallway carpet is very cheap and severely stained. Walls need repair in the common areas. My room was clean, but I found a live baby cockroach in my bathroom which made me feel uneasy about sleeping in my bed (is a cockroach going to crawl on me when I sleep?). This is one of those properties that looks good on the internet, but makes you sorry that you booked it when you arrived. I have stayed at many extended stays. This is the worst one so far.

This hotel was absolutely HORRIBLE. The room the hallway the revelatory. As soon as you walked into the hallway it smelled like smoke. As you’re walking down the hallway you notice some room doors are bolted shut and others look like they can’t be shut all the way. The room furniture was run down. The bed was on just a frame with no bed skirt. I wish I had taken pictures but I only took five steps into the room before I ran out

There was some kind of construction going on that we were not warned about. The phone was broken and the complimentary pots and pans were not available. One pot and dirty coffee maker. Bathroom, floor was remodeled and the kitchenette stone was dirty. The pullout sofa bed was filthy had used Kleenex and dirt all over in the cushions. It was a smoke free hotel but it smelled like smoke and marijuanna. First floor smelled musty.

Property had a horrible smell in lobby, main hallway, the hallway our room was on and in the rooms. Staff was ok. Not overly friendly but not rude either. Elevator was very poor condition and not enough signs to figure out how to get around.

This place was so bad we didn’t even stay. It had a terrible musty/mildew smell to it. When we got in the room there was poop smeared on the bathroom door. They did try to give us another room but the smell and uncleanliness was unbearable. Would not recommend to anyone

There is no free breakfast it is complementary breakfast only. It smelled bad like mildew when you walked in the room. The stoves looked so old and outdates. The hallways smelled like smoke.

The blinds are so short that anyone waking right next to the window can see inside the room, and you wake up to the sun blasting on your face. Reception area is ALWAYS lousy with people FaceTiming without speakers, and the hotel lacks a breakfast area. Overall, you can get much better rooms and service for the same price.

I like how much room there is for my 10 month old son who is using his walker, to actually have room to wonder around in it without running into any and everything. The kitchen makes it very convenient for making his bottles and keeping them clean and stored away. I would highly recommend this property.

Weird smell in hallways, room was non smoking but due to other rooms smoking the smell seeped through. Room was decent size. You get what you pay for. For the price it did what needed to.

The day staff here was really nice but the night staff hung up in my when I called from my room to ask what time check out was. The tv didn’t work and the water wasn’t hot. Pretty sure there were drug deals happening outside on the hotel. Our room was clean but the rest of the hotel was not. There looked like there was water damage on the roof and holes in the wall.

Room was spacious and had all that we needed. Clean though appliances very dated. A/C Unit was loud likely also due to age but worked. Sofa bed mattress great for young people but not older due to this springy feel Mattress. Overall, staff is super friendly and accommodating. Conveniently located to restaurants, convenient stores and walking distance to six flags and AT&T stadium. Would stay here again.

The kitchen had no equipment (completely bare cabinets). You have to tell the front desk what you need. The whole point of an Extended Stay is the perks of a kitchen. They must be trying to skimp on costs by having shared equipment across multiple units. It's an inconvenience to order kitchen supplies. They should already be stocked in the room.

The property is an older property. The towels and sheets had old stains on them. Someone was smoking marijuana and it would stink up the hallway. The microwave and the TV in the room didn't work well. The staff was friendly.

They canceled my reservation, said the rooms are booked for the soccer game, even though I booked a week ago. They we're only accepting guest that are will to pay $300 per night. When i booked the room was $120 night. Very very disappointed after a long 5 hr drive had to drive across town to look for another hotel since the area hotels was full. Very unprofessional and girl at the counter was very rude giving everyone attitude and canceling their reservation also.

I arrived to be told they did not have a room for me they were all sold out & that they were trying to reach since the morning and were unsuccessful after they did have my correct phone number and also correct email. I was left looking for a room in the evening w/2 kids after driving since that morning.

The hotel cancelled my booking and did not give me a call or email. I had just driven 8 hours and needed to shower and make it to an appointment and walked into the hotel and they had cancelled everyone's booking because they overbooked, they claimed. It would have been nice if they would have called and told me that before I got there. Very unprofessional process.

Room was spacious and had all that we needed. Clean though appliances very dated. A/C Unit was loud likely also due to age but worked. Sofa bed mattress great for young people but not older due to this springy feel Mattress. Overall, staff is super friendly and accommodating. Conveniently located to restaurants, convenient stores and walking distance to six flags and AT&T stadium. Would stay here again.

