Beautiful hotel with ample covered parking underneath the hotel, friendly and helpful porter, quick check-in, large, beautiful room with a very comfortable bed and good bathroom. In my room, there was little noise from the car, train, or the airport nearby. Large spa with pool and fitness center, extensive breakfast with Thai, English, and Chinese dishes. Good value for money if you're looking for a hotel near the airport or the various government offices.

Fabulous place to stay just a 10 to 15 minute drive from the DMK Airport. Spacious room with very comfortable bed. Great facilities at the hotel including excellent Chinese restaurant and a very nice gym. Would definitely stay here again

Our room was 28 degrees when we arrived so we immediately turned on the AC. It wasn’t cooling so we called the front desk. A maintenance man arrived very quickly and punched a few buttons and the air started to cool off. He said because of the high temperature, it would take a while for it to cool the room. We went to sleep and I awoke at 2 am to a room that now has a temperature of 24 degrees. That’s the coolest it got, even though the temperature was set to 19 degrees. It was too late to call anyone as I didn’t want to wake my wife and I slept on top of the blankets. We were disappointed.

The staff was rude and not very helpful. At check in they barely spoke and it wasnt because a language barrier. The Japanese restaurant upstairs was not good and over priced. Overall very disappointed in the service.

Beautiful hotel with ample covered parking underneath the hotel, friendly and helpful porter, quick check-in, large, beautiful room with a very comfortable bed and good bathroom. In my room, there was little noise from the car, train, or the airport nearby. Large spa with pool and fitness center, extensive breakfast with Thai, English, and Chinese dishes. Good value for money if you're looking for a hotel near the airport or the various government offices.

This property is idea if you are staying 1 night and you want to be close to the airport. The Hotel and staff are brilliant. Breakfast is amazing.

Fabulous place to stay just a 10 to 15 minute drive from the DMK Airport. Spacious room with very comfortable bed. Great facilities at the hotel including excellent Chinese restaurant and a very nice gym. Would definitely stay here again

wir hatten in der Nähe vom Hotel zu tun dies war nicht der erste Aufenthalt in dem Hotel vor mehr als einem Jahr waren wir schon öfter in dem Hotel da war das Frühstück noch gut, bei dem jetzigen Aufenthalt sehr viel schlechter. Am ersten Tag kamen wir ca. 8:30 Uhr zum Frühstück viel Speisen waren nicht mehr da es wurde nicht nachlegt erst nach meiner Beschwerde wurde etwas Neues gebracht. Am zweiten Tag wurde zur nachlegt nur Speisen die warm sein müssten (z.B. Kartoffel) waren kalt zu dem war die Auswahl an Speisen weniger als vor einem Jahr. Da der Bereich neu gestaltet wurde muss man jetzt wohl an Qualität und Quantität Sparen

The staff was rude and not very helpful. At check in they barely spoke and it wasnt because a language barrier. The Japanese restaurant upstairs was not good and over priced. Overall very disappointed in the service.

We have been staying at Miracle Grand Hotel for the past 25 years, and it truly remains one of our favourite hotels. ❤️ From the moment you arrive, you are warmly welcomed by the reception team. The hotel has such a beautiful atmosphere, with its magnificent high ceilings and spacious, bright rooms offering lovely views. The breakfast is fantastic, with a vast range of choices, including noodles and eggs freshly cooked by the chef. There really is something for everyone. The station is also within walking distance, which makes getting around very convenient. A very special thank you to Wani and Jessie, who remembered us after all these years and made our stay even more special. It is these personal touches that make us keep coming back. We would also love to meet the owner one day and personally thank them for creating such a wonderful hotel and atmosphere. We only have two very small suggestions. The lemongrass oil scent in reception was absolutely divine — we would love to smell that beautiful fragrance throughout the hotel again. And perhaps some eucalyptus oil in the steam room would be a lovely addition. 🌿 After 25 years of visiting, Miracle Grand still feels very special to us. We look forward to returning again and again. Thank you to the whole team for another wonderful stay. ❤️🙏

The breakfast was good and adequate selection. The room was clean and I had a good rest. My only issue was that I was charged when I asked for ice in the room for a pain in my neck due to an accident I had on my third day there and had muscle spasm. They gave me a bucket when I needed only a few to put in a plastic bag to make into an ice pack. The hotel should have an ice pack as first aid kit.
