They gave our room away but made it right after I told them it was already paid for.

Clean Room, friendly staff!

Second time we stayed in this Hotel, both times were amazing. The property is well kept, the rooms always clean. The staff are professional and polite. I highly recommend this hotel.

We got to the hotel early to see if we could check in early and the front desk people ignored us for a few minutes talking to each other. Then started talking to us, they just said no early check ins today. Which is fine so we left and same thing when we came back, we were ignored for a few minutes while they talked among themselves, not even a hi. Then we go up to the room which I booked this place because of its good cleanliness reviews. I go to shower and 3/4 of the towels have long black hairs all over them. The comforter had hair on it too. We called and asked for more towels and they were rude about it and also never gave us any towels. The trash can outside of it was overflowing with garbage, stuff on the ground too. The toilet paper holder immediately fell off the wall when we touched it. Overall it was just an awful experience and I wouldn't stay here again. Don't be persuaded by the newness of the property, it's not worth it.

It’s a beautiful hotel but our experience was not great. When we first arrived the rooms were not ready so we had to go to the lobby restrooms to get ready for the funeral we were to attending, even though I had called ahead to ask. We went to the funeral and when arrived back to the room they had taken all our luggage and everything we own out of the rooms. When we inquired they told us we had check out, which of course was not true since we had just arrived earlier. My husband had to prove to them that we had a confirmed reservation, they said they would investigate. They apologized and asked us to go to the lobby to pick up the luggage from the lobby, the decent thing to do would have been for them to send someone to relive it to the room. No compensation or anything was offered for their mistake and the big inconvenience. Not satisfied with their staff. Our bathroom floor was also dirty. So not staying there again.
