Amazing stay. The hotel is very clean, feels new, and the amenities are excellent. The staff are incredibly friendly and professional. A special thank you to Rupes at reception — truly outstanding. I’ve never experienced such exceptional customer service before. He made my stay even more special. One of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. Highly recommended.

Exceptional Service, Start to Finish Outstanding staff across the board. From the front desk and housekeeping to the servers, cooks, bartenders, doormen, concierge, and management - every interaction was professional, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. Special thanks Pramila, Juna, Sudan, Sanam ... Sushma Pema ... everyone. They smile through all of the hard word and deserve huge tips. It's clear this hotel is well run and that service matters here. The entire team works seamlessly to create an easy, comfortable, and memorable stay. Highly recommended. Would gladly return.
