Welcome home away from home perfect for families and pets! Well equipped kitchen, great supplies, lovely outdoor area to relax. Wide range of books and board games for entertainment alongside big tv in lounge room were great. Excellent communication with hosts including helpful information and tips of what to see and do in Adelaide. Location superb, easy walking distance to well renowned Central Market, restaurants, parklands and several attractions with convenient tram access to city centre, southern and northern suburbs. Follow Host's instructions to a tee for access in and out of carport! Highly recommend and would stay again in a heartbeat.

Stayed 6 nights with our cavoodle dog. Cottage has been provided with everything for a totally comfortable stay in central Adelaide. We couldn't have asked for better and when a minor problem was encountered Craig came up trumps and had it sorted quickly without fuss. The enclosed yard was spot on and our dog was happy which made us happy. We also managed the narrow car park area having a small car (Hyundai Kona).

Absolutely gorgeous historic cottage nestled in a super quiet part of the CBD. Full upgraded kitchen and laundry, many original features of the cottage retained and just a delight. The timber step from dining area into kitchen, how many feet have worn that step down? Just amazing. Even has the old Adelaide town hall original 4 panel glass sliding doors on lounge entrance to patio with Latin inscription! Great rear garden area, spacious and well equipped. Fantastic hosts. Super clean and well managed property. Highly recommend.

An older cottage with some quirky features. We enjoyed our four night stay Bedrooms good size. Large kitchen, large dining and good size lounge room. Nice big fridge and washer and dryer. Loads of crockery and kitchen stuff if you want to cook huge meals. TV only small and no access to anything other than free to air. No Netflix etc. WIFI patchy. .Large courtyard party covered to rear. Old outdoor table needs to be refurbished. Don’t sit on the seats in your best dress like I did. Beds comfy. Ducted cooling/ heating worked well Minuscule bathroom- you will need to get dry outside. Probably could do with a new shower head as the current one is quite blocked and sprays randomly into your face. Not really enough space for toiletries bags for two people. Towels nice. Very narrow driveway was a bit of a pain, but at least it had off street parking. Brilliant location 5 mins walk from Central market and loads of eating options. ( Gilbert St pub is great). Some noise at night from pedestrians walking, yelling, clanging metal poles down the street, but that is the city I guess. The courtyard is all hard surfaces so nowhere for dogs to pee. The park in the square is 3 mins walk for dog exercise on lead. Craig was very nice and easy to communicate with and I am sure he will appreciate my honest review

This is a beautiful spot - a short walk to the market, easy access to the free city bus and the tram. The courtyard is a beautiful spot to put your feet up and enjoy a coffee or an evening glass of wine. We'll be back next year.

Very cute and comfortable cottage. Amazing location, close to the buzzing Central Market, easy walk to rest of Adelaide City. Would stay again for sure. Car port a bit squeezy, but manageable. Probably couldn’t fit a 4WD in.

This is one of the best Stayz properties we've stayed in. The place was very clean, and the furniture was comfortable (which is quite rare to find). The bed in the main room was great, though the one in the second bedroom was a little firm for our liking. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed. It would be great if the water filter could be fixed, as Adelaide's water isn't the best, and we try to avoid buying bottled water. The property is small but very well maintained, with a user-friendly layout that was perfect for us. The location is fantastic — just a short walk to the markets (which we love) and a few blocks away from great yum cha spots. Definitely a place we'd love to return to!

We had a great stay - very comfortable accommodations - clean and roomy. The garden area was a delight. Location is amazing as we could walk everywhere easily. A few of our tours departed from the Adelaide Bus Station which is a 10 minute walk.The host communicated check in info promptly and was also super helpful answering my questions about tours and restaurants, etc. Highly recommend!

Great host!Very well-equipped home.I can sincerely say that all what was depending by our host, after our arrival, was done.The cleaner they had, could've done much better, bathroom in particular could've been better cleaned (dust on walls and others things I will not name), yard was looking very uninviting, but we cleaned up a bit, and I can confirm it's a great yard (when cleaned), near the kitchen sink cleaner left a used (clearly not clean) dish cloth likely for me to use for dishes, instead of a new one, as in other places (it's not even 50 cents! I went and purchased a pack!), left only 3 toilet papers for 3 persons, for 7 days and the list could go on & on, small things but they add up.Parking is probably our main issue with this property, main picture shows a 4x4 car parked, the picture is misleading; to park a regular 5 seats Captiva there, without scratching it, it's a challenge not many people can take and be successful. The host was nice, paid few days for us in a nearby car-park - unfortunately we decided not to park there, the doors were all open and homeless were literally camping there drinking spirits alcohol...Overall I can say the pictures on the website are very old, trees are all gown since the pictures were taken, bathroom must've had a bit of a renovation at some point, as the shower frame is now a different color etc., but none of those would count if the cleaning would've been done right and the parking would've not been such a miss.

This place was just perfect for us, and exactly as advertised. The only reason I have given it 4 stars instead of 5 is because there were too many pet hairs in the lounge area such that my allergies played up. A bit better cleaning between guests and I'd have given this 5 stars. We still had a great time and would probably book again.

