La consigna para dejar las maletas no da ninguna seguridad, no hay ningún responsable en el hotel, el gimnasio es pésimo, los ascensores no funcionaban y estábamos en una 4 planta, al salir del hotel está el distrito 5 lleno de burdeles y prostitución, con mucho personaje extraño rondando a tu alrededor.

Things to note: There are 2 check-ins, one on the day of your arrival where you must upload a travel document. If you don't do this, they don't give you the door code. The luggage room is on the -1 floor for arrivals. It's mostly clean and quiet on weekdays. Minimal noise from the outside too. They did not remove trash inside the bathroom trash in my room, but other than that it was pretty much fine. No frills, cheap stay, you get what you pay for; but I've seen much worse. Great option for solo travelers/students on a budget.

Lovely room that with microwave and mini fridge. Cutlery and delph provided however no sponge or dish soap given. Laundry is unfortunately not accessible to short stay guests which definitely is a negative. The pillows were incredibly flat and when I requested one more I was told they didn't have anymore. I ended up buying my own. It's clean, bright and comfortable otherwise.

The suite itself was beautiful and clean, the overall building was very run down. After dark there were no lights on upper staircase which could be dangerous if we wouldn’t have had our smartphones. We were only left one set of keys for two couples and you needed the key to lock and unlock the door from both inside and outside….not good if there is a fire.

The room is immaculate, new and modern. The check in is very impersonal but efficient. Be sure to arrive no earlier than 3:05 pm. The presence of washer dryer and luggage storage is a plus . However, The area is undesirable. The one street over is filled with drunkards , even in the morning, prostitution, and homelessness. I felt unsafe in the few minutes waiting for the bus. That’s a real shame bc the apartment /room is pretty nice.

The hotel was nice, clean, and well located. However, I had a few issues: a baby-bed was placed in the room when I checked in. The room is quite small, so it was taking a lot of place in the way, which was annoying. I called the reception to have it removed, I’ve been told it would be done « as soon as possible », but only in the next morning as nobody could take care of it at that moment. The next morning, I called again at 11, as I haven’t heard any news about it. The issue has been escalated, and the bed has been removed during my lunch-break, as I went out for an hour. Coming back at 1pm, the bed was away, but the door was not properly closed, so it was possible to open the door without entering the code… luckily, nobody stole any of my belongings, but it could have led to something worse. Please repair the door system so it could close on its own, without an extra push.

Hotel was clean and relatively easy to check in. However I had read that this location had luggage storage/room that locked with your room code durin your stay and that was not the case. I tried to communicate this with them but they didn’t seem to get it.

This property is used as apartments, not a hotel. You cannot check in before 3:00 p.m. And rooms are not cleaned until the fourth day if you stay for five or more days. On checkout, you have to check out by 11:00 a.m., and there's no place to leave your luggage if you need to. You have to leave your luggage at the train station, and it costs CHF 10 per bag. The location of this building is at walkable distance from the main train station, around 10min. To the main centre is a bit far around 40mint walking. The air conditioning was too noisy, we couldn't sleep well because of the noise, and we couldn't turn it up or down because it was locked so it couldn't be touched. The pillows, really, were very low and there were no spares, so we had to request a pair the day they came to clean, but that was the last day. Overall not good value for money

Die Bettlaken machten den Eindruck, als wären sie vom vorherigen Gast noch benutzt worden, und sie hatten einen sehr unangenehmen, speziellen Geruch. Das hat den Gesamteindruck des Zimmers stark beeinträchtigt. Saubere und frische Bettwäsche sollte selbstverständlich sein.

The floor was extremely dirty with black long hairs and it wasn’t swept. Lack of communication between hosts as tried to contact and never got a response. No flexibility for check in and check out which is very hard for long haul travellers from the other side of the world.

The room was new and neat, but the bed sheets had stains and smelled like it had not been changed and the cover and sheets seemed rumpled..the smell could have been an old duvet. Shower pressure was very low, but overall the stay was ok.

The property is good. I stayed in two different rooms within the same week. One room had pillows that smelled terribly of sweat (so bad I had to put one of clean t-shirts around the pillow to hide the smell--it was the actual pillow, not the pillow case). Otherwise, I liked the hotel. The only consideration is that bc they don't have anyone available in-person, it can be difficult to address anything that comes up during the stay (e.g. early check-in or like the issue with the pillows).

The room looked modern. It felt cozy and comfortable. It has sufficient space for our two large suitcases and 2 carry-ons. The only confusing part was that there were no clear instructions on where to throw your garbage.

