Park Inn & Suites by Radisson Bengaluru Yelahanka

this stay started off not-great as i messaged through hotels.com and then their company website to try to organise a transfer and was ignored, despite the fact they say there is an airport shuttle available. when i arrived they were helpful and the room was comfortable. the pool closes quite early and there are no loungers to lie on, just some small seats alongside it. breakfast was tasty

Good value but 30 minutes at least from the airport. This is not an airport hotel it's miles away

The room was great, but the bathroom was very slippery when exiting the shower room. I wish they had something to grip onto to prevent slipping.

My stay at this hotel was incredibly disappointing, and I feel compelled to share my experience. This property, advertised as a 4-star hotel, failed to meet even the most basic expectations. Multiple issues with both the hotel’s facilities and staff left me frustrated and unsatisfied. First, I had sacred items in my room blessed flowers and offerings, which were discarded by housekeeping without my consent or knowledge. When I brought this to management, my concerns were brushed aside, and I was wrongly accused of lying, dealt with unprofessional attitude made it clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority. The hotel’s physical condition was also disappointing. My room had several issues, including a bathroom that flooded after every shower and inconsistent hot water. The room’s ventilation was poor. Breakfast service was another let down. The staff repeatedly reminded us that breakfast closes at 10:30 which felt pushy & unnecessary. It created an uncomfortable environment. After posting my review online, I received a call from the GM Satya, but it was clear they weren’t interested in addressing my concerns. The manager claimed they had tried to contact us the day before our departure, but this was a lie — we were in the room all day and night, and no one reached out. I also contacted Radisson’s corporate office, hoping for some resolution, but received no follow-up. This lack of response from both the hotel and the brand’s corporate office how little they care.

the staff were extremely friendly and also went above and beyond to celebrate our wedding when they got to know that we are newly married. But the room had a few discrepancies - The charging socket on one side was not working. Body wash was empty.
