El personal a cargo del check in en la noche es una verdadera decepción. En vez de ayudarnos nos hicieron sentir como si fuéramos criminales. No nos dejaban entrar porque no pudieron hacer el cargo desde su aplicación y pensaban dejarnos fuera. No fueron amables.

The room was only party cleaned. The floor wasn’t vacuumed, there was medicine on the floor and a dirty cotton swab next to the bed. The beds were hard and uncomfortable and the pillows were small squares and lumpy. One person at the desk was very helpful while the other o e was only on his cell phone anytime we entered the building or left. He never even looked at who was entering. The heating/air was poor. Our attempts to regulate the air didn’t work no matter what button we pushed. At breakfast everything was really dirty. I wouldn’t stay there again.

Staff was wonderful. Best breakfast I've had at a hotel. Free happy hour with nachos and popcorn. One of the best hotels I've stayed at. If I'm ever in the area again, I will definitely be back.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Having cameras on the perimeter of the property made us feel reassured. The cleanliness was excellent throughout the hotel. The pool area was beautiful. The outside patio with the grill was a pleasant add on. And staff was very attentive to our needs. We loved the hotel’s proximity to so many restaurants. Some even walking distance. Two things we feel would improve the hotel is updating the bathrooms and installing a full length mirror in the room.