The apartment itself was great and someone has obviously spent a lot of time, effort and money on them. The problem for us was the noise from the club over the road and the street below that went on until past 5am, meaning we got no sleep at all and were both worn out all day :-(

This hotel is in a great location and couldn’t be happier to have a Coop downstairs. It does get a bit loud at night because of the bars/clubs maybe wear ear plugs if you’re sensitive to that. My only real gripes were: they never once replenished my coffee or tea the week I was there and there was no milk. Also, it would be great to have two pillows per person.

Arrived after check in time and after filling out the lengthy online form. The code we were given did not work to open the door. After trying for 20 minutes and waiting for a help chat response we gave up and went elsewhere

Room smelled of sewage and no inperson staff to assist. We were then moved to a room with no blankets and had to move our luggage ourselves up a floor by hand. We then were locked out of the room multiple times when they tried to get us a blanket by having us go back and forth from our old room due to their security system. The entire process took several hours and no compensation was offered. Our email was ignored by management.

Only 5 mins walking distance to Zurich station BUT there are a number of homeless or insecure people around the corner. The system mentioned that I was able to get in at 3pm but had to try more than 10 times to get in and after 0305pm I was able to get in. I had a trouble with one of windows not properly closing so reported it to the customer service online. The initial response was very quick but it took more than half an hour to swap the room and to proceed. During the mean time, no word or anything for half an hour. Poor communication skills and response. It could be much better than this. Overall, the room was tidy but small.

This property was perfectly located close to a bus stop which allowed easy transportation to destinations and train station. The rooms were nice and very affordable. Although there is no staff to speak to in person, they were very responsive to messages sent in the chat function online.

We arrived at 3:00pm for self check-in. The code we were given did not work for the room and we could not get into our room. After an hour of messaging them we received no response. We are now fighting with Hotels.ca to get our money back and will have to get our credit card charge canceled. We had to find another hotel at the last minute. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!

La consigna para dejar las maletas no da ninguna seguridad, no hay ningún responsable en el hotel, el gimnasio es pésimo, los ascensores no funcionaban y estábamos en una 4 planta, al salir del hotel está el distrito 5 lleno de burdeles y prostitución, con mucho personaje extraño rondando a tu alrededor.

Was really easy to enter the building and room with the codes. Was my first time using a digital code into a hotel. Had a good size room with a kettle. There is a coop supermarket next door, only a 15 minute walk to train station on even pathways (good for suitcases).

We found the hotel with ease. We wanted to be close to the railway station and the old town and it was perfect. We were pleasantly surprised with the size of the room.

とても綺麗な部屋でした。 口コミでセキュリティを心配する人も見受けられましたが、不安な要素は全くありませんでした。 エアコンも十分効いていました。 駅からも近く周辺の治安も良かったです。 ただ下のスーパーが日曜日は閉まっていたのだけ残念でした。

The location was good - within walking distance to old town. But also in a more economically struggling area and if your not used to it it will be a big culture shock if your not used to seeing things like it.

Brand new unit - excellent building and very close to metro /train. Highly recommend if you just need a nice place to stay/great bathroom but don’t need restaurant/bar inside the hotel. Loved our stay and definitely will stay again !

Quarto relativamente pequeno, porém, limpo, confortável, com boa roupa de cama e frigobar. Chuveiro muito bom, com bons produtos de higiene. Ar condicionado salvou no calorão do verão (só era um pouco barulhento). Localização muito boa, próximo à estação de trem (fomos e voltamos a pé durante o dia e de madrugada). A região em si é um pouco “decadente”, porém sem qualquer perigo. Supermercado COOP literalmente embaixo do hotel. Pontos de ônibus e tram logo na esquina. Definitivamente recomendo!

We understood the hotel has no one onsite for check-in. We followed the online instructions for checking in, and at 3:00 pm we were able to enter the lobby and use the elevator with the 6-digit code they provided. But we could not access our room. So now we have to pull up an online chat and find someone to help us. It was another 10 minutes before the 6-digit code worked for our room. The next problem was the room temperature. It was a hot, humid day in Zurich and we were tired and sweaty. But after several hours the room temperature hadn't changed at all. Once again we started an online chat, and it was clear the person "helping" us didn't not understand our situation at all. An hour later, we were finally told that the hotel had "air cooling" not "air conditioning" and that we could try opening a window. Running the fan at high speed with the windows open provided minimal relief. I was ready to check out and find another hotel. We got very little sleep. While the hotel is modern, the lack of air conditioning is inexcusable. The shower curtain was also very dirty and the mini-frig needed to be de-frosted. But the min-frig was slightly cooler than the room. Also, not a nice neighborhood. I would never stay here again. And I have rarely felt that about any hotel.