Very comfortable, clean and quiet 2 bedroom home in the city. China town and the Adelaide central markets are almost at your doorstep, but you’re in a quiet one way lane. Eat out at one of the terrific restaurants close by or grab some food from the markets and retreat to your own private courtyard. We loved this house and it was great to access everything without needing car hire. Booked a taxi for the airport- $24.75 fixed fee. Craig ∧y communicated well and supplied lots of extra info. We visit family in Adelaide and will be back to stay here. Thanks for a lovely stay!

It's my second time staying here. Great location in the CBD. Having a private back yard in the center of the city is a nice plus. The house is located on a quiet little one way street.

The position is perfect with Central Markets 2 minutes walk away and a free round the city bus stopping at the end of the street. The courtyard is a great spot to relax, the bathroom is cute and functional, the kitchen works well and the beds are comfy. We're coming back next year.

Welcome home away from home perfect for families and pets! Well equipped kitchen, great supplies, lovely outdoor area to relax. Wide range of books and board games for entertainment alongside big tv in lounge room were great. Excellent communication with hosts including helpful information and tips of what to see and do in Adelaide. Location superb, easy walking distance to well renowned Central Market, restaurants, parklands and several attractions with convenient tram access to city centre, southern and northern suburbs. Follow Host's instructions to a tee for access in and out of carport! Highly recommend and would stay again in a heartbeat.

We had a great stay - very comfortable accommodations - clean and roomy. The garden area was a delight. Location is amazing as we could walk everywhere easily. A few of our tours departed from the Adelaide Bus Station which is a 10 minute walk.The host communicated check in info promptly and was also super helpful answering my questions about tours and restaurants, etc. Highly recommend!

Stayed 6 nights with our cavoodle dog. Cottage has been provided with everything for a totally comfortable stay in central Adelaide. We couldn't have asked for better and when a minor problem was encountered Craig came up trumps and had it sorted quickly without fuss. The enclosed yard was spot on and our dog was happy which made us happy. We also managed the narrow car park area having a small car (Hyundai Kona).

This a cute cottage, right in the heart of China Town and two streets away from Adelaide Markets. Bed was comfortable. Living area is at the back over looking the courtyard which is great to sit in. Light rail in easy walking distance down the road. Owners very helpful. Would recommend and stay here again.

An older cottage with some quirky features. We enjoyed our four night stay Bedrooms good size. Large kitchen, large dining and good size lounge room. Nice big fridge and washer and dryer. Loads of crockery and kitchen stuff if you want to cook huge meals. TV only small and no access to anything other than free to air. No Netflix etc. WIFI patchy. .Large courtyard party covered to rear. Old outdoor table needs to be refurbished. Don’t sit on the seats in your best dress like I did. Beds comfy. Ducted cooling/ heating worked well Minuscule bathroom- you will need to get dry outside. Probably could do with a new shower head as the current one is quite blocked and sprays randomly into your face. Not really enough space for toiletries bags for two people. Towels nice. Very narrow driveway was a bit of a pain, but at least it had off street parking. Brilliant location 5 mins walk from Central market and loads of eating options. ( Gilbert St pub is great). Some noise at night from pedestrians walking, yelling, clanging metal poles down the street, but that is the city I guess. The courtyard is all hard surfaces so nowhere for dogs to pee. The park in the square is 3 mins walk for dog exercise on lead. Craig was very nice and easy to communicate with and I am sure he will appreciate my honest review

Very comfortable, clean and quiet 2 bedroom home in the city. China town and the Adelaide central markets are almost at your doorstep, but you’re in a quiet one way lane. Eat out at one of the terrific restaurants close by or grab some food from the markets and retreat to your own private courtyard. We loved this house and it was great to access everything without needing car hire. Booked a taxi for the airport- $24.75 fixed fee. Craig ∧y communicated well and supplied lots of extra info. We visit family in Adelaide and will be back to stay here. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Very cute and comfortable cottage. Amazing location, close to the buzzing Central Market, easy walk to rest of Adelaide City. Would stay again for sure. Car port a bit squeezy, but manageable. Probably couldn’t fit a 4WD in.

This cottage was perfect for our little family of 2 pets and 3 adults.A cosy place with central heating a great shower and very comfortable beds, it felt like a home away from home.We loved how we could be out all day and come back to a comfy couch and tv when we had no plans.The garden is paved with planter boxes and was very easy to clean up after pets. It was a lovely backyard, even in the rain as the covered area had seats and it felt like a but of a rainforest in the rain. We loved it and hope to return in the future.

The house is impressively kitted out with high quality utensils, dinnerware, furniture. Aircon was welcome. Location and neighbourhood spot on. An ideal Adelaide bolthole and obviously much loved by its owner.However, there was a glaring fault in the vacuuming of the second bedroom carpet. There were several hundred 3-5 cm light-coloured dog hairs on my clothes and slippers, suggesting a very cursory cleaning routine, perhaps done under low light or with a machine lacking the power to collect the hairs efficiently.

Craig and Andy have thought of absolutely anything to make your stay amazing! The cottage is well stocked and full of charm. The house is beautiful and in a superb location. Despite being in the heart of the city, was generally pretty quiet. The courtyard is like a little private oasis. Having its own carpark is a luxury not common in the CBD, although it is a little tight if you have a bigger car. Thanks for a fabulous stay!