I make a reservation for 2 double beds room, and when I arrive to the hotel they told me they don’t have the rooms for which I payed for; I don’t understand why they give the room to other guests when already pay for. Later they try to give me a single beds room.. worse service

I was called the day of my check in to tell me they couldn't fulfill my reservation. I booked months ago! I needed two beds, but because such short notice I took one bed and couch.

The female working the office was unprofessional, rude, not helpful with anything you ask. Always an excuse or implied your bothering her. The door was kicked in we fixed it for safety reasons the counter was fallen down. Room was dirty, and there was dog pea in the stairways not cleaned .$30 a day dog fee for under 5lbs dog is way over priced when you dont bother cleaning the stairway and hallways from dog mess. Didng feel welcomed, will not return.

Upon arrival, I was immediately struck by the strong smell of cigarettes and marijuana. The front desk staff were unwelcoming and seemed put off by my presence. The hotel lacked basic amenities such as breakfast, a hair dryer, pool, and fitness center. The room was not clean, with a thin dust cover on the bed, worn-out sheets, and small pillows. Black mold on the ceiling and cigarette burns on the linens were unacceptable. The hotel's location in an unsafe area was a concern, with fights in the parking lot and vagrants passing through. The room was dirty, with sticky surfaces, a dirty shower, and cockroaches present. The hotel's condition was not accurately represented in online photos. When I requested to speak to a manager about these issues, I was told they would not come out to speak with me. As a frequent traveler, this hotel was by far the worst I have ever stayed in due to the lack of amenities, unsafe location, and poor cleanliness. I would strongly advise others against staying here. We desperately wanted to leave, but unfortunately, every other hotel in the area was fully booked. Please, trust me when I say to avoid this place at all costs. You deserve so much better than the horrible experience we had to endure. This place smells horrible, the furniture is old & broken. A man was banging loudly on doors and yelling racial slurs. The next morning there was blood on the walls. Throughout the night there was arguing, doors slamming & people running down the halls. We called the front desk but were afraid to leave before sunrise.

This place is very ghetto! Air vents being help up with masking tape. Holes in walls, paint was barely on walls, toilet seat half on, it stunk of mildew and weed. Gang members with guns outside. Horrific condition.

We stayed here after a concert at at&t stadium. It worked out well. The room was reasonably clean. The lot was well lit. This hotel is older and it shows but everything worked and was confortable. Staff were all friendly. Location is pretty good but a bit far to walk to the entertainment district. You'll need a 5 minute drive. It was an affordable place to crash, keep expectations in check and its fine.

The hotel is on the older side. The pictures online looked more updated. Also, it appears that people live there. There were ppl out by the pool at 4am having a party and apparently is normal activity by the tenants.

The place was not terrible. We liked the staff but the building was in poor condition. They are remodeling but it made the place smell bad throughout. It was located in a perfect location for where we are working and the view was not bad but there was nothing to look at around that area.

It was all around terrible! The made sure to ask me to sign stating that they “no smoking” policy is strictly enforced - I was glad to see this but realized it was a lie! The hallways smelled of weed! Our room smelled worse! If you who have asthma - DONT BOOK HERE! The “kitchen things” that it advertised so nicely - was a lie. The “breakfast” that is advertised- also a lie! It is some muffins and coffee. That does not qualify as breakfast! The hallways were filthy. Just downright not worth the money! Save your money and book at a elsewhere with better customer service and no lies!

The blinds are so short that anyone waking right next to the window can see inside the room, and you wake up to the sun blasting on your face. Reception area is ALWAYS lousy with people FaceTiming without speakers, and the hotel lacks a breakfast area. Overall, you can get much better rooms and service for the same price.

The room was not clean hair was in the sink and on the toilet!! The tv is veryyyyy small for the size room! The kitchen was not clean properly and the noise was terrible! Room above us must of had kids we heard bumping and running all night and morning!! This was the worst room I ever stayed in!!

This stay was not terrible. The only problem I had was that I made reservations 3 days before and when I arrived they did not have a room available and ready during the check in time . I had to wait on them to get a room ready which was an inconvenience for me.

It's a fine establishment. The room was clean, there was an odor that reminded me of cleaning supplies, so that's better than bad smells. The parking lot does not have enough spaces for all tenants, so if you don't want to lose your parking spot, I suggest you don't leave the hotel after 6pm. If you do, the Japanese restaurant next door didn't tow or boot my car, I parked it there from midnight to around 10am. There's a pool, a small gym, a couple of charcoal grills and a decent sized lawn that were fine for chilling. The TV in the room was a bit hard to navigate, the channel guide had no info. Overall, good deal if you just need a place to crash for the night after a Cowboys game or whatever you're in the Arlington Entertainment District for.
