Hilton Madison Monona Terrace

The air in our room was not working. They did have someone come and try to fix it - it stopped working again in the middle of the night. Not pleasant sleeping at all.

Great for an overnight stay in close proximity to restaurants downtown. I appreciated the views from my room. Parking was convenient. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

The parking was expensive and the room was hot. Where it was located was beautiful and walkable, and it felt safe. The staff was nice. Tried to call the front desk several times and never got an answer. I don’t think I would stay here again due to how uncomfortable it was to sleep in their room.

The room was very clean and very nice and updated. Had an amazing view of the Lake. The pool is a bit outdated however which would be my only major gripe with the place. Everything else was exquisite.

The pool in whirlpool were nice, although very small for the size of the hotel and guest numbers
