Comfort Inn & Suites Madison - Airport

I wouldn’t park my car in the lot much less stay in the property. The staff was very friendly and understanding.

It was an ok hotel. Not the cleanest but not really dirty either. Somewhat of a bad smell in the hallways and rooms. Bathroom door in the room did not fully close. The room and hotel were just adequate for a one night stay. Overpriced in my opinion. We probably could have stayed at something like a Super 8 for much cheaper and had a similar experience.

The windows needed the sills vacuumed, but truly had I not opened the window I wouldn't have noticed. The staff who checked me tried to check me in under a different first name, didn't ask for my ID. Overall, no real complaints, breakfast was great. Location is great, quiet and friendly.

Best way to describe this place is "reasonably". It is reasonably clean, staff is reasonably helpful, area is reasonably safe and quiet, value was reasonably good. There was a sign taped on the front desk that said something along the lines of "The hot tub is out of service, we're sorry for any inconvenience, we are working diligently to get it repaired as quickly as possible"....BUT it looked like the sign had been there for many weeks, if not months. I don't think they are working on it. Overall....It was ok.

Decent hot breakfast. Waffle maker, eggs, sausage, bagels, toast , cereal, juice, Coffee 24/7. Clean room. Clean bathroom. Clean sheets. Just one tiny flaw... toilette seat was very loose. The would probably have come and tighten the bolts, but it was late and I was stoo tired to bother. Relatively good value for the money.
